Beautiful interior, amazing hospitality and quality food. The server was so accommodating and friendly. I had the Mediterranean potato and egg with zatarr pita bread. 10/10. My partner had the beef burger and it was amazing. They had to move us mid way eating felt bad so our server was so kind to give us a free chocolate cookie after which was so yum 😋 thank you for your service. Will definitely be a regular here.

The staff that served us was very nice and friendly. I love The Clean Eater, it tastes delicious! My husband and brother ordered buttermilk chicken burger which tastes ok but a little bit too salty. We are not the fan of the coffee, taste too weak (even for a strong cappuccino).

The food here was surprisingly good! We dined for lunch for the specials. There's also korean influenced options on the menu too. The pub was well maintained and the staff were so lovely.

The iced mocha was a typical “expectations vs reality” moment. The second photo is how the iced mocha was actually served - a cup that’s half filled, nothing like the photo. My wife and I were pretty shocked and confused as to why it was half full? We asked the waiter and she was accomodating and offered to make any changes we wanted. I guess that’s just how stingy they are with their iced drinks… then my haloumi and mushroom burger came out with no haloumi 😂 It wasn’t even busy that day. Despite the hiccups, the food was decent and the burger definitely tasted better with the haloumi it was supposed to come out with.

The only breakfast you want to have in Sydney. Absolutely gorgeous flavors, everything is so colorful and well balanced. Really really happy with the food, let alone the lovely vibe and energy of Ameer and the place. Coming back for it soon.

The service here is outstanding! Staff are welcoming and super quick with orders and deliver with a smile. The coffee is amazing and the food is great too! I love the service here and will be back! Fantastic place to eat when in north Strathfield area.

The best hot chocolates in the world is a statement from my child. But seriously, delicious coffee, tea or hot chocolates for anyone. With yummy sweet treats, the muffins are my favourite! Or go and have a beautiful breakfast, brunch or lunch. The food is divine. You can’t go to North Strathfield and not go to Bar Biscotti 🙌🏼

A wooden piece with an egg and a half of sesame swimming oil and undercooked chorizo, tiny bitty radish salad and some fritter from Aldi common guys. Very mediocre food. 23 dollars for bad food with a smile. Great customer service that’s why is the 2. I should put a restaurant, more and more breakfast places not up to, let’s say Melbourne breakys places?. I found often plain, boring food. This Mediterranean platter was the most pretentious and boring of all, with little imagination and terrible taste, for not mentioning the tiny tiny dish that really is . Probably better other options. I have come 2 times to this place, and 2 times great atmosphere but poor food.

The clean eaters chicken was surprisingly so tasty. The broccoli was seasoned and I think cooked with butter so it tasted really good and the chicken breast came with a sauce. Super healthy too.

Been here more than I can count on one hand and every single time I go, I enjoy it more and more! I usually order the smashed avocado. The poached eggs, smashed avo and feta is always to perfection! The Dukkah is my favourite part of the dish as it gives it an extra taste! I also recommend adding halloumi if you’re looking to add more.

Bar Biscotti is on the most popular cafes in North Strathfield due to its buzzing atmosphere!<br/><br/>I’ve only been here once for breakfast and I must say the food is pretty good, the usual cafe/hip food that is insta worthy! Plus staff was friendly. Definitely pass by this cafe if you are in the area, won’t disappoint!

Have been there a few times now and each time the food was great! They do however make you wait a little too long for your food but when it arrives your not disappointed. Overall great place for a bacon and egg roll for breakfast or a local lunch spot with friends.

Really healthy brekky options here for the healthy conscious. Sit outdoors and enjoy the sun. Great vibes here. Try the kale and eggs for a lighter option. The juice combos here are really good. I thoroughly enjoyed brekky here. There's street parking if you're lucky. There's also a carpark right opposite.

Surprisingly a good cafe to get some burgers but they are not just good for burgers they have healthy choices and also great smoothies. Worth a visit if you are in the area.

What a cool place. Not only that but the food is tasty, the coffee was excellent and the staff are super friendly. <br/><br/>I had three middle eastern breakfast board which was sufficiently plentiful. A few different items on the board to provide variety and when compiled altogether, an excellent flavour combination. <br/><br/>There are quite a few things on the menu. So lots of choice. From your typical items to things with a little flair. The pastries on the counter also looked delightful. <br/><br/>The cafe is in a convenient location with easy access to parking. Indoor and outdoor seating but I imagine if every table was occupied, it would feel quite full as the tables are close to each other. <br/><br/>The staff are really friendly and will have a chat like they’ve known you for ages. It’s such a nice feel. <br/><br/>Will definitely come back here, especially for the coffee.

