The best 'all gluten free cafe'.
Amongst many of the amazing things on the menu, my favourite is the French toast (I order it with maple bacon + ice cream)... It is so good that even my "gluten eating" friends love too.
Honestly, it is the type of place you can go without feeling restricted by your food choices.
But what makes this place just so wonderful is how lovely the people are, they care about your experience.
I love Ruby's. The staff or friendly and efficient. The chunky steak pie is the best pie ever and their chutney is amazing. My son loves their Salmon and Dill Croquets. Their coffees are yummy and my kids say their spiders are too.
Really good. Very impressed. If I were to remark on one thing, maybe it is a little pricey. However, totally worth it.

Had a wonderful and friendly experience at breakfast today. Great tasting coffee and exceptional breakfast that we could not fault with a great range, just a bonus that it's all organic and gluten free!. Will be looking forward to coming back. :)
Nice place to stop on by and sit and have a coffee and slice in the ample outdoor seating or nice cool air conditioned interior. Beautifully made coffee and delicious cakes I will deffinately be back!

A local from Crafers. There are so many bad reviews. Are you sure you are patronising the same "Ruby's" at Stirling that I have visited often over the last 12 months or so?
The coffee is probably the best in the hills and the friendly efficient service beyond reproach. There is always a smile - a bowl of soup in winter or a salad in summer, with a coffee, sets me right for the rest of the day.

Came to Ruby's Organic recently for lunch, dessert and coffee. Although I have been for breakfast before. The waitresses are sunny and seem to thoroughly enjoy working at the cafe, and the food was just as pleasant. For lunch we had a potato bake with some homemade salads, and my friend had a risotto bake (also with salads). The coffee was rich and delicious, the cafe was clean, and the service was excellent. I'm not sure why Ruby's has so many bad reviews, because my experience was close to perfect.
Not the best coffee in town and I'm yet to be served by someone who is friendly, or at least smiles once in a while. But I love the window service for takeaway coffees because, as a mum with a double pram, it makes getting a coffee on the way to the playground very very easy.

It always surprises me that Stirling (or anywhere in the Adelaide Hills for that matter) doesn't have a 100% vegan cafe or restaurant. That being said, there's plenty of highly regarded cafes and restaurants in the Adelaide Hills with accidentally vegan dishes. It was a chilly morning, I'd run out of cereal, bread and green smoothie ingredients and I'd procrastinated about leaving the house for over three hours. I finally decided to head out and find a delicious vegan breakfast. My first stop was Ruby's (as its affectionately known). Inside, the decor is modern, comfortable and clean. The space is small with limited room to stand at the counter, which is why I love the idea of their coffee window.
