Subway - St Leonards - Photo album

Not very organised. Staff prioritise online orders and ignore the customers waiting in the store. Waited for 10 minutes with no one in front of me and left. I've given up on St Leonards subway.

I went there today to buy veggie pattie footlong. This was my worst experience in a subway. The guy burnt the sub then I asked him to change it he manhandled my subway. I mean seriously what will he feel if someone messes with his food. Not going to that store ever again.

Worst customer service... The lady on counter can’t even respond back and throws unnecessary attitude.! Have to ask twice for the toppings as staff doesn’t respond to what’s been said at first.

Probably the best subway ive been to. Very generous serving size on the sandwiches

I regularly visit this store and have noticed that it only gets worse every time. Very very very slow service! You wait at least 5-10 minutes at the counter because all the employees are sitting out the back and will only notice you if you make noise in the store. The employees always have an attit

I ordered delivery online for my subs. They came late, were stone cold and had only half the amount of veggies on it and no sauce when I ordered double. Very disappointing and won't be going back.

The worst subway I have ever visited. The staff is illiterate. You ask for something they put something else. The Indian staff there is totally unprofessional and don't know what's the customer service is. Never visiting there again.
