Review Liv Eat - Surfers Paradise

Absolutely love Liv Eat! Who knew healthy food could taste this amazing! There is a huge selection of food too from salads, wraps, sandwiches, juices and slices too. The restaurant is super trendy and modern located in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Or do what we did and grab some food to have as a picnic. We took a variety of different things for our day trip out to the Gold Coast Hinterland. The staff here are super cool too - really friendly and happy to have a chat, which is nice. I so wish this store was near where I lived - I'd eat here everyday!

Very delicious food and healthy as well! Great service too, I'm definitely coming back for more! :) The only thing to improve in my opinion is to get rid of the one-way plates.

Edit: I was wrong, this place does have vegetarian options, I just didn't see them on the menu. Check reply below. Two people can easily eat for $30 and it's not only delicious but "healthy" (not sure if I believe that with how much cream cheese the sandwiches have.) Only thing they're missing is more vegetarian options. All the wraps and bowls have meat in them. Only two sandwiches were completely meatless out of the whole cooler. Even 4/6 of the salads have meat. We don't all eat meat!

So nice to finally see something healthy in surfers with reasonable pricing and friendly staff. $10 and I got myself a yummy Caesar salad! Sorry I ate some before taking the photo

Ate here a bit whilst working on a job in the area, Good healthy options stand out well generally leave you full, everything tastes great. Prices are up there though like always if your getting value then that’s fine. Took a downward turn this week though, when my smoothie was only 3/4 full, asked if they’d mind topping it up but milk was the answer (...to a dairy free smoothie).

Love the salad bar. Was able to choose my own ingredients and dressing. I always add guacamole but find the portion size changes from day to day. I wish there were some sugar free chia pudding and bliss ball options.

Surprisingly good and fresh food in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Just what was needed due to the lack of fresh eating options in town. Place is only new so staff still getting used to quickly cleaning tables. Coffee is also surprisingly good. Been here a couple of times. Free wifi and fast service.
