Poor customer service. There are no signs to say get a tray and tongs and serve yourself. The pastry cases all have signs saying "do not touch" when I went to the counter there was no-one in the shop and 2 girls serving I asked them for some cakes and thought I would be helpful and mention that when you search on google for bakeries the shop doesn't come up so they might want to tell the owners. The girl just looked at me and said "next time you come here pick up tongs and tray and get your cakes" wow! So lazy . I won't be back for any cakes after that.

They sell the same bread as all bread tops so you will always know your favourites are there.
3 stars because in some of the cabinets there were flies.

The bread is good. But is not as good as the melbourne breadtop. I had the spicy beef the flavour is as good as melbournes but the filling is less almost just a thin layer. Staff is friendly. Very hong kong style which what i love about.

Pleasantly surprised to find Breadtop open on Christmas Day. Needed to get a snack for the kids and the choc chip buns were fresh and fluffy.

Fresh buns found daily here. I have sooooooo many favourites here at Breadtop!! but i must say their greentea and redbean bun is one of my priorities there. And i love their bbq pork buns!!

Expired cake. Today was my birthday n my wife purchased a Bday cake for me. When d guests arrived n we cut cake it was expired n tastes yukk . We feel embarrassed in front of our guests.<br/>But advise all of u plz. Taste before purchase. Horrible experience.

Always love the food at breadtop, (although I think it's a little over priced), however, I can't believe how rude the staff was when I went in!! Didn't greet anyone, not even a "hi" when I walked up to the counter. I said hello anyway, which she didn't respond to, not even a smile. She totalled up my purchase and then just pointed to the amount on the screen and held her hand out. I went to hand her my $5, which she snatched out of my hand and she literally just dropped my change on the bench and said "finished now". I couldn't believe it!! They really need to think about who they have interacting with their customers... Bad customer service is a real put off.
