Review Presotea - Success

Tried the summer fruit tea today. Did they get inspired by rotten summer fruit? It’s disgusting and I don’t wish to try any other drinks of their menu

Their milk tea is SO GOOD, they've got good customer service as well! Highly recommended.

Probably the best bubble tea chain around with my favourite being the mango milk with lychee jelly. Always busy and sometimes you can wait 15 minutes plus.

This shop is very conveniently located on ground floor of the shopping centre. You have a big menu to chose your drink from. There is plenty of parking available as the shop is in the shopping mall. The service is quick enough depending on how busy they are. However the large glasses are standard size and dont really look large at all. I think they should have a bigger glass from large drinks.

Honestly disappointed with the service speed & costumer service- I’m not usually a person who leaves bad reviews, but I guess I’m in a bad mood today. I’ve been multiple times, as it is the most convenient Presotea location-wise. Every time (from my experience) has been a wait, a really long wait. I’m talking 20min for 1 drink. I understand it being that long if it’s rush hour- but even at 8pm the wait is the same. No to mention that there’s employees taking their grand time, I’m not even staying this to be rude- that’s genuinely what it looks like. I compare this to the Presotea on Newcastle St, who host BTS cupsleeve events, where there are lines going down the street, but they still mange to get your drink to you in under 5mins. Every time. I’d like to highlight this occasion- once I ordered through the app…I waited 25mins, and got sick of it- so I asked the girl at the counter where my drink was (and showed my order on the app). She replies “oh we called that so many times”. No, she hadn’t. This is just small though, not a big deal. But I would appreciate it if they’d use the app, when the drink is done, it should be reflected on the app. That’s the whole point of it. Once again, just small. It’s just a shame that I’ve had so many bad experiences with them, like I said before, this shop is the most convenient for me. I’m not convinced to go back there again.

We went to cockburn gateway to grab some presotea. I ordered a brown sugar latte with black pearl and my wife ordered the passionfruit qq. Both had very hard bobas. Its not really cook. So disappointed as its not the first time it happened. I know that it was very busy yesterday (saturday shopping) but its not an excuse to have bobas like that. So disappointing and will never go back!

I have tried many of from their selection and I'd highly recommend this brand. Though the only concern being, on some occasions that I have made a purchase here, the tea is not cold enough especially if requested with less ice. It's understandable to think that less ice = less cold but that shouldn't be the case. As long as the tea was properly shaken with the ice before sealing it off with the plastic film, it should be sufficiently cold regardless of the quantity of ice in the finalised tea. But I digress, the staff are always friendly despite peak hour and the taste of the tea is consistent which is a good thing.

Presotea makes some of the best bubble tea in town! Don't know why they get such negative reviews. Never had a complaint here , will come here again.

This store is usually good. However, my boyfriend and i ordered a special pearl milk tea. Within 4 hours, we both had food poisoning which caused vomiting and fever. This store needs to have better practices installed for hygiene and food preparation...
Comida
I got the hojicha tea, 75% sweetness, 25% ice with ‘panda’ tapioca pearls. Was very nice and I like the option to choose the level of ice and sweetness. I highly rate the product itself but the service was horrible and thus I won’t be returning.
The staff were rude and made me (and everyone else in the line) feel like an inconvenience just for being a customer.

You really can't go wrong with presotea - one of my top favorite bubble tea in WA! Plenty choices of authentic and aromatic tea crafted to cure any craving! Now introducing soft serve ice cream too to mix the playground a bit with 2 flavours: vanilla, matcha/greentea or mix of both! I just can't stop myself visiting Presotea whenever I see one!

So disappointed :( first of all the staff looked at me with such disdain because they had their friends there and were all speaking in their native language. Secondly I ordered the wintermelon lemon tea with aloe Vera (they had run out of pearls) and they literally put some kind of sultana or DATE in my bubble tea without it being listed on the ingredients or me asking for it??????????

AVOID :(

Slightly pricey to be fair. But you get what you pay for. The range of tea flavors and toppings is good. They even have a crunchy range!!!!!!!

My favourite bubble tea joint. The Okinawa Brown Sugar Milk Tea is a must try! Sweet, but not overpowering and the brown sugar adds an edge over the original milk tea flavour.
