Popped in one Tuesday night into $15 rump steak with beer special ... Oh my word! Great meal and helpful staff.. definitely would go back! Maybe tomorrow haha

Bar staff woman abrupt and seemed annoyed at me and mum but she was a young woman so maybe just having an off day. Food average. Tables sticky and place smells a bit, but it's a tavern so don't expect too much of course. Good beer selection though. Have a special each day on a selected menu item for dinner which makes the price reasonable. Convenient location for Broadbeach northern end.

Excellent fish and chips. Kids liked the burger. Nuggets were a little dry but no complaints from the kid. You can charge to the room at Crowne Plaza next door so a huge plus. There is a bottle shop attached which was also a plus.

Tried to order a Pina Colada...they were unable to make it but I was most welcome to go elsewhere. Tried to get cash out at the TAB...they were unable to do that either. Specifically requested on two occasions, from two different staff members, that they do not use paywave...on both occasions they tapped my card and used the paywave facility, ordered a bowl of fries for $12 only to discover that you get more in a medium McDonald's fries. NO atmosphere, RUDE staff, OVERPRICED! CANNOT POSSIBLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AND DEFINITELY WON'T RETURN @

More of a locals sports bar, friendly service food was surprisingly good, there are some good lunch and dinner deals on offer.
