Great night out food was great and fresh. Enjoyed the menu and would highly recommend to others.just added a few pics. Portion size was great and very filling we ate a lot more than I have pictured loved the cauliflower. Well worth it.

Very nice, professional, respectful and helpful staff. We had a very good time there. We enjoyed the Shisha very much. The person responsible for the Shisha was very friendly and helpful. He refreshed the charcoals at the exact right time. The dessert and English tea was very good. I liked it to have a tea pot for all 4 of us, but we had to get a tea pot for every person which was waste of tea.... The music should have been louder. Totally enjoyed the night and recommended....

Good food and presentation. it's Fresh and tasty. And the drinks we got lime and mint (Don't remember the name) was amazing.

I went this morning for a shisha, it was cold morning. The flavor was really good, it had been a long time I hadn’t smoked such a beautiful taste of it. There was just a boy working on the floor, very friendly and very good customer service. Can’t wait to come back.

Unfortunately the average rating is quite accurate. The restaurant was empty and it was a Saturday night about 730. The service wasn't very good/friendly or attentive, the food whilst looked pretty delicious was quite underwhelming, wasn't seasoned and the cocktails weren't well balanced. You also have to pay $2 for a single takeaway container, ridiculous!

Came here for Dinner we had a great experience from the lovely and professional staff to the delicious food and drinks. First class service the food arrived very fresh and tasty. Thank you to Jorge and Joanne for a fantastic evening, we will definitely be returning again.

Don't think I'll be going back if I'm being honest. Staff seemed like they didn't want to be there/had no idea what was happening (very lost) Drinks were spilt on me twice (unintentionally) Asked to buy an extra piece of chicken schnitzel and was told they can't do it ???? Gave us Shisha which had rubber seal missing that meant the flavour wasnt coming through properly , by the time it was fixed etc we had only used it for maybe 10-15 minutes. The food was average and really overpriced ! Never given a 1 star review in my life but this place takes the cake.

Went on Friday night with my partner we ordered some entrees and some mains with cocktails and shisha overall there was nothing to complain about everything was fantastic.The waitress with curly hair and Njana’s service was beautiful and they were very friendly they gave us their time though they were busy. Also the shisha boys were lovely i would give the staffs a huge respect i dont have any words for my coctails that i ordered which was Prior to Love with pischtachio i guess i had the same cocktail three times also my parter enjoyed a lot.Big thanks to ATMOSPHERE chefs the food was amazing!!! THANKYOU ATMOSPHERE will definitely be back on this weekend❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We ordered drinks and shisha and were told we had to order dessert, but when we asked why they had no real excuse. Then we waited more than 20 minutes for two glasses of wine and a beer. We waited more than half an hour for shisha. We ordered dessert and I was bought an old, tough cheesecake- though they did replace it. We were also bought 2 x pistachio desserts when we ordered sticky date puddings. The attitude of the waitress was pretty poor, annoyed at us because she got the order wrong. Then we waited another 15 minutes for cutlery to eat our dessert, which we eventually had to ask for. Shisha didnt have enough water so the smoke was pretty minimal. Overall everything about our experience was poor and inadequate. This place has beautiful decor and could be so much more with a little care and decent service. But my experience tonight was one of the worst I've had.

Disgustingly poor service and staff treatment by management! We waited 1 hour on a sunday night for a couple of fruit puree smoothies and eventually they brought us 2 alcoholic cocktails which was not even close! Then they had the nerve to charge us full price for them!! Also one of the exhausted waitresses was crying by the end of it... Avoid this place like the plague!

This venue has great ambience and elegant decor. Both indoor and outdoor dining area is spacious and they also have a private dining area. I started with bruschetta and it was simply delish. The wagyu cheese burger was pretty good and the patty was perfectly cooked. Served with fries with delicious sauce! <br/>My favourite main has to be the grilled Atlantic salmon. Beautifully plated, all the elements worked harmoniously! <br/>The drinks were all fresh and delightful but my favourite was the mango daiquiri.<br/>Finishing off with the dessert platter that was quite indulgent.

