I write this review after coming to this restaurant over several times in the last 5 years. Their food preparation and taste is good relative to McDonald's standards. However they often forget items on my order. In fact the majority of the time they miss something from my order. Hence the 3 star.
Just went through the drive through this morning and was absolutely blown away by the exemplary service from Danielle, and her happy disposition. From the welcome, and polite professional service - she is a credit to Maccas and a great role model. It put me in a great frame of mind for the day ahead
tends to be a hit or miss…usually a miss. Had so many issues that I’m not even surprised anymore. You hire teens and you get bare minimum. Don’t bother ordering through Uber eats the staff are not competent enough to get the order right. In a previous order they completely forgot an iced latte and once we re ordered it and asked for whipped cream unsurprisingly the drink came without it. We ordered again today and we’re given the wrong
If I want hot fries I definitely have to tell them at the speaker and then at the window. If I don’t do this I get not so warm/cold fries. Other than that they’re not bad. I don’t mind getting my coffee from here, never had an issue. I definitely rather go here than those useless ones at Emerton McD
Ordered a meal for the family. Forgets sauce for Nuggets. Get the sauce while in store. Get home give son his burger. It was a triple cheese instead of a double quarter pounder. Go back to store calmly to speak to the manager because we didn't want to place under age staff in a difficult situation.
Called in last night 11/07/22 11.50pm ish, drive through to get some chips and nuggets for my son.
We ordered the chips without salt. After a 3/4 minute wait the order was passed to us and we drove off. As my son ate the freshly cooked hot chips he opened the nuggets to find they were LUKEWARM.