Menu is great unfortunately, SERVICE IS SLOW!!!!! SO HARD TO GET SOMEONE TO TAKE OUR ORDER because the servers keep on chatting to their "favorite customers". They simply ignored us! If you want to enjoy your meal here, better be a favorite of the crew!

If you know me you know how picky I am with food. <br/><br/>After hearing from several different people about ‘ bar biscoti ‘ it was time to give it a try . Nothing gives me more anxiety then trying to find parking , circling the block 50 times before finding a car spot 3 kms up the road , but that wasn’t the case here !! Prime parking in a car park directly across the road no more than 30m away , It was already a win for me ! <br/><br/>Sat down and greeted by the friendly staff , I ordered a double shot flat white with almond milk . Temperature was spot on and coffee was how it should be . <br/><br/>Ordered a kale breakfast bowl and organic Bircher muesli . <br/><br/>Kale breakfast bowl was the best I have had , kale , broccoli poached eggs and added smoked salmon . Perfect healthy meal to start the day . <br/><br/>The organic Bircher muesli , the seasonal fruit was fresh and crisp , crunchy Bircher muesli and tasty yoghurt . Deffinetly the best I have had in a long time . <br/><br/>This will deffinetly be my new weekend breakfast spot in the area as it lived up to the hype . <br/><br/>Thanks guys and see yas again soon !<br/>

A lovely local place to have brunch!<br/>Decided to come here for a post workout meal. <br/>The menu is extensive enough to give me options but it’s not overwhelming. The dishes all sound so wholesome, and you would expect to see a lot of the classic brunch dishes on this menu. I ended up getting the kale breakfast bowl and for $17, it was very satisfying and I felt full afterwards! All the ingredients were very fresh and tasty, I enjoyed every bite out of it. Poached eggs on point. <br/>It was a really beautiful day and wanted to sit outside, but it all the tables were occupied. Nevertheless, the ambiance inside this cafe was very open and welcoming. <br/>Will come back for more!

Now. What makes a good eggs benedict is two things. 1. Runny yolk. 2. Nice hollandaise sauce. Oh my god, literally said that as i cut into the egg. Very disappointed. Over cooked as hell. Cmon, is it that hard to time the eggs? I didnt think there was enough hollandaise sauce too. Taste wise was good though. Call me nitpicky, but overcooked yolks pretty much kills the dish. Lots of fried bacon. And another thing, i requested smoked salmon. They got my order wrong. Say what? $16. Friend had the trio rice with spatchcock and cucumber yoghurt. He said it was okay. Large hot chocolate included. Service was good. Location was bad. Might i add that i came with a groupon voucher. If i paid normally, i wouldnt be very happy sadly. Dont recommend.

Love the atmosphere. I like sitting inside because outside can get a little dusty. Really friendly staff, fresh and yummy food. Health conscious menu not only pretty to look at but also very tasty.

We ordered the big biscotti and breakfast plate which seemed quite similar but they were both delicious with generous servings. Coffee was superb!

The breakfast board was quite underwhelming, had to order a couple sides in order to feel full. Service was great and really welcoming, food was average. The coffee on the other hand was great 👌🏼 would recommend for light eaters and coffee lovers ☕️

Came here for lunch on Sunday arvo, ordered coffee and bruschetta. Took ages for the food to come out, and when it finally did, it was cold. Brushetta was served on godforsaken "crispy tortilla", which wasn't crispy at all and absolutely soaked in oil. Main palate of the dish was just onions; with fragrant olive oil and basil, the very characteristics of bruschetta, nowhere to be seen. Oh, and nothing was done correctly with this dish, including the poached eggs, which rubbery and overcooked. The worse part was the manager "Mona" who refused to make any acknowledgement of the fault and snapped that it was their "signature dish". <br/><br/>PLEASE NEVER EAT HERE.

After an early morning visit to Flemington market, it's nice to be able to pull up a stool at the open window counter at the nearby Bar Biscotti to bask in the morning sun and enjoy a coffee by a bearded barista.

