Review Mcdonald's - Sunbury

This is the most efficient McDonalds I’ve ever been to around the world. Great food & drink, great service (very fast). Also has a nice enclosed playground area with slides and tunnels for kids 😀

The kids that work there are really nice, the only complaint I have is that we often have items missing from our orders, if it's ordered through menu log you have to go through them to get a refund or a credit. If you can't get out to get the missing item for whatever reason, you go hungry, maybe this is something they should look at, but the kids are still wonderful, they do their best and don't deserve to be yelled at, please remember they are kids, you wouldn't yell or scream and verbally abuse your child, don't do it to someone else's .

Table's were wiped properly, floors were swept toilets were clean and the polite staff got my order right. To the management here. Well done 10/10 best McDonald's I have ever been to. Everyone at Sunbury McDonald's hold your heads up high. :)

Had Maccas last night never expected the 40% off deal to mean 40% less cooked also. Got given wrong burgers first then had to get new ones so the mcflurrys melted and the chips went cold, no offer for new food. Then get home and sons went to eat their quarter pounders and the meat was raw so could not eat them, so disgusting turned off Maccas for a long time now and waste of money. Worst part is they ate some of it before looking at it and then being almost sick.

We're back to no thickshakes or sundaes during the late evening to early hours of the morning. This happened a couple of years ago but had was rectified after communication was made. I'm aware machine's need to be cleaned, but I'm also aware that it's not a 6hr job to complete.

Went through drive through to order brekkie. Confirmed order when paying for my meal. When picking up order was given frozen coke instead of latte. Told to park in waiting bay. Realised I also had wrong food order. When coffee finally came was asked " cap with 2 sugars?" Advised I had asked for latte no sugar and returned incorrect food order. When finally got order and drove off realised I had still been given the wrong food order.... 4 mistakes in all and stuck waiting for 10+ minutes. Overall not a good experience.

Service was fast, staff encouraging each other and my late breakfast order was fresh. However I was disappointed that at least half of staff were wearing masks around their chins, especially as we are seeing cases rise so rapidly in Victoria. One of the managers (running for drive through) was wearing their mask around their chin, I'd hope they'd set a better example for their team. I understand it's hot in the kitchen - I think staff should be permitted to go outside for a break when they need to take their masks off for a minute. Thanks for a nice meal, and please continue to look after your community by wearing a fitted face mask correctly.

Staff at the cafe is really helpful and friendly. Good customer service overall. Clean toilet ...

Worst quality of food. Cheese is not melted and meat taste like being cooked two hour ago cold and tasteless. I used to like going there for breakfast but since quality going down I ve never went back

garbage absolute trash<br/><br/>over $20 for gourmet burger and fillet o fish worst descicion of my life patty was litteraly cardboard no truffles in sight, its your damn job to cook the orders wats it take like 4 mins? cant even do that thick long black disgusting hair tossed in my fries been sick for the last two days god the pain...<br/><br/>good thing im not a health inspector becuase this place needs to BE SHUT DOWN<br/><br/> just pathetc really

Always had good mcdonalds as far as food is concerned but stop burning the coffee everytime! Worst mcdonalds baristas unfortunatley. Get a thermometer

Disappointed that they are not in fact open 24hrs, but their drive-thru is. <br/>Don't bother going out for a midnight snack unless you're driving there.

Worst McDonald's I've been to. Two terrible meals - cold chips, cold burger. The coke was the best part of the meal. My daughter didn't have a toy in her happy meal either. Never going back.

Who adds a McDonalds to Urba.... Little bit of a strange eating experience here. Nobody came to the table to take my order. Had to pay before I ate. Food was bland and appeared to have been slapped together by a teenager according to some instructions on the wall. The cutlery was plastic. I couldn't shake the feeling that I had been here before, years ago, although this was my first time in Sunbury so I couldn't have. It's like it's an exact copy of another "restaurant" somewhere else.
