Review Arcadia Espresso Bar - St Leonards

Came here for a quick brekkie snack. The coffee was too hot to drink and quite watery, and the croissant was a bit flat. Even with these shortcomings, the cheap price meant that some of these mistakes could slide. Little to no ambiance, as the freezer site in the dinning room.

This cafe has a really friendly atmosphere, with welcoming and kind staff. It is usually not too full in the morning and the cappuccinos, matcha lattes and chai lattes are some of the best in the area. Highly recommend for people who just want a quick coffee that tastes excellent.

Thought I would go there today as a change from the usual cafe I go to, wish I hadn't bothered. I had the Chicken Burger and the Tropical fruit juice, the juice was really nice and can't fault that. However the burger was horrible, the chicken patty was cold, under cooked, soaked in grease and very bland. I definitely wouldn't recommend having the burger!

Arcadia has improved a great deal since I began coming 2 years ago. The fitout is cute and humble. Coffee is good (if you get the right barista) and reasonably priced compared to local competition. The menu and food have similarly improved. Worth a try.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Clearly do not care about customer service or reputation. Placed an order, initially accepted, waited over an nearly two hours, tried calling, in the end I had to get menu log to cancel the order and refund with no response forthcoming from Arcadian. Thought it was a one off, but No! They did it again and to several of my friends. I think menu log should remove them. Disgusting attitude - if you can’t provide a service don’t offer one - I also don’t require one of your disingenuous responses provided in other feedback.

Not impressed... we placed an order on uber eats and the money went through. Then 10 mins later it said they cancelled the order and closed the shop. So next day I called them to ask what happened and they said they would refund the money but never did. This was a week ago and still haven't heard anything from them.

Placed my order thru menulog well before closing and got absolutely no response from the restaurant even tho menulog had taken my money. Tried to call the restaurant but no answer, not even voice mail. I had to wait half an hour to get thru to menulog only to be told the order was cancelled. Why offer a service if you are not willing or able to provide?? I will never try this establishment again.

Pop in here for coffee every now and then, probably the most reasonable coffee in the area given both price and quality. Service at the counter is generally good but sometimes a bit of a wait.

I’m saddened by the fact that what used to be Chicken Bite has turned into a cafe that doesn’t do the same type of delicious fried chicken it used to. But it’s still just good, serving different cafe style food now which is just as delicious. We decided to try their Southern Fried Chicken Burger (with jalapeño cheese sauce, yum!) and their Braised Pulled Pork roll. Both portions were sizeable and great value for the price, and on top of that, delicious! I really loved the pork roll, I thought it was the percent balance of flavours and texture. <br/><br/>So even though they are never open for some reason whenever we try to Menulog them, the cafe does some damn good food and well worth checking out!

Great coffee and the customer service was great. You can actually taste the coffee after first sip. Its now changed since i visited the place. Great music! Love it!

The spinach, mushroom and scrambled egg wrap is to die for! The staff are quick and always friendly and will definitely be coming back! The coffee is really well made and no burnt or bitter at all.

Nice coffee and good service, special bacon & roll to start the day. But sometime they have a long queue and have too wait extra time. Love their photo wall :)

I just love this place. Coffee was excellent plus the deal on the bacon and eggs was a perfect way to kick start my day. Seems like its a favorite spot for locals to grab a coffee.And I gotta be honest music was great too.

Popped in for a chai latte and a muffin on a cold morning. The presentation of the cafe itself is fine, the staff friendly and the service quick. The chai was a bit flavourless and the muffin (blueberry) was average. I hear their coffees are quite good but have not had one myself.

ows of strategically placed chairs and tables litter the shop, the coffee machine sits pride of place right in the centre, some chilled house music plays over the stereo system and purple walls have been used as massive chalk boards, strange as it may sound, this café’s charm works well for the area, whether intentional or not it seems to mock its very dirty busy location.

Quite an enjoyable little cafe not far from the heart of st leonards. I had the breakfast special - bacon, eggs, toast, and coffee - which was incredible for only $10. The whole morning is full of regulars popping in and out getting their morning coffee fix and I have no doubt I'll soon be one of them.