We had a great lunch here (salt and pepper calamari) with terrific service. The coffee was fantastic too ... only thing I found odd ... they don't serve Biscotti. Would recommend here equally for a catch up with friends or working lunch.

These guys are a great bunch, not only did they help direct me to another competing cafe but they also made a damn good skim cappuccino to get me through the sydney traffic. Interior design was very cool. Will return to try the food.

Yummy food and large portions. Great styling with a lot of the old factory/industrial feel maintained. Will definitely be going back for more of the breakfast options!

Chef knows what he is doing here. Had the special of spatchcock. Now whilst the bird wasn't huge, the accompanying salad and yoghurt and all that went in it made it delicious. Friend ordered a chicken dish. Said it was very moist. Coffee could use a little improvement though. Very weak. <br/>Will return for the food.

Food is good but like the rest of the reviews, the service is terrible. Twice I've been here and the service was slower each time. My arms gets pretty tired from waving to get the attention of the waiters. Perhaps the management should bring some basic school rules and confiscate their mobile phones so they can concentrate on serving their customers.

The breakfast is great here and staff are very friendly. I ordered the Big Biscotti(=big breakfast), serving is in good portion with variaty type of food. mom has the salsa bruschetta. i like the dish as they did not use the normal sourdough bread. the crunchy thin bread gives this dish a unique taste. Sis has the smoked salmon and it is a little bit too salty. good choice for brunch as well as for breakfast

Extensive menu, all day breakfast, open on public holiday, warm vibe from waiters. However, they were overstretched and not able to accommodate the busy client load. They took awhile to allow us to seat, said they will attend to us you give menu but didn't until we asked 10 minutes later. They didn't get to us for ordering until asked, the waiter clearly could not remember our orders but asked confirmation. The order still was incorrect when they served, and when I alerted to the incorrect order and sought clarification, the waitress didn't return? <br/>The food was nice, though can be improved. The service is what let them down. Please take the orders on paper, and don't get distracted when se serving a customer, should go miles for this promising cafe. It maybe just because of the extra clientele.

My review would be : 2/5 food 3/5 ambience 2/5 service 2.5/5 overall. The cafe looked bustling on a public holiday and me and my friend decided to have lunch there. We took our seats but took a while to get menus and we weren't offered any water. When we ordered, they could not remember what we picked and got the coffee wrong ! Maybe they need to write down people's orders. When we asked about the coffee order this was not followed through and was essentially ignored. We got smoked salmon and felt the toast was too soggy and the avocado was still a bit raw. The poached eggs were slightly over in my opinion. Overall it was a pretty average experience and probably wouldn't come back.

Can't say much about the food but I came for a take away coffee, no one had taken my order at the cashier, the barrister had to make my coffee then take my money. Fine that's understandable that they're very busy but to come home and find my regular coffee not actually a regular? It wasn't even filled to near the top. Very disappointing!!

Slack service<br/>Took my daughter here for a treat on Saturday. So disappointing. First of all we were ignored, not even given a menu while others were served ahead of us. Had to get the attention of staff to get a menu, then again to order. Then our cakes came with no sign of drinks. Asked whether they would be long as had already waited 5 minutes - is it that hard to serve food and drinks together?<br/>After 10 mins waiting with no sign of our drinks, I had to go up to the baristas to demand our drinks. My tea was sitting there going cold while the barista was playing with his phone and wait staff were chatting and not making eye contact. <br/>Then it's cash only. Was given $10 change in coins while being told Paypass is too slow on weekends. What??! Never going there again!

I'm unsure what a lot of people are talking about when they mention bad service but that is certainly not what I got today. Service was friendly and not too in your face. I ordered the Chargrilled Portugese Chicken burger with a melon delight fresh juice. My juice was great, however I found that the serving was quite small compared to other cafes. They really should up it a little bit. The chicken in my burger was nice and tender and it did look great when it came out, however there was a herb in it that I found almost ruined the flavour. I could not pin point what the herb was but it was a little too overpowering for my liking. It wasn't a bad burger but it was far from being one of the best I have had. My friend ordered also felt the same about her burger however was very impressed with her banana smoothie. Unlike my juice, this was a very decent serving. The fries that came with the burger were absolutely amazing! I can easily say one of the best I have had. They were not overly crunch but also not soggy and soft - just right! Overall, not a bad experience but the burger, I have to admit could have been better.

