Review Subway - Sunbury

I rang 10+ times to place an order with the phone number supplied on Google nobody answer the phone call. I got into store two girls working with one customer understaffed maybe or care factor zero ??

The person serving me was extremely abrupt and rude, my sandwiches for my mum and me were extremely loosely and carelessly wrapped and I got literally one piece of beetroot on my whole sandwich even though it is a dollar extra. The ingredients were very old and shrivelled too.

Always a good fast meal but I have recently noticed that if having the food home delivered there is nearly always an ingredient missing! I usually get a salad and it may be the cheese, meat etc. Need to pay more attention to the order if not a standard item.😠

Took my daughter for a child meal and never had choice of cookies, out of childrens water and only apple juice available, which was not stocked and waited for them to go out back and get one. Not the cleanest of Subways with dirty front door and dirty floor.

They’ve got absolutely no idea what they are doing. Stuff absolutely everywhere. Staff are rude. Food wasn’t that bad. But everything else was an absolute joke. Won’t be returning.

Attended at 7.30pm on Thursday the 23rd of December 2021. All I can say is the place was dirty and one staff member had her long plait hanging over her shoulder dangling in the sub she was making (for someone else). The service was extremely poor due to the two girls discussing their private lives and repeatedly having to ask what it was we wanted due to being distracted. Also huge flies buzzing around the meat and salad section. The finished product was sub standard and only reason we didn't leave was because we were on our way to the airport

Wow. I came here to write an honest review after a below sub-standard (no pun intended) experience last night (manager you might like to see who was on closing shift! 21/10/2021) and I see many others here singing the same tune! And I hadn't been to this subway in almost 10 years due to my last experience being shocking too. Some things never change it seems! It's no wonder they're in a tucked away location with an almost empty parking lot. Take a visit and you'll see why. My husband and I walked in, not realising it was 10 mins to closing time. Not that that should matter, closing time is closing time, you should only be cleaning up and unable to serve customers after then, not before then. We walked in where 2 young girls were working, one on the phone, glanced at us, didn't say a word, the other cleaning up, also turned around to look at us but then turned back and proceeded on with cleaning. Not a greeting or a word said! We stood there for almost a minute waiting to see if we'd be offered a hello or to be served. Nothing. They pretended like we weren't there. We just up and left after waiting in silence for a while, treated like we were invisible - stunned at being looked at but not greeted or served at all. I had a similar poor customer service experience the last time I was there, and that was 10 years ago. You'd think something would change by now. I get subway relatively often and have never had a complaint about another store. Sunbury needs a serious overhaul. Who is the manager / owner? You need better staff and higher standards.
