Fujiyama has been my favourite Japanese takeaway in the Inner West for years. I finally popped in for an actual visit today, and it was fantastic.
It's only a little pricier than other Japanese, but it makes up for that in the quality of all their dishes. Their sushi rice is always seasoned perfect

Sashimi is consistently fresh. Agedashi tofu is delicious, flavours are delicate. I always order this with the large sashimi set, can be shared between two.
I love the plum and ginger tea, wish I knew how to make it at home. Highly recommend.

We ordered the salmon and soft shell crab 8pc rolls and received very soggy sushi. It was packed with cream cheese and tuna that did not taste pleasant. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Small portions and pricy but very tasty.
Pretty regular Japanese restaurant, a bit of a hole in the wall with stained, sticky menus but the food delivers and not for a too pricey amount. Would recommend if stopping by!