The service has declined significantly in the past 3 months! The staff prior to this decline were happy, engaging and alert. To my dismay, the food is slow, i had to ask for water twice and drinks came out in 10min intervals! This has ruined all future experiences for me and if youre starving, don't bother coming! #hangry

I had breakfast here this morning and it was exactly what I was looking for. I ordered the 'clean breakfast' which was poached eggs with avocado and fetta on Soy Quinoa Toast. It was very flavoursome. I also ordered a Soy Cappuccino which wasn't bad. I would come again.

Great place to grab a coffee in the morning. Really funky looking decor that suits the old arnotts warehouse style. Service was average. Staff didn't seem interested or motivated.

I have also read the reviews and found it hard to believe this was the same place I regularly come for my morning coffee. I really enjoy the coffee. I also have tried their poached eggs with avocado. Was quite flavoursome. I would come back here again.

Waste of Money. I'm a local and I use to come here all the time and then a few years ago it changed owners or something but I stopped coming. One morning in a rush for breakfast we came here early to have a quick meal with the kids. I ordered a bacon and egg roll and a side of hash browns...what I got was not worth paying money for. <br/><br/>Firstly it took them at least 20 mins to get me my order when it arrived it was a roll - unbuttered with 1 slice of bacon and 1 egg on the inside, no sauce, NOTHING! just a dry roll, a cold slice of bacon and a cold egg. awful, just awful... can't remember how much I paid for my side of has hbrown but it was around $3 and I got 1 - a bag at coles is $3, 2 hash browns wouldn't have broken the bank<br/><br/>Needless to say I will never go back and encourage all of you never to go as well... coffee is average and service is terrible, lots of people who wander around aimlessly too busy chatting to actually look after you as a customer.

Got a take away wrap. Was sitting at the bar inside waiting and could not help but notice how dirty the place was. Everything was coverd in a thick layer of black dust and the bench was very sticky- cute place but very dirty which is quite a turn off. My wrap was average...

Would I go again? Maybe as a last resort. For breakfast that totals to almost $50, I’d rather go elsewhere where I know I would have a good meal. I’ve been across the road to Cafe Zenja and I prefer them over Bar Biscotti. I’ve visited Bar Biscotti a couple of times and unfortunately it has always just been standard, such a pity :(

Stopped off here after a morning at Flemington markets, and glad I did. I'm a huge breakfast fan, and love to go out for it, and bar biscotti didn't disappoint. <br/><br/>The breakfast board is the way to go-<br/>Perfectly poached eggs, creamy avocado with feta, smoked ham, pesto, and smashing bread. And the coffee is fantastic to boot.<br/><br/>If you're in the area, you could worse than stopping here.<br/><br/>Live life, love food.

Terrible Service - Food average. Waited almost 20 mins to just get our drinks and almost an hour to get our meals, zero organisation- different waiters kept coming up to us to ask if we needed anything else or if we were done, had to keep repeating that we were actually still waiting for our food, in amongst this frustration, one of the people from the cafe with a massive hideous beard (not sure if he was the owner), pulled up a chair with 2 female customers and started chatting them up all while we were still waiting, absolutely disgusting, will never ever go here again

Beware of the breakfasts. We were served by a pleasant female waitress but unfortunately that is the most positive thing I can say about this cafe. The coffee and food were average but well overpriced for what you get. But no matter - we got the two breakfast items thinking that we could use our Entertainment Book voucher. However when we went to pay and showed the male cashier behind the counter, we were told that "breakfast" does not count as a main meal and that we could not use our voucher. It is most curious because most of their food menu comprised of "All Day Breakfast" items - what happens when you order one of those items for lunch? Anyway, we were clearly disappointed, but the staff member made no effort to compromise. Perhaps a smart business owner would offer us our coffees for free or hey, maybe just honour the voucher that did not state the "no breakfast" caveat, but no such customer service or business savvy here. Then, to add insult to injury, the other male staff behind the counter added "if you would like to come back for lunch next time you could use it". Seriously. As if we would spend another cent in this joke of a business. In fact, we intend tell all of our family and friends about this disappointing encounter. Sadly we hadn't read the previous Urbanspoon reviews with similar experiences, and hope that future patrons with Entertainment Book vouchers check here first before they too get ripped off.

