The Best cafe in this area with its dark wood, exposed brick wall and copper decor where you can get great coffee, and a simple but thoughtful menu offering breakfast-salad thing till burger-followed-by-a-brownie thing, Copper's has it all

Good alternative to the trendier places around here. Cheaper coffee that was very good, rich and super creamy, also hot and strong - not quite as good as the coffee at Aslan but cheaper and the food was better and cheaper (same simple bland stuff as at Aslan but much more appropriately priced).

Decent eggs benedict with smoked salmon. Normally $16.5. Worst presentation so far. Perfectly poached eggs and good amount of sauce. Would have preferred wilted spinach. Service felt stiff. Cozy ambience. Location is close to station. Wouldnt bother to come again though.

We have moved. Again. Even though we’re not far away from our last place, this is a great excuse to getting to know our new locals. Our housemate got us decent coffee from here the day after moving, so I decided it was worth trying the food as well. We each had a second almond milk latte to fill up the caffeine tank in preparation for the day ahead.

Hidden gem, coffee was fantastic, food delicious and service prompt and courteous. Couldn’t ask for more. I wish the space was larger. Went for Sunday brunch and was surprised the little place wasn’t packed out

Delicious breakfast and tasty coffee. Nice and cozy cafe, not a lot seats, probably more suitable for dining alone or 2~3 people groups. A bit pricey, but with large portions and quality food. Great service. All-day breakfast. Lunch starts at 11:30am.

Love the vibe of this little cafe. It's cosy inside, but has a raw industrial feel about it. Only a few tables, so it's probably more suited to the 'take-away' crowd. Came here for breakfast on the weekend. Service was fast, coffee was good and the meals were tasty. Very reasonably priced too. Overall, this was a great experience. Easy place to eat of you are in the Sydney Park area.

I have been here multiple times over the years and never once let me down. The pork burger was the best ever I had! Highly recommended! We wish the pork burgers will stay in the menu forever!

Consistently delicious coffee. A hidden cafe gem in St. Peters / Newtown.
