Review Zarraffa's - Surfers Paradise

In the mornings I’m not the most talk-a-tive person. Some how the team at this location alway seems to bring a smile to my face. I don’t even like coffee all that much, however, the team keep me coming back most days of the week. Thank you for the morning pick me ups Zarraffa’s surfers paradise.

Nice coffee and cakes... this is franchise coffee but worth to try...

Lovely, polite staff. Have had trouble recently at other stores where they don't label the double shot and we have to guess which one it is. Didn't have to ask this team, they did it automatically! The ham and cheese croissant was delicious too. Clean store and fast service

No matter the package or taste, the muffin is very delicious! Many chocolate jam inside or outside the chocolate Muffin😍

my absolute all time favourite store on the coast! I visit zarraffas as least once a day and this store is always such a pleasure to go to! never a negative experience, the staff are all super lovely and the manager always takes the time out of her day to make sure that mine is good! such a kind and beautiful soul! always leave the store with a smile and am always excited to go back! ❤️

Staff are nice. Wanted to try this place for ages because they didn’t have it in my hometown. It’s basic coffee chain type quality. Same prices as Starbucks but not as good. They have some different things on the menu, I tried the white chocolate chiller thing. It was so sweet - not in a good way. Wouldn’t return.

I’ve always been a fan of Zarraffa’s coffee. They’ve always been excellent in all other branches. And they’ve never disappointed me with their quality until I tried this location’s coffee. The quality of the flat white that I ordered was very low that I don’t think I will go back to this branch again. Apart from the quality it didn’t even look good at all. Way far from the quality they offer in Toowong, North Lakes, or elsewhere.

Always quality and what you expect from a Zaraffas, although the wait time can be quite long especially on a weekday. Located across from Hard Rock and only a short walk to the beach which provides a better atmosphere than the coffee shop itself. They also offer a selection of food and the croissant is pretty good.
