Great spot for fish and chips in Strahan. Avoid the inflated meal costs offered by other local restaurants and come to The Bay Fish Co. for fresh seafood, prepared and loved by locals. Only a 2 minute wait, fantastic opening hours and self-serve sauces and chicken salt, how good!

Amazing food. Really great service, and though there was a bit of a wait, that doesn’t matter because just outside of it is a 2 shipwrecks that are a blast to explore and have fun on. This is a must if you want your local fish fix. So glad we chose to spend our money there. Good local food without the inflated prices. We shared the grilled octopus with grilled vegetables and the grilled trout with Nicoise salad.

Beautiful fresh flake and yummy chips. Small pieces but cooked perfectly and good prices for fresh fish. Cool building!!

Dropped in for fish and chips on Wednesday evening. We got one piece of trout a serve of chips and a Greek salad for $31. Having never tried trout at all I was excited to experience the taste. I found it tasted like salmon and was absolutely delicious. The only reason I’m giving this a four rating