I have been generous with my rating here and it is just for the amazing shisha. Other than that everything is very poor, customer service is non-existent. Quoting the staff "Im doing you a favor by pouring the beer in your glass, it is not my job otherwise" It says you can order food in the smoking area on the walls but you are still forced to order food in the smoking area with shisha. Cocktails taste average. Another good thing with the Shisha is the bottled beers. Would love to come back only for shisha in isolation so dont have to deal with arrogant staff.

Disgusting service and food best describes this experience. Half the food was returned because it was over cooked and was cardboard like. this resulted in attitude from the management. Half the guests had finished eating and others were still awaiting food. The children’s pizza was completely burned on the base and when we raised this in addition to the previous complaints we were told we were difficult from the beginning and too loud (while music was blasting making it too difficult to hold a conversation). When we queried why this was not addressed earlier (In order to lower the sound level) we were rudely told to get out and threatened with a call to the police. They got one thing right in this place - dim lighting so you can’t see the rubbish they pass off for human consumption - I wouldn’t give it to my dog.

Went here for dinner with a few friends. Wait staff got our order wrong even though I repeated it 3 times. Food was extremely average. We went outside for argila after. The atmosphere outside was really nice. Wouldn’t go back in a hurry though as food is what gets me. I had the beef ribs. They had a foul strong beef taste and smell to them. It just wasn’t right. I’ll stick to hurricanes for ribs.

Whilst Strathfield is renowned for its Asian – primarily Korean and Chinese – cuisine, North Strathfield offers a slightly different proposition. The suburb used to be home to the Arnott’s biscuit factory and its historic buildings, dating back to 1904, have been transformed into the ‘Bakehouse Quarter’. This precinct features cobblestone streets, leafy parks, a selection of retail outlets and an array of restaurants and bars, including Atmosphere Café.

This place has an atmosphere all of its own. A huge open restaurant in the heart of North Strathfield Atmosphere has options for those seeking lunch, dinner or a drink to wind down the week. We managed to head in for lunch and try a couple of the dishes. From the entree we had the grilled octopus, haloumi salad and a side of wedges. The octopus was seasoned with a crisp BBQ and tamarind flavour and the haloumi, tomato and balsamic salad was fresh and tasty. A great way to start the lunchtime feast. Our next dishes were the meat lovers pizza and spanner crab linguine. The pizza was topped with all the assortment of meats and on a freshly baked base. The winner though was the spanner crab linguine - the pasta was the freshest and lightest we have had in a long time. We topped it off with a Nutella pizza/doughnut cross. The freshly baked pastry of this dish was addictive and topped with Nutella and ice cream was a match made in heaven. Open late over the weekend this is a place where dinner would be followed by a few drinks in a relaxing and vibrant restaurant. Free parking next door on weekends also makes this a convenient spot.

We came here for Sunday Lunch, after learning that the pizza ovens only operate on weekends.<br/><br/>The place is beautifully dressed, and as soon as we walked in we were promptly seated and handed menus.<br/><br/>We're those annoying people who love to ask the waiter "what do you suggest we order" or "what are the most popular dishes here?" So we asked, and boy were we pleased we asked.<br/><br/>For entree we had Arancini, Grilled Haloumi & Bruschetta. All so delicious! Arancini was delicious and crispy and had such a moorish filling. Haloumi & Bruschetta, are the two things that can’t go wrong.<br/><br/>For mains we had the Spaghetti Seafood, Marinara Pizza & Homemade Pumpkin Gnocchi. The Spaghetti was al dente and the seafood was flawlessly cooked. The Marinara Pizza was delicious, with just the right amount of cheese and seafood. The Housemade Pumpkin Gnocchi was incredible, so rich, soft, sweet and cheesy!<br/><br/>We’re so excited that this place is pretty much local to us. With such an extensive menu, we’re excited to come back to try more of their dishes!

Atmosphere has plenty on it's menu to choose from. There are certainly many mouth-watering delicacies to entice and tempt one and all. The servings are substantial and as we tried various dishes we were grateful to sit on a larger table - as we needed the room for our plates. We commenced by both having a cocktail. Sir had a Margarita and Mlady a Cosmopolitan. Both were incredibly enjoyable. Sir's - "very tasty" he said. This Cosmopolitan really was so good that this has now become Mlady's "Go to" cocktail. The Cosmopolitan was made with Smirnoff vodka and Triple Sec shaken with squeezed lime and cranberry juice. Sir's Margarita was made with Jose Cuervo Tequila and Triple Sec shaken with lemon and garnished with a salt rim.

