Great service and great food! The team on customer service are always happy to help you and make ordering food easy - especially when wanting specific changes on meals. The food is always made to high standard and tastes amazing!

I have to say, the ribs are amazing. Beautifully cooked and super succulent. Pity the staff are a sad sack and appear like they don't want to be there. Otherwise, would be highly recommended.

The JUMBO RIB pack should be renamed MINI RIB pack and only tasted of salty charred meat - no basting sauce flavour at all. Strawberry milkshake had no (not even a hint of) strawberry flavour and only tasted like plain vanilla milkshake. One star was for the chips.

The waitress/cashier was ok. Maybe her first week on the job. There's a few small mistakes here and there as in terms of customer service. The food was great. The restaurant is pretty clean.
