Love this little place. Beautiful place for brunch/coffee with friends. The food is devine and looks like a piece of artwork. Definitely recommend this place.
Absolutely loved this place! Great menu and the service was just amazing with all super friendly staff, the food was fresh and came out quickly! The best part was the coffee and I'm usually really picky with my coffee Would definitely come back here again. Thanks nourishd kitchen for delivering such great healthy food!
The best healthy food In Adelaide. Bursting with flavour and stunning presentation. I highly recommend this tucked away little treasure.
I had breakfast here this morning and must say I was very impressed. Lovely place, great atmosphere and the coffee was amazing. First time here and will not be the last. Thanks guys!!
Nourish’d is fantastic! Excellent coffee, healthy fresh and flavoursome food, and friendly service with a smile! I literally ordered close to 30 salads the day before I needed them for a catered lunch, and they made it a breeze for me and the Leadership group at my school loved the food. Definitely recommend !
Great coffee and service. Almost everything on the menu is guilt free! Love this place.
Delicious food, super friendly staff and quick service! Has a vegan menu too!! thank you!! Xx
Went in for some takeaway sweets. They were delicious, first timer for raw sweets & I'll be back!! Didn't actually eat in but the place had a lovely atmosphere & staff were friendly
Coffee is god ! At least at this place ! Awesome coffee / food / blue siren smoothie a must love love love
When coming home to Adelaide I always love to visit the new places in town and what a wonderful surprise this gorgeous little cafe in Stepney was! The interior design was sleek, modern and welcoming. The staff were lovely and welcoming to us as soon as we entered. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious coffee and an amazing array of wonderful breakfast delights. I can't wait to get back to try the lunch menu!
Gorgeous looking cafe, great vibe all round with amazing food, generous servings and great service. Beaut coffee and you certainly get great quality for what you pay for.
It was my first time yesterday at Nourish'd kitchen and the food was delicious and serve was very quick. A nice relaxing atmosphere.
LCHF and keto aware. Great menu choices, friendly staff, and comfortable spacious light filled dining area. Very glad I found this place.
Lovely, friendly, accommodating staff and service, exceptional food!
We first visited here when it opened and liked the food but not the takeaway containers which were used even when dining in. That has all changed with crockery and non plastic glasses etc. Excellent!!!!
Pink eggs was delicious and a hearty serving. Relaxed and inviting decor.
Please consider using paper or no straws at all. We need to all educate each other about the environment and single use plastics are so bad!
This place is to die for the staff are so friendly and always willing to have a chat daily the owner Riley is a gun on the coffee machine and pumps out great coffee daily I found this place a couple months ago and it’s my new regular daily before work the coffee and food is seriously really good and the place is really cute and inviting I take my partner here on weekends for brekky as she’s vegan and there menu is adjusted around every dietary requirements and there always happy to snap up anything of the menu would seriously recommend Adelaide.
Very tasty and nourishing food. Friendly and efficient service. A great experience with the mood music. Excellent position as well. I will definitely be going back.
really nice atmosphere and set up in a quiet street. the new menu offers a wide range of options for any dietary need which i really appreciated! great service and great value for money, will be returning!
If you love bursts of flavour, spice or seasoning, this isn’t the place for you! This is just good, clean no nonsense food that is basically untouched, not even really seasoned.
This place is quite a nice little find just off Magill Rd, friendly staff, quite warm and inviting.
I ordered the poached eggs with avo, pumpkin puree, shroom, spinach and chorizo crumbs. This was a very nice dish, but would have been outstanding with some seasoning and more chorizo crumbs!
I will make mention that the chef prepares the food just behind the counter and you can see everything, including the boxes of produce just sitting on a trolley. It’s not really a big deal, but I couldn’t help thinking, it would be so much better if this was all blocked off with a swing door or similar.
I will also make mention of the organic bottle of black coffee drink I bought, which cost me $8? Mmmmmm, certainly won’t be buying that again! And it was pretty average.
They have a nice selection of sweetie items with a strong focus on vegan, gluten free etc etc.
Would I return? Yes, if I was on a health kick and my tastebuds didn’t need too much impressing.
If you love simplicity in food, you will adore this establishment.
The food here is really clean and fresh, and the flavours are great, however, it might be a little to bland for some, as I know I like my food a little more plain, and this suited my taste! I'd definitely recommend this place though!
