Went there on a friday night around dinner time before a movie, though their service was nice and friendly they only had one 6inch left at 6:30 and they were turning away a number of people. I happily took the last rye roll as I'm not fussed, but as I went to bite into it I came across something hard, the lettuce core.

The staff who served me today really dont know what customer service means, and not enough salad to see, this is the worse subway i ever had.. the sauce is too few, i ask if he could put more sauce and just said he already put it but he did not literally add more and all i can taste is black pepper,..not worth what i have paid for👎👎👎you should get someone to work and do there jobs well not ripping the customer off.

Food is cold 40% of the time. But definitely a classic in terms of just the industry and definitely is a fun place and has a lot of story in Kdramas and just dramas in general

Amazing service and friendly staff. Be it catering orders or sub on the go, they always make it fresh. Generous servings and quality ingredients at an affordable price. It ticks all the boxes. Not to mention the smell of the fresh bread every morning and evening is enough for me and my friends be their regular customers. Highly recommended!!

This place disappoints a lot of the time. It's the closest to where I work so I have gone back few times. They are just soooo stingy with their serves. You pay $1.10 for avocado and they purposely put the funniest amount on. Same with everything else. Every time I've been there I have had to request more for the price I pay. The staff are not great either. It really sucks, most other subways are at a way better standard.

Just got an Uber delivery. Asked for Italian bread and for it to be toasted. Got white untoasted. Not happy. If you don’t have the bread take it if the menu. Or at least make a note and compensate. What’s the point of having a toasted option if you not doing to do it??

There is a Subway on the main road but I prefer to park my car and pop in to the marketplace. Quick service, fresh bread and salad, engaging staff. Isha is one of their amazing manager. Even in busy hours she greets me with a smile and no compromise on the quality. Best subway service. 5 stars from me. I have myself worked at a Subway franchisee and I can see this restaurant takes itself seriously.
