Review Mcdonald's - St Leonards

Ordered here at 3am in the morning after a horrible bus ride from Town Hall, trying desperately to get home with limited public transport. To my great surprise (and relief) it was actually still open with a full team of staff working hard to make orders. I didn't want to touch the electronic menu board but was able to order directly at the register, which I appreciated. Food was quick and tasted good, just the way I remember it from my childhood.

Order a happy meal for my daughter, missing apple slices and most rediculos thing, check with phots, the 6 PC's chicken nuggets actually is a sauce, this is fraud, shame

Thanks to the staff who ‘gave’ me my order today (18), around 4.30 PM I was in the train when I ordered it through the app (for the first time), and because I was moving I accidentally chose the wrong location to pick it up. I was running to work and it was the only Macca’s I could have gone without being late. I tried to confirm the place and she said it was not there, she asked for the receipt, and then asked the team to make it! I was starving! Thanks so much 💕 I really appreciate it

It’s located inside the food hall next to St Leonards train station entry so there is no drive thru nor anywhere to park but the location is still pretty good for those on foot. It’s one of the very few options one has in the area for a late night meal as all other shops at the food hall are closed before or by 9pm (mostly close by 6pm though). Generally the staff are pretty quick at taking orders and serving but sometimes I do feel their main focus and priorities are towards the Uber-eats orders more than the customers at the counter.

I truly do not know how anyone can screw up an order this bad. It's McDonald's so I don't expect much in quality, but you'd at least hope they could read. Paid for 20 nuggets they gave 10, paid for two Apple pies they gave one hash Brown, ordered a McSpicy they gave a Bacon Angus, got two mozz sticks they gave one. I truly do not understand how someone can be this dumb.

Order chocolate shake, hmmmm . Best shake every had. My order came fast and was fresh too. Definitely can say I AM LOVIN' IT.

First, they wouldn't take orders. Only self orders. (Yes... the picture shows a register and 5 staff members and not a single customer, but look whom am I not to comply.) Then, I couldn't find the ham and cheese toasted sandwiches in their list of items. And when I asked, they said it was under breakfast items. Ok...I try again but... No it wasn't. A bit later, I ask again. "Try special breakfast items", they said this time. Nope, not there either. Well... I adventure a shy, "Could one of you come around and help me please?" (I mean, really, 5 of them, surely they can handle 1 customer. ) But then comes the realisation. 😲 "Oh... we actually don't do the Mc Café ham and cheese toasted sandwiches." Really! All that time and these questions! It didn't trigger something 🥴🥴🥴

Best McDonald’s, Staff are amazing, I will come again. I recommend the Milkshakes.

Maccas has decent food, they have awesome chicken bites, chicken and cheese and my personal favourite, the quarter pounder. I had their Wagyu beef burger which was very disappointing and underwhelming. The burger itself is okay, the sauce does not go well with the burger. The meat is pretty bad, they use grade 1 or 2 Wagyu beef. Meat to bun ratio is okay but it is honestly not worth 10 dollars.
