Cheeky Chocolate is an exquisite old world venue with "step back in time" lounges. One can sit back, enjoy, reminisce and indulge in some absolutely decadent cakes and desserts. Cheeky Chocolate sets themselves apart by proudly producing their incredible desserts in house. The moment you walk in and take a look at their desserts in the glass cabinet, you can see how much passion has been used to create these delightful looking delicacies!
We opted to dine in, outdoors in the sunshine - I don’t think there’s any better way to enjoy your dessert!
The menu offers a lot of variety, not just your average waffles and sundaes.
We opted for an Iced Coffee, and a Mixed Berry Smoothie – both were delicious!
For kitchen desserts, we chose the Signature Sundae and Mixed Berry Pavlova. The Signature Sundae was yummy easy on the eyes and tasted as good as it looked! We easily finished it off, along with the garnish of home-made honeycomb! The Mixed Berry Pavlova was INCREDIBLE – meringue so crunchy and chewy and gooey, it had all the textures going! Our taste buds were on overdrive with this delicious dessert. We highly recommend the Pavlova!
Of course we couldn’t leave without taking home two treats from the cake cabinet. We opted for the Lemon Meringue Tart which had a delicious curd cased in a crunchy tart. We also had a Mini Chocolate Drip Cake which was super rich and moist – chocolate lovers delight, for sure!
I think it’s dangerous that we live so close to this dessert heaven – but we’re extremely lucky too ;)

Your perfect little dessert bar. Located in North Strathfield, this place is a great cafe/bar to drop into for a coffee or wine and a delicious sweet dessert. We stopped in here for an afternoon snack while around the area. We managed to tackle the macaroons, man on the moon dessert and the nutella pizza. The man on the moon was a cup of salted caramel and dark chocolate topped with caramel popcorn - a very different dessert but worth a try for those that love a sweet and salty snack. The standout here was the Nutella pizza - a thin base, plenty of Nutella, fruit, cream and a topping of brownies. What more could you want. Grab one to share, sit back and enjoy the Parisian style decor. If you do not feel like something sweet head in the afternoon and try some of their wine selection and cheese boards
Great atmosphere, the cakes taste as good as they look! Obsessed with the chandeliers and the music. Creates a very romantic vibe, coffees are okay but I will definitely be back for the Nutella pizzas and the cakes :)
The desserts in this shop are simply incredible. Very delicious, beautiful, and a great way to indulge yourself and your friends. Ideal place to meet up with friends, and service was prompt and pleasant.
The cafe is resplendent with chandelier, comfy lounges and a delectable dessert display. The Sonoma coffee was lovely and toasty with a good crema, however, service was on the slower side.
Only came in for a coffee but service was great and coffee made to perfection! The window of cakes looked so good I would have eaten everything! I will come back to try some out..

One of the hot spot in North Strathfield
I have been here twice. The first time was a while ago but I remember ordering the signature sundae. It was good but it wasn't anything special. I wouldn't return based on that experience. I also tried a macaroon which also were okay but again, nothing special. Yesterday while in the area, I decided to give it another try. I had a chai latte and it was fantastic! It was creamy, exactly the way I like it and had a good chai flavour. My friend tried one of raspberry desserts and she loved it! I would be happy to give this place another go to try another dessert. The setting is quite nice also but is a little pricey at $9.50 or more for a small dessert.
Very popular place for a coffee cath up it friends and family. The service is quick and lovely staff.
The only issue was which cake to have with my coffee because they all looked divine!
There is also free parking and easy to find.
Love the atmosphere of this place, something different for Strathfield, plus the dessert is great! However price is a bit steep for most of their dessert, considering their portions are small
Not exactly sure what it is about this cafe that attracts my partner and his friends to travel 40mins but every time they're here they love it. I always get the brownie as I'm quite particular when it comes to desserts, they need to be just right or I won't have it at all.
The only downfall to this brownie was that it had a visually thin layer of thick caramel that distracted the expected taste of the dark chocolate fudge that melts in your mouth. I'm not a fan of caramel but other than that I love this brownie as the chocolate section actually tastes like baked chocolate and it has nuts! The winner. Ice cream was ordinary but decent in texture and a nice balance in flavor.
I'd recommend this place seeing as the street it's situated on stretches on a few other eateries with a nice ambience of food loving ;)

Also a shout out to the Japanese waitress that always has a big smile on her face! We will return! :)

