Normally enjoy the Guzman Gomez chain of restaurants. The food is healthy & fresh.This one was busy & sadly lacking any customer service. We ordered jalapenos with our meals & sadly received no more than a couple each. We tried to find out what happened to the self serve condiments they used to have
The food here was delicious and amazing to eat. The service was wonderful and the look of the place was divine, I may not have had dine in but I’m sure if you ate there it would feel like you’re eating at home with family. I love the food here and it’s an amazing experience to try different cuisines
Paid 16$ For what they promise would be a BOWL full of food, the order is so small i mean is ridiculous...ordered takeaway had to cook at home the order was so small you can even check the borders of the packaging design not even 1/4 filled disappointing wont recommend going there... they are all un
Very average. Don’t go here expecting great Mexican. It’s the McDonald’s version of Mexican. At least there was not a rock in my burrito. Refer to previous review. The staff really look like they don’t want to be there.
Honestly disappointed. Normally I absolutely love Guzman and I’ve been to stores all around NSW and QLD. This is probably the worst one I’ve been too. First they wouldn’t put my burrito in the meal because their system wouldn’t allow it and made me pay for the chips and drink separately.

It's taken me a week to upload this but felt it had to be done - our order was wrong but more worryingly their was a stone in our nacho fries - yeah! An actual stone! Also one of the dishes was dismal - just half full, soggy and clearly put together in a hurry. So overall - not a great experience.
The staff that work here are just incredible! And the food!!!! So so yummy and looks as though the staff enjoy the place they work and their team. $3 tacos and the frozen Margi’s is such a good bang for your buck

To the owner of this store, please consider paying your staff more or at least consider more staffing. My food was okay but the two poor people behind the counter seemed overworked and stressed. They were working so so hard.
