I ordered yakult milk tea with mini pearls and it didn’t come with mini pearls, and clearly i did pay for topping as the tag and the receipt both said so. careless workers, being busy isn’t an excuse for making such a disappointing mistake.

I used to be a regular customer at least a few times a week and it was great. Lately though they've been clearly having issues. Drinks take forever to come out. Understand they're busy but half an hour? Gong Cha is 5 minutes tops and usually almost instant. Also for some reason very sweet all a sud

Reasonably priced cups of delight are available from this place. They have many types of drinks and toppings, which they give a good amount of. I love the pretty decor and the fact that I can order my drink in jumbo size 😀 Open until late which is awesome because you never know when you’ll get that

Decent bubble tea with reasonable pricing. Lots and lots of flavours to choose from. One of the few places where you can actually taste the tea in the drink. The coffee milk tea and the coconut milk tea tastes good.

I used to to here a lot. It's really good, sometimes they would get my order wrong, that's okay. It's taking longer to get the order now and staff are less happy.