They have created a nice modern looking cafe serving healthy food. This cafe is situated at Stephen, it is not on a main road and easy to miss as the sign is not that big (cafe is the first cafe as you enter Ann st). This cafe does not have a lot of tables - a nice corner wooden table, long table in the middle usually for sharing and some window high stool seats. It's a nice place to catch with a friend or two, if it's a big group ring to see if they actually take a booking or not.
Service - staffs are fairly friendly. Food and drinks were served pretty fast.
Food - the theme of this cafe is healthy eating. Most of the salads are served with quinoa here. Some salads with goji berry and pepitas - gave me a satisfaction of choosing a healthy meal. You can design your own meal by adding extra ingredients into your dish. The dishes here are very lightly seasoned. For me, I would preferred just a tad more of salt and pepper but I have order extra haloumi to go in my dish which gives me the saltiness that was missing. Other than that, the lamb and chicken slider is cook to perfection (not too dry). They also have prepack salads/baguette on the side cabinet for takeaway if you are unable to dine in.
Beverages - they have a choice of normal milk, coconut or almond milk. I order matcha latte with coconut milk. It was a huge disappointment. There was no green tea flavour or coconut milk. Do not attempt this order. Normal latte was pretty good, not as strong as I like but not too bad. When I come back next , will just stick to the normal hot beverages.
Nice environment for catch ups with guilt free decent healthy food. Will be back next time to try their brekky menu.
Lucky to have the Monday off from work the day before Australia day I (Amanda) decide to do something I've never tried before... lunch for one! So I cruise on down to The Nourish'd Kitchen and set myself up on the bar table with a high stool by the window overlooking busy little Ann street. I bring my laptop along thinking I might blog while I eat but that only lasted a couple of sentences because my distraction rate is high... candy crush anyone?! The Nourish'd Kitchen's philosophy is to use seasonal, fresh and wholesome ingredients and avoid the use of processed foods, refined sugars and grains.
Really pretty place :) everything on the menu is super healthy, lots of vegan options & GF & dairy free yay! There isn't heaps of seating - it's more of an outlet. The coconut bread with coyo was ok - was expecting a little more flavour and sauce. It tasted very healthy. It was filling and nutritious. The tomato bruschetta was much the same. Lacking flavour or a little something. The coffee and turmeric mylk were great. I think vegans & health nuts will appreciate this place more so than foodies.
Wonderful coffee and really lovely healthy breakfast options. Had the green eggs and ham, really generous and lovely seed bread, halo unit and egg/ bacon muffin. My fellow diners had the French toast and the banana nice cream. I rate this cafe very highly! Will be back
The nourished kitchen has really inspired me and kickstarted me wanting to loose weight. It's fabulous that I can get a filling salad with protein all prepared for a reasonable price! Service is always prompt and friendly. Yes they are not a normal cafe so don't expect soy milk or a chocolate milkshake - they do things better than normal and deliciously different! Try something you havnt had before like a tumeric milk(I'm addicted) or bulletproof coffee
The Nourish'd Kitchen is my favorite coffee stop. The salads with slow cooked meat make the best lunch on the go. It is so easy to make healthy choices. Love it.
After something a bit more ‘clean’, healthy and wholesome for breakfast and lunch? Why not drop into The Nourish’d Kitchen in Stepney, just off Magill Road for a gander. Not only does their menu boasts sugar and gluten free eats, gourmet and raw treats, cold pressed juices, delicious milk combinations (like their Pink Milk made with strawberries, vanilla and coconut milk), they also do a mean cuppa too–in the coffee and tea variety–psst, they’ve even got their own signature blend! 😉
The Nourish'd Kitchen is the perfect combo of cosy and cool, with their pastel interior and soft cushions in the corner booth, and the über-hip brass cutlery to accompany the back-to-basics, simply good-for-you food.
I have had the privilege of sampling their delights on three occasions now, and it has become a favourite stop for me and some friends for an energy hit after our Tuesday morning game of netball.
My personal favourite is the hot cacao drink, which is warming and creamy with just the right hints of bitter and sweet. Yum!
I also can't go past the green eggs and ham for a delicious pop of protein, which goes perfectly with a side of grilled haloumi and sumac-sprinkled avocado.
