Cold flat white.. Took it back, not much warmer on the second attempt. Operator needs to use a thermometer for a while to get a feel for the correct temperature. Checking Facebook while making the coffee not a good look

Have been here before and was very happy with cleanliness service and food. Went there last Tuesday and not happy at all. Poor service waitress had dirty hands and looked like she couldn't care one bit about her attitude. The toasted ham and cheese sandwich my husband and I shared was barely frightened by the cheese. I have worked in catering and no matter what kind of day I was having I would always be pleasant to customers. Sorry but another once lovely spot for coffee is a no go for us. Only gave it one star as the coffee was ok. This is bringing up Strathpine it was MORAYFIELD

Customer service is poor! One young lady in particular who works there needs to learn how to smile and greet customer. My husband today purchased coffee and sat with our 4 year old who had french fries. He was asked to leave!!! Are you kidding! The kid had some french fries! He does not eat cake. He did not have a full meal! It was some french fries!! You have lost customers and I will endeavor to tell others of this poor customer experience

Coffee was a life saver. Honestly a lot of baristas tend to burn their coffees but the lovely girl there got it right! Smooth, rich, fragrant and at 80degC. Service was so friendly too! Will be back as soon as we can!

Cakes overpriced.. staff need training in public relations with their greetings even when busy.. would I return, NO! Drink coffee n tea all over Brisbane.. some places their staff excel and make you feel fantastic while other coffee shops are just so ordinary sadly.. ☹🙃😥🥴

Very nice coffee. We come here often. The mild blend is so smooth. Just had the jam and cream croissant so fresh. Highly recommended. And they care about veterans.

I have had several coffee's here. Very nice blend choice of strong or not as strong1. It is a tasty brew no bitter after-taste. Service is fast and polite. Best coffee experiance in the Strathpine mall. Thank you.

Great coffee, even better service!! The girls always know my order as soon as I approach the counter, and are very friendly and inviting. The coffee has two blends, both of which are delicious. My quad-shot- caramel latte is my morning highlight. I would recommend people to try the ham and cheese bagels, you will develop an addiction!! Thanks for the lovely service ladies xx