Worst service I have come across by waitstaff, but what was most disappointing was when I asked if they had something by way of a fruit platter to snack on, they said they had a fruit platter with kiwi, berries, strawberries as well as other basic fruits for $25 which I though was a bit steep but thought, hey, summer fruits can be expensive. This is what we got, 4 fruits used for their juicing, spread on a plate. How embarrassing.

The worst restaurant I've ever been in Australia! Ridiculous service and rules! Do not tell you any information beforehand and extra charge you when paying the bill, do not allow you to take away the leftover. Worst experience ever.

Food was ordered, cooked and served at least 5 minutes before the first drink arrived. Given there were only two occupied tables in the place and one of them was finishing their meal it wasn't due to being busy. A second round of drinks didn't even make it to the table before the meal was finished and I was ready to leave. On the other hand, the waitress was standing around bored and tried to clear my plates before I'd finished eating. There are plenty of other places on this street, do yourself a favor and go to one of them. Definitely not recommended and I won't be back.

Got turned away from the empty restaurant because we just wanted to grab coffee and a dessert. Was told we can only enter the restaurant if we have dinner or Shisha. Staff member was rude and made us feel very unwelcome. Their strange policy makes it seem like they only want customers who will spend big money - everyone else is a waste of time. What a shitty service, shitty drink. I ordered Iced long black and It had half a shot of coffee in it!!!! It takes forever to get anything from the wait staff who are extremely rude. I even got told off by a waitress when I complained about the coffee, instead of an apology. Really regreting coming here and paying money. Absolute rubbish!

WORST PLACE EVER!. I have never ever put a complaint online about any restaurant or customer service I have received in my 21 years . The other night me and my gfs went ordered DESERT and argileh and The rude blonde waiter said we had to order food for an argileh or a bill of $80 to get an argileh,also mentioning its a restaurant not a cafe (pfft) I asked her how much our bill will come to with desert and drinks it was $110 and still refused to give us argileh and sit outside saying desert isnt food

Rude Staff. Some friends and I stopped by atmosphere for a quick coffee. We approached a staff member for a table and were told that if we were only ordering coffee that we we would not be served. <br/><br/>Not only was the staff members approach rude, their policy was just ridiculous. <br/><br/>We won't be returning. Bad Atmosphere. Terrible initial service. We were asked out right if we were there for food, when we said "dessert and coffee" we were shooed out by two staff members. If they refuse to offer coffee they should probably take it off their menu. It was a really bizarre experience. <br/>Wouldn't recommend visiting not would I go back.

Terrible experience. Had a group of friends decide to go to the cafe after dinner for some dessert. The owner was incompetent and rude, telling us that we had to order "food" as dinner if we wanted to have dessert. We politely declined and he rudely told us to leave his restaurant. Very bad experience.. Possibly dangerous. Used to go here a lot and was always good.. Recently they changed the menu which was horrible because they removed the club sandwich.. Also once smoked argileh there and tasted like bleach.. They had been put in bleach which I dont think is even safe.. Asked to change argileh and happened to be the same.. Not only this they stil had the nerve to charge me for it too.. Never going here again.. Stay away it can be dangerous I asked a doctor and said bleach is toxic to ingest

Hack atmosphere. One of the worst joints I've been to. The customer service is absolutely shocking, the female waiter in particular looks like she hasn't had any since the depression era. the food is sloppy at best and quite dear. And then there's the owner who is about 30 stone with a bad melon is one of the rudest pricks. Would cut my left bollock if this place is still running in 3 months.

Waste of time. I phoned the restaurant to reserve a place for 4 people at 7pm. The lady then asked if we would be having dinner or just shisha. After telling her that we only intend to have shisha and drinks, she told me that she can't have us at the restaurant until the kitchen closes at 10:30pm. (They don't make as much money off shisha than they do from dinner [which is overpriced, apparently]).<br/><br/>To the genius who is running that place, you are doing a terrible job of running your business. Disgusting customers service. 1. booked 3 weeks in advanced I called to confirm they had changed the time without calling me. There excuse "I booked at a time the restaurant is busy" im sorry but what's the point of making a reservation<br/><br/>2. on arrival our table was not set. Worst service ever. Four of us went one friday night to enjoy shisha. They wouldnt let us share 1 between four people. They said that we had to buy two shisha to get a seat. Also we had had dinner elsewhere and they demanded that we also order dinner there. Then they demanded that we sit in a random dark corner when there were plenty of seats available. We were keen for dessert but they would have none of it. Needless to say we left. Will not be going back.