There are options here to suit the vegetarian and the carnivore! And if your tastebuds demand a sweet treat, you have to try their flavourful and moist spin on the traditional bliss-ball! You can thank me later!
Can happily say I've enjoyed my lunch here everyday since its been open! I can change up my meal by substituting my salad or meat preference daily, and they are incredibly understanding of any dietary requirements. Can't recommend more highly- just what we needed in Magill. A tasty, affordable, guilt free "experience" every single lunchtime!!
The nourish'd kitchen is my new favourite place to go. Since opening I visit at least twice a week for lunch, coffee and delicious health snacks. The staff are just so lovely and friendly which make you feel so welcome. I also take home salads and healthy deserts for the whole family. See you again on Friday for lunch with my girlfriend! 😊
I love this little eatery....the food choice so simple and healthy! I love how it's tucked away down a little suburban street. The staff are so welcoming and friendly which is lovely. The Tumeric tea is my favourite!
When coming home to Adelaide I always love to visit the new places in town and what a wonderful surprise this gorgeous little cafe in Stepney was! The interior design was sleek, modern and welcoming. Absolutely in love with this place for a few reasons! Number one, they are open Monday's! Hallelujah! Number two, outstanding coffee (so good, I bought some of their signature beans for home. Three, everyone who works there is so lovely, attentive and helpful. Four, they are focused on health, however still embrace meat and dairy. I find full vegan or paleo, too much. The choice of slow cooked meats to have with the delicious salads are fantastic, I have now tried them all and can't fault them. Five, I am excitedly anticipating the meal delivery service, this is exactly that Adelaide needs and is long overdue! Can't keep me away, my new favourite haunt!

Another new cafe has opened in the eastern suburbs. Doesn't the name sound so pretty itself? The Nourish'd Kitchen is located off Magill Road, not far from the city. It is a little cafe which sits approximately 20 people with a New York ambience. The moment I stepped into the cafe I was welcomed by the friendly owner. We sat down at the communal table in the middle. The use of light and white colour makes the cafe look very bright and clean. I loved the hanging menus off the front counter.
One of the biggest food trends at the moment are places that provide healthy eating options. The latest to join the ranks is The Nourish’d Kitchen which is located on Ann Street, just off Magill Road. The food here comes in the form of simple breakfast and lunch options that are free of sugar, grains and gluten. This pretty much allows everyone to eat here.
The Nourish’d Kitchen had been open less than a week when we visited and already they were selling out of food! That’s a great testament to the unique, healthy range they’re cooking up for their customers.
Great lil cafe to visit on weekends.
Humble staff
Great healthy food options.
Little menu but every dish is good. Have been here 3 times. One of my favourite.
Mashroom Beetroot Pesto Toast - 5/5
Well presented well balanced in taste
Smashed avocado - 4/5 can be improved a bit as it feels dry dish a bit. If there is some sauce added to it, It will be top dish.
*I added Corn Zucchini Fritters to the dish - 5/5
Cute outdoor setup. Cool vibes inside too.
Good option in display counter too.!
It was a nice place to visit and the staff were too friendly. We ate Mushroom & Beetroot Pesto Toast and Biscoff French Toast. I liked the mushroom plate and I will recommend trying it. However, the French Toast was ok to some extent.
Had a lazy Sunday brunch at this local joint just 5 min walk from our place.
Hospitable staff and good gentry made a good first impression.
Food and coffee were well prepared and presented.
Fantastic Cafe, Fantastic Coffee!
My partner and I had the pleasure of visiting The Nourish'd Kitchen whilst in Adelaide, we are very glad that we did.
The meals were prepared quickly, well presented and tasted amazing. Our favourite was the Mushroom Toast :)
Riley's coffee is second to none, we had to get takeaways as well after brunch, along with some delectable Portugese Tarts.
Highly recommend checking out this cafe.
Delicious and well priced food. Amazing Coffee and service! You can’t go wrong, well worth visiting!
The coffee here is some of the best in Adelaide, very friendly staff and good wholesome food. Awesome vibe too.
Hands down best coffee in Adelaide. Great environment and delicious food, super friendly staff too, couldn’t ask for more
I love this little place for lunch the staff are friendly, my go to vegetable frittata and soy flat white are always on point. Do yourself a favour and check this one out.
