Review Silver Palace - St Marys

It was recommended to me long times ago and I went there on Tuesday that it normally closes. I don't expect much from those Chinese Takeaway shops and did not bother to revisit until recently. That is a mistake. This shop is good, very good indeed. Definitely above the average. The soft crab and the satay beef with vegetables I tried were very good, I highly recommend them. Also tried pepper & salted squid and sweet & sour pork. Nothing bad I could find. Those portions were bigger than other shops, definitely not small. If you are around St Marys and looking for a Chinese meal, give it a go. I truly believe that you will not be disappointed.

Recently ReOpened after renovation. Silverpalace Chinese is a great family friendly restaurant. Great place for your catering needs... yes catering is available usually with a days notice prior to pick-up. The serving sizes are enough for you to take leftovers home. Open both lunch and Dinner shifts CLOSED TUESDAYS.

I have been going here for Years. I find the Meals Are very good they have Recently given the interior a cleanup n paint Refreshes the Kitchen. Their take-away n Home Delivery is excellent. And Price's still Very Competitive.

We visited Silver Palace today, our 1st visit. The restaurant was cosy n clean. We had the lunch specials, (garlic beef n sweet n sour pork) n a dish from the main menu, fried squid. All 3 dishes were very delicious. Good size portions n price was reasonable too.. We ll definitely be back again.. Soon.....😊

I've been a customer for over 10 years, the food is top notch! I'd give 5 stars if they would get onto menulog or ubereats, as the phone line is ALWAYS busy, it takes so long to get through unfortunately. And it can take a long time for food to be ready. But, it's delicious!

Open until 9pm 7 days. Should be fair dinkum gold palace. They have a well-established long term presence in St Mary's. Dine in or take away options. A good traditional Chinese menu. Located down the top end of Queen Street opposite Nin Yoga. Where else would I go for a feed after my evening yoga class finishes? Fast and efficient service. Friendly staff. Parking is close behind the shopping centre. Access into Queen Street from car park via a lane way. It can get busy on some nights.

Great service, serving size & food quality. Will definitely be back & recommend to anyone as the place has plenty of bang for your buck.

Food is always beautiful highly recommended, staff are always friendly, But don't try and make a phone order for pickup or delivery..I don't know ifs it's there jurrassic phone system or there just flat out busy ...but you can call repeatedly for upto an hour before getting through 🙃

We came here at 11:30 soon as they opened and got our meal 1hr later. Be sure to wait at least 45minutes at the minimum for your food to come out! Filthy dinning place, floor not cleaner and toilet is just gross. Never coming back here again, I can only imagine how clean their kitchen is.

Ordered take away over the phone and it was delivered on time..the food was beautiful..really good priced..will be definitely having it again..oh and we got a free bottle of sprite..it’s the best Chinese iv ever had!!

Had take away. Very disappointed the lamb was very chewy and tough. The dim Sims where just yuck and the fried rice lacked flavour.. over all I will never eat there again or recommend..

Great place had our 30 anaverstity 16 people great food great service $320.00 for every thing food wine drinks great place the helpings are so big

We dined in and the Service is shocking so slow under staffed the restaurant was literally empty besides us and took almost 20mins to get us takeaway containers. The bad thing about this is the food is actually really good but the service is shocking a real let down

First ordered delivery from here a few weeks ago waited 3hrs no apology a weak "we are really busy" excuse decided to eat in the other night the young waitress that served us was hopeless... example ordered Chinese tea tried to give us English tea and then made out she asked me what type of tea blame us for ordering incorrectly I assumed if you order tea in a Chinese restaurant you are ordering chinese tea after this is it got worse entree served and 1hr later mains after asking the same waitress how long never checked straight away wandered around collecting dishes for 10mins before heading to the kitchen. Same waitress when paying after dinner took takeaway orders and left us standing there for 10mins and then had to repeat everything to her twice on how we want to pay. If I could give this place no stars I would we will never eat or order here again place needs a extreme makeover dish and a cutlery on the table were all greasey. Will be looking for another Chinese restaurant in the area.
