I used drive through and the service was polite, my request for fresh fries was met and promptly received. The burger was fresh. Definitely better than my local McDonald's

There were no customers inside yet many tables were dirty. We asked the staff to help us with the high chair as we could not remove the tray part and no one knew how to remove it 🥴 Food was average.

Absolutely disgusted ask for no Onions on my burger because I can’t eat them and I get lots of onions on there so I didn’t eat
I'm always pleasantly surprised by how friendly the girls are on the drive thru on the occasional morning brekkie run. There's been a couple of occasions where an extra hashbrown has been forgotten but interesting how good customer service makes you that bit more forgiving
