Ridiculous service. Paid for a triple fillet Bondi meal. Drive all the way home - open the burger and its single fillet. Drove back kindly asked for my triple fillet. They give me soggy chips and another burger. Drive all the way home again and it's double fillet. Giving the correct order isn't rocker science! Poor service and professionalism.

Thank you so much for a great fast food experience! We pulled up and was able to order a great selection of fast genuine Portuguese food! Incredible! Chips were delicious and genuine!

Parking at the front of the store with ease... Walked in and ordered a Familia Feed... As we went to sit down the place was a mess, no one had cleaned the tables or floors for a while by the looks of things... It was disgusting... On top of that my wife opened up her burger and the chicken did not look healthy at all... She went back and ask for another burger as it wasn't cooked well... My daughter didn't want to eat her burger after seeing her mums burger as she was disgusted in what she saw... Overall I will not be going back to this store anymore because of the bad experience we had last night... Cost wise the Familia Feed has gone up from $35 to an extra $5 to $40 for the Familia Feed (Terrible)... Second Oporto's store i wont be going back too anymore...

Lovely staffs and the service was pretty fast. Love the burgers always freshly made.

I’m not sure what level of stinginess does this store have. Ordered 1/4 chicken meal and they don’t provide cutleries. Pita bread placed under chips soaked all the sauce from the chicken. Bondi burger single fillet was unbelievably dry and the fillet was so thin it broke into pieces. I think I’d rather visit the oportos store near work which provides better quality control

They sell extra chips and meals even when there's a cheesy chips in the order! Wonder why they want to sell all their chips when we don't need them - and these mis-sales dont happen not once or twice, but multiple times! No invoices offered in drive through

Got my order wrong was abot of a wait but food was good no complaints