Good place. Honestly I have been there 4 to 5 times, the most important thing, i believe they have the best argeleh is sydney, i have tried so many places but atmospheres the best.I loved the place, customer service is good, I was told that I have to get an argeleh to sit out side, that's just fair, it gets buzy that's why,they keep out side for ppl smoking argeleh. Every time I have been there its been very buzy and I had to wait to be seated, so I believe ppl love the place, and I'm one of them.

It's a trap. The owner is delusional to think people will come, pay money for sub par atmosphere and food, and then want to return. Inexperienced staff made for a horrible night and my chair was being knocked every 10 minutes from guests and staff barging through.

Horrible place I suggest you don't attend at any cost.. The place offers three out of ten quality meals, my meal looked as if they had a toodler put it together. it was messy and darn right rubbish, they surcharged us for just about everything didn't want mash instead chips which charged me 3.50 extra. Look the service was horrible the lady was grumpy and was literally trying to force us to buy something we did not want apparently its because we were sitting outside. The bill came at a extremely pricy price its as if we were eating at ribsnrumps. I've been to almost every establishment within Sydney and this place is by far the worst place me and my friends have been to. Just don't go there they force you to buy things plus they make you feel unwelcomed & blame you for not buying the items. Horrible place -1 star.

Terrible customer service. After we had our terrible terrible overpriced meals the manager come out and asked us if we were having argile, we said that we didn't and she got angry and gave us a massive lecture on why we are not allowed to sit outside and eat without having argile. No chance I'm ever going there again.

Absolute worst service ever. The waiter was rude, unprofessional and full of attitude. As a small group of 4, we were refused a table unless we ordered exactly 4 desserts - a ridiculous 'rule' - and after ordering drinks and other items, were told these were not 'desserts'.

I went for coffee outside, staff said I can't unless I'm having dinner and argileh. Went a second time to have dinner outside, apparently couldn't because this time we didn't have argileh. Tried to give it one more shot and have coffee inside (not one person inside) and the waitress responded with "definitely not". Staff are rude and arrogant. The atmosphere is unpleasant and no more chances will be given to this horrible excuse for a restaurant. Disgusted!!

Worst service and overpriced! The owner is absolutely rude and pretencious. He placed us in the far corner outside the resturant because we weren't having food although for the $60 bill we got, it wasn't like we were just sitting around having tap water ( which this resturant refuses to offer, they have to make money they said). <br/>As it was a cold night we requested for the heater to be turned on but the staff just said they didn't have any more burners left. For a pretenious looking resturant and expensive menu, it is quite stingy. <br/>Never going back and will be letting everyone know about it.

Rude, disrespectful, horrible, ridiculous and inhospitable was my experience at atmosphere tonight. Service started off with wait staff forcing us to order argelih, when they found out we were there only for coffees and desserts they asked us to move tables unless we order mains or an argelih!!! When we did move at their request we were, repeatedly, asked if all of us were having dessert, we said yes, when we realised there were no gluten free options for one of our friends we only ordered two desserts, they seemed frustrated and annoyed. They made us feel very unwelcomed! Also tap water was requested many times before we got it (seems to be a common issue here) admittedly the desserts were good but the poor service left a bitter tastes in our mouths spoiling our experience. We will never visit this place again and I would suggest the same to anyone else!