North Strathfield has many good eateries and I've been looking for a decent dessert place in this suburb for a while.
Many people head to Pancakes on the rocks but for me it's a little bit mediocre for desserts so I don't go there. Usually, I would head to Strathfield or Concord but after doing a bit of research I am so relieved that I discovered this place. Cheeky Chocolate is a very nice place to grab some sweet drinks and desserts after a meal.
We ordered the special house sundae. It was a little bit small for $18 but the taste was truly sensational. Really enjoyed the flavour combination of the soft ice cream, honey comb pieces, and the chocolate-berry sauce.
Staff were also very friendly and the interior is very stylish.
Definitely coming here again in the future.
I went here with friends for a decadent dessert, I was advised dessert would be good, but was I still not prepared for the awesomeness!
The setting was lovely, it had an old homely feel to it. So many beautiful pastries were available to pick from, many were Zumbo pastries that I do not recall seeing in his store. Everything we had was absolutely delicious. It was the most perfect end to a great evening with friends.
They have a nice selection of cakes and slices available located on the main strip at north Strathfield. The atmosphere is very romantic and they do coffee. I highly recommend a macaron and nice table outside and watch the day go by.
I love this place. Such a beautifully assembled cafe! They also serve T2 teas!!! Massive bonus. I ordered the Turkish Apple iced tea which was incredible on a Friday afternoon. They also open after hours as a wine bar with a decadent choice of cocktails.
If you are ever looking for a hot chocolate, cheeky chocolate is the place to go! One of the best late night hot chocolates I've ever had. Nice vibes inside
If you are looking for great 1920's-1940's ambiance, this is the perfect place. I love vintage so this really suits with my taste. I love their jazz music and ambiance itself. I just love how their lights are set up makes you feel you're in a different era. Staff are nice, very accommodating and friendly. Desserts are nice, I had creme brulee, it was deconstructed so it looked different but still nice. I also had the dome ones, bit pricey I suppose but then I'd still say it's worth it..been here quite a few times now. This is one of my most favorite cafes in Sydney. It's simply perfect.
Not bad! Love the 1920s/30s theme inside. One of the most unique cafes you can go to in Sydney. I have to say I cannot be the verdict for the coffee as I haven't tried their coffee. On the other hand, their snickers muffin was amazing. Has a good feel about it, however a bit too dark. I think the owners could adjust the lighting as it was dim on the inside.
As you enter this mischievous sweet spot, put simply, you are greeted with boldness. Think 1920s fashion, where accessorising through jewellery was a must for any wealthy woman, and the evolution of jazz music created an atmosphere of pure elegance. The red velvet drapers and wooden finishing do well to take you decades back in time.

With the menu designed by Adriano Zumbo here and we decided to try three desserts. We’ve been here several times before and this time we knew we wanted to try the chocolate hazelnut dome. Unfortunately they ran out and we ended up with the caramel dome and oh my is it sticky. It’s a enjoyable dessert but I can’t wait till the hazelnut dome returns.
I loved the decor of the place! It was a mismatch of different lights and chairs from different time periods, and to top it off, they had velvet curtains. One negative was the absence of toilets, meaning you had to use the public car park ones which were a bit dingy. The vibe was fantastic- young crowd high on sugary goodness

The staff is absolutely amazing, attentive and friendly . The desserts were divine, and regardless of the busy atmosphere we didn't wait long for our order . One happy customer , and would definitely recommend Cheeky Chocolate to all those looking for an amazing experience with a wide choice of amazing desserts .
Went there Wednesday either some girl friends (it's not a male domain) and love everything but can see how it would be terrible on a busier day. Cant wait to go back!
Beautiful deserts, really the best coffee around the area, waiters little bit rude at times, especially if you move the furniture. Still positive, I will be back definitely.

Choc Encore please!. Came here after a light dinner at the Korean restaurant also in the Bakehouse quarter. Was pleasantly suprised by the decor (cascading chandeliers at the centre dining table) with a glass panel of chocolate cakes (which im sure they have to wipe constantly from all the fingerprints from little children, and adults for that matter)
Was deciding between the sit down menu (quite pricey at $20) or the pre-made cakes in the glass cabinet (ranged from $7-10). Finally decided to order 2 cakes from the glass cabinet between 2 people.
My friend was a fan of salted caramel so we ordered the hazelnut praline with salted caramel on the side, and a lemon cheesecake (quite a light cheesecake and good contrast to the other chocolate cakes they sell).
My friend was also eyeing their macaroons (she said the salted caramel (again, huge fan) was to die for, and also recommended the salted caramel tart).

After enduring such a pleasant weekend with the family I am honoured to say that it was topped off with a visit to north strathfields impecable sweet fantasy, cheeky chocolate! Such amazing decor, mouth watering desserts and beautifully presented staff. Congratulations to the owner on such an amazing place. I will definitely be back!!!!

I went to cheeky chocolate about a week ago and had a lovely experience.. The waitresses that served me were extremely helpful and were very attentive to our table.. Desserts were amazing!!! And we're very well priced as they are ZUMBOS!! Yumm.. Coffee was beautiful.. Loved cheeky chocolate would definitely recommend!
Just skip dinner and go straight to dessert!! Worth the calories and the stomache space :) walking in to cheeky chocolate is an experience, from the friendly service to amazing deserts! Coffee was just right and worth every dollar. I've been to other chocolate places and pricing seems to be very similar! I actually expected it to be more expensive....u pay for good quality and u will receive good quality!! I am actually surprised over these other bad reviews....I can't say one bad thing about this place and neither can my friends! No matter what night of the week...definitely a place to just chill out....the bonus is the beautiful furniture that we get to relax on! Well done to the owner of this place......such a great concept!

I'm so surprised with these negative reviews I just got home after visiting cheeky chocolate, what a quality experience! the staff were very friendly and attentive, the food was amazing and I will deffently be returning and letting me friends know how wonderful it was! I really enjoyed the atmosphere the boss deserves a round of applause
Not bad. Just like all chocolate places i find it overpriced. But there are some desserts here which i was impressed with,while others are ordinary. Service seems to be hit and miss, sometimes attentive,another time just standing at the register like a invisable person. The ambience though is what makes it stand out from other chocolate places,you'll see for yourself when you go......

From the warm colours and eclectic antique décor of the café to the " chic'ness" of the chocolate room. This has become my "favourite dining spot".
Not to mention , the staff were so attentive and always served with a smile.
