Best bahn mi I've had in Sunshine. If you're buying anything other than a single roll and are not after a plastic bag, make sure to let them know as quickly as you can. The number of times I get a pork bun and before I know it, I have a single pork bun in a giant plastic bag... :^)

The very best banh mi bar none. Worth travelling to this place. Grilled chicken banh mi with extra chilli is just sublime. If I'm hungry, I can eat three. Usually two is enough!

I would have given 5 stars last week, but when I bought banh mi again today, I was disappointed, chicken was old, maybe because I was earliest customer n it was from yesterday, hard n chewy, even the buns were not crunchy. otherwise it was yummy last time.

Superb fresh crispy bread rolls. Excellent Vietnamese pork rolls in either hot or cold meat. A good selection of roll ingredients- although they don’t have avocado. The food is no doubt great. Crispy bread is such an amazing thing in the morning for breakfast. They never fail on this. Vietnamese coffee is also good. Service is what you would expect in an Asian style shop, but it is not something I mark down.

Try the roast pork mixed with grilled pork, with chilli and hoisin sauce (no spring onions). Get the flavour of the grilled pork, but the crunch and richness from the roast pork combined in one roll. Usually there's always a queue, but they process the orders pretty fast.

Tofu roll with butter and chilli please. this is my stock standard order and i never get bored of it. All the fresh flavours, the bread is amazing and the tofu is warm succulent and so full of flavour. I am so happy when i come here, polished of with a vietnamese ice coffee. thanks
