I really loved the shaved ice cream here the brownie and caramel one are good pictures below is the tropical which was a little plain but good for people that prefer fresh over sweet.
If you haven’t tried it I would recommend it.
Just a warning the brownie and sweeter options should diffidently be shared between a minimum of 3 people.
The owner is super relaxed though so I don’t know if anyone cares but for those that do there you go.
Pricing did go up from $19 to $22 over one week which I think is pretty expensive for ice cream.
I would eat toppings first then used condensed milk after as it gets lost in all the toppings haha.

Nice little dessert café on Elkhorn Avenue I. Surfers Paradise.
I had high expectations, but was a little underwhelmed. They were unable to make half of their desserts on the menu due to a malfunction… so I had some plain ice cream instead.
Unfortunately, ice cream was very soft. And the coffee was good, but not very hot. I tend to appreciate attention to detail, and it felt lacking here.
The location and atmosphere were very good. Nice place.

Cute little sweet cafe. Had the super Oreo waffle and 2 flavours (medium) shaved ice - had strawberry and pineapple flavour. Both were amazing especially the shaved ice. Will come back.

Nice little retro dessert shop in the heart of surfers paradise. The inside has a very old school diner feel to it, very bright, which would be lovely in summer, perfect place to stop in with friends. The selection is quite good, not your average types of desserts. The sweet ice option is really good for when you don’t want something so heavy, easy to share with someone, & tasted quite nice with how easy it melted in your mouth. The dessert cone was decent, not my favourite, but definitely something worth trying at least once. Unfortunately the coffee was a letdown, quite bitter & not very good, didn’t continue to drink after a few sips. Would return again on my next trip to surfers, worth checking out.

Bubble waffle is one of the typical and popular street food in Hong Kong.
And the bubble waffle of this cafe is the best I've ever eaten so far in Gold Coast.
Shaved ice looks yum too but they have been sold out because I went there nearly 8:30pm.
Tag them on Instagram and get 20% off which is really a great deal!

My little sister tried these waffles in Malaysia and Thailand and absolutely fell in love. So when we found out one opened locally we knew we had to try it out. To our suprise they serve the best ones we've tried. The bubbles on the cones were warm with crispy edges and soft in the middle a much better texture to the doughy/pancake texture in the ones we've tried before. The waffles served at bubbo are very fun to eat and definately very filling(the portions are very generous)even if you order it without any toppings. Toppings and choices can lead to many combinations, wether you want to have toppings inside the bubbles these can be arranged too. Loved the setting and the staff are polite.Will definitely be back to try more combinations and the miniature desserts sometime too.

Excellent. I had a classic, then came back again later for another for my daughter. We had coffees also that were terrific. Great service and lots of happy customers. The waffle stayed crispy right to the end, light and tasty.

The waffle was so moreish! Tried "the devil" one it was delicious and a good balance of sweetness and textures and was not over whelmed by anything in the dessert. Definitely coming back again.
