The store n staff are still great. Churning out food efficiently but the new pork belly deluxe burger was a let down. I was expecting more to it. Based on the TV commercial, d size, flavour and texture were misleading... in my opinion

We ordered food that was not delivered to us and the rest of the order was not prepared correctly. When we called up their response was to pass the buck. They did offer a voucher but that doesn't fix the issue. Getting a refund from Menulog still doesn't get us fed. Mistakes happen it is how we fix
Worst Hungry Jacks I have been to. Food is always cold, items missing and the wait is always long. Don’t waste your time and money, I keep giving them a chance in the hopes they will get better but it just gets worse.

The burgers were once better at hunger jacks but not any more. After spending $55 on food you would at least expect it to be hot. This was not the case burgers we all cold. Cheese was not even part way melted that how cold these burgers were, top of he bun felt like it had just come out of a fridge.
