Was waiting to be served for a significant amount of time as 2 workers sat out the back chatting and eating ice-cream. There was a customer before me who did not get served for 10+ minutes, after they were served the worker disappeared around the corner again, leaving me to wait even longer! I walke
Was okay. Tried the Non-Dairy Choc Chip Cookie Dough ice cream which had a considerable amount of cookie dough, however not gonna lie, it was quite sweet. Terrible customer service. Don’t bother to order birthday cakes from them. I placed my order yesterday morning and I got a instructions email asking me to ring the store to make the payment and confirm the order. I’ve been trying to ring Surfers Paradise store every hour and no one answer the phone.
A nice ice cream spot in the Surface Paradise precinct. A variety of nice flavours available. The ice cream is definitely on the pricier side.
I visited here at 4pm on a sunday arvo, May 1st. I waited 10-15mins for a single scoop of icecream because the young girl working (only person working) was moving like an actual sloth whilst serving the small group in front of me. She seriously looked like she would rather of been anywhere else but
I came in a few weeks ago, and had a wonderful time visiting Ben & Jerry’s. I had never been before and really wanted to try it.
Had a very nice and caring service in Hejha, and he was incredibly helpful in helping me chose the flavours that I ending up getting. Great guy, and great service.
$6.80 for a baby scoop is such a rip off pricing needs to be re visited purchasing at woolies is way better they however the atmosphere, situation all different when you purchase directly from a ben and jerry store. Pricing should be cheaper than retailers unfortunately bad marketing and strategies.
terrible service 2 young girls too busy chatting and using phones even though saw me waiting. shop dirty. half display covered and not for sale. display glass filthy. poorly presented and won’t be returning.
will stick to Gelatismo on other side next time.