The most obnoxious staff I've ever encountered. Not sure how they expect to run a successful business with staff so invasive. Weirdly "escorted" my friend to pay when we were not even a metre away from cashier. Funnily enough only male staff were annoying.

Not happy. Staff were friendly but cannot serve decent food. I ordered a latte and a TOASTED cheese, tomato and avo sandwich to take away. What I was given was two pieces of bread with burnt crusts, inside three chunks of avo, a piece of cheese and some tomato, what I ordered yes, but the cheese and tomato were obviously straight out of the fridge and stone cold. Not melted. The bread was quite large and not even cut in half so I decided to bin it and not even bother. So I'm still starving and I have an hour until I reach my destination. Really really disappointed.

What a shame!!! Great concept, poorly executed!! The staff are young and misguided pouncing around like its a school yard!! We ordered food and questioned a young Asian boy with blonde hair where it was, he had the audacity to continuously tell us WE never ordered anything??? After repeatedly telling him we did he refused to accept we did. Owning a few restaurants ourselves I would have sacked my staff member then and there. No adults running a place will destroy it in no time.

Disappointing. The decor is old warehouse style which I liked, but the food is underwhelming. I ordered the baked eggs which tasted OK, but the portion was almost half sized. <br/><br/>I had an entertainment voucher for 2 for 1 which was really the only reason for going there as I read some poor reviews previously. Then they even had the nerve to say that eggs were not a main meal so we couldn't use the voucher. <br/><br/>Save yourself from disappointment and go elsewhere!

Very disappointing. I wanted to like it because the decor is groovy, the menu looks great and the service is upbeat but the food here is really disappointing. We ordered the avocado and tomato bruschetta with poached eggs on a toasted tortilla, pulled pork sandwich and omelette. The avocados were so unripe, you could break teeth on them, the eggs were watery and the tortilla was soggy. The omelette was just too oily and tasteless and worse still - when the bill came, it included four extra dishes that we did not order. Wouldn't last a heartbeat in other parts of Sydney and they definitely need to lift their game.

Entertainment book voucher valid for.... Valid for what? Not sure.<br/><br/>There is no where in the entertainment book that states that it is not valid for breakfast and I would have to agree with most of the reviews here that state that:<br/><br/>1) Not valid for breakfast, even if you order a big breakfast at lunch time that cost more than the "mains", it is still not valid - not sure where it states that in the book or on the coupon<br/><br/>2) The service is quite shocking, gave eye contact to 4 staff members and it took us 10 mins before we could even get menus<br/><br/>3) The servings are average and the quality is worse than a home cooked breakfast and the price is pretty expensive for what you get.<br/><br/>Last year, I thought this place was ok and would still recommend it to friends, after today's experience, its best to stay away from this place

Disappointed. I took my family to bar biscotti today for breakfast. We were firstly disappointed to find out that they didn't have a children's menu. We had promised our daughter pancakes so had to fork out $14 for an adult serve. We were planning to use an entertainment voucher so decided to stay. My husband and I ate eggs Benedict which were quite delicious and a generous serving. So all in all we were satisfied until it came to paying the bill and discovering the staff wouldn't accept our voucher. We were told they were for use at lunch only. This wasn't clear on the voucher at all. The gentleman settling our bill knew I wasn't happy but didn't offer to take the voucher anyway. So I left very disappointed not to return again!! The inflexibility on the kids serve and unacceptance of the voucher outweighed our nice food. Disappointing!!

Worse service ever. They said 3 times they were going to come to the table to take out order but nobody ever came. To add to that, the employees were yelling at the chef and even I took offence. Don't go there.

If you are looking for prompt and efficient service, then this place is certainly not for you. We had to ask twice to order breakfast to no avail. Their service is shocking and attention to their customers appears lack luster! We decided to drink our very average coffee and go to the cafe next door! Don't even bother with this place. Perhaps the only cafe I have been to with appauling customer service. We were left with no waiter to take our order , and then made to get up and get our own cutlery . Nevertheless , when asked to remove onion from one of our meals , the waitress refused and said "they couldnt" . The image of the cafe is great , however, no staff member was dressed in any kind of uniformity and blended in with the crowd. When our food arrived , they had the wrong order . Enough said . I highly recommended this place if your wanting to simply have a bad experience .