Numerous things went wrong with out sitting and were extremely rudely dealt with by the manager/owner.<br/><br/>First of all, we got told we got told they were closing in an hour (admittedly we got there @ 10PM to enjoy some shisha) and they kicked us out at 10:40PM because the waiters wanted to leave early.<br/><br/>Second of all, we asked for a jug of tap water. They refused to serve us water on the premise that we did not order any food or drinks. Under NSW Office of Liquor Gambling and Racing, it is a condition of a liquor licence and certificate of registration that, at all times liquor is sold or supplied on the premises, drinking water must be available free to patrons. I even showed this to the manager on my phone from the official website and he completely denied the law and said it only extended to those who are consuming alcohol. What an idiot. What does tap water cost you? <br/><br/>Third of all, since we were sharing the shisha, we requested 5 mouth pieces. The waiter told us that since we only ordered one shisha we can have two mouth pieces. So you want me to share 2 mouth pieces between 5 mates. Disgusting. Again, I wonder how much a plastic mouth piece costs you. 10 cents? <br/><br/>Fourth of all when we paid our bill $35. We gave them a $50 note and $5 in coins to ask them to get a $20 note in return for practicality. He gave us $10 note and $5 back in coins, telling us he has no more notes on hand at all. So he robbed us of $5. When we told him this, he came back with a $5 note that he owed us. Thought you had no more notes in the till?<br/><br/>Fifth of all when I told the waiter that we had been here before and was okay with the service and had been served free tap water here before he completely denied it, told me he was studying hospitality and that he knew better. The manager then came over and told me that he was 1. That we were lucky we were served at all because he loses money on us sharing 1 shisha between 5 people and 2. That the law is actually for tap water to be served to someone consuming alcohol. Well you were happy to collect the bill for the shisha we shared, if you have a policy about sharing the shisha how about sharing that before we give you money? He then went on to tell me that if I come again I won't be served at all. Great management mate, you've lost 6 somewhat loyal customers and hopefully a lot more when I get the word around to the locals in Strathfield. Unfortunately my fat and hairy friend, complete denial of the law is just ignorance and I will be looking in to reporting you to NSW OLGR. <br/><br/>Come here for terrible service only.

I would advise no one to go there <br/>The owner is so rude and disrespectful I have never had someone speak to me with such disrespect. I walked with 3 friends to order a coffee and when the owner found out we were ordering only coffee he said that he will not serve us because we are not going to eat dinner.<br/>Absolutely appalled and disgusted

Extremely poor atmosphere. The waitresses try to do their best but the owner is extremely rude. I wouldn't have even written this review but for the fact that he also had an argument with another patron as I was arriving. Seems like a reoccurring problem, which would explain why their seating area is half empty these days. If your not hospitable... Stay out of hospitality!

*Do not go to this place* .... *Do not go to this place*<br/><br/>The atmosphere at atmosphere may seem nice but the customer service is ridiculous. We sat down and ordered 2 cold coffees and said we didn't want any food. Five minutes later, the waitress came over and asked us to order food.<br/><br/>I assumed there was a communication gap at the initial order time.I had lunch a while ago, elsewhere, so said again, very politey, that we didnt want food.<br/><br/>She goes to say that thay don't do just coffee..($8 for a cold coffee). She said if you want just coffees, there is a cafe across the road that you can go to.<br/><br/>This is the stupidest and most insulting customer service experience I have ever had. We got her to bring us an entree, which we didn't eat, and didn't eat, but paid for, because I really wanted my cold coffee at the time. I paid for it because that would keep me frustrated enough to get home and write this review, which I am about to put on other review websites as well.<br/>If you want respect and good service, Atmosphere is not the place for it.

The worst service I've ever received at a restaurant. Ordered a chicken plate and it was pink raw in the middle. When I pointed this out to the owner, he was rude and aggressive. He snatched the plate off the table and told me to get out of his restaurant. I've never been treated by anyone in this manner. I am appalled that an 'owner' would react this way. Especially as it was a health issue of raw chicken. Very disappointed. Do not go there if you value your health, safety and self respect.

Horrible service! Made us order a minimum of 2 argileh's and didn't allow us to order tap water and made us pay for mineral water instead. Rude manager and incompetent staff

Worst place ever. Rude staff. Terrible service. Bad food. STAY AWAY! Stayed 20mins waiting for a menu then another 30mins for a a waiter to take my order then was told only shisha and mains outside (wtf)

This is the worst place i have ever been ..rude staff,slow service and inedible food ...

Horrible service and communication. We were told that they had a table for 9 of us and made us wait for 20min before the manager abruptly came and demanded we must all order mains to sit outside and walked away. Rude and arrogant and a waste of time.
