We haven't been here before so went based on reasonably good Zomato reviews. We were suitably impressed with the prompt service and yummy food. It was very full going in so that was a good sign!!! It was certainly above expectations and if we are ever in the area again we will go back!

Great reliable local restaurant with very friendly staff. We had the pork belly with greens - pork belly was crispy and juicy. Also had the pud bai grapow with chicken - delicious. Curry puffs are a must.

We we’re watching a Thai travel show so felt the need for pad Thai tonight and got Uber Eats from King & I tonight. A good tasty tangy Pad Thai with chicken. We also ordered a Green Chicken curry and roti and peanut satay. The green curry had a great amount of heat. Foolishly we forgot to order rice but had it in ramekins almost like a soup instead. Delicious. Probably best Uber eats Thai I’ve had in the area and quite a quick delivery time.

Omg Omg absolutely fabulous. Went for birthday dinner on 18th October and it was amazing. Had the usual unbelievable duck wraps and then mains of pad see ewe, prik pow and a new dish of fish with apple salad which was amazing. Love love love this place and the Manager even though he no longer wears his red sneakers is so nice and hospitable. Will go back again and again and again. Keep up the great work

Delicious and well priced. Thai Green Curry was amazing and Coconut Rice was perfect. We weren’t a huge fan of the Roti and the portion size of the peanut sauce was on the small side.

I’ve been coming to King and I for delicious Thai food for years. However, it’s been a little while since my last visit so I decided to order some takeaway.
We chose the massaman curry with lamb, duck wraps and pad Thai with chicken.
All were absolutely delicious! I knew that the curry and pad Thai would be great, however I ordered the duck wraps on a whim and they turned out to be amazing! Kind of like the Thai version of Peking duck but with roti. So good!

Nice authentic Thai cuisine, love the prawn dishes. Love there new delivery system, great for convenience! Would recommend this restaurant  :)

We come here regularly because we love the food! The service with Scott and the good value of the prices makes it a good night out. Love pad thai, bad pow grapow, saytay, roti, and the curries

The food is phenomenal, our entree, salad and fried rice are all fresh and rich in flavours. Price is very affordable for a night out, around $60 for a dinner for two. The only reason it isn't a 5-star is the waiter accidentally takes away our clay pot without double checking with us and it's already thrown away by the time we ask. Will be back again. A great little local gem

It's been a while since we have been to King and I. The food is still excellent and staff friendly and helpful. Portion size is very generous. Really handy to have Purvis next door to get a bottle of wine. Wish we still lived close by to go more often but worth the extra drive time, will be back soon.

Absolutely delicious meal, and super quick to-go service! We ordered the kao pud prik (beef), curry puffs, roti and pad priew wan (crispy pork) and would 100% buy again. Cheaper to order from restaurant directly compared to Uber eats prices (easy street parking for pickup).

Amazing food and bright service, all rounded together with really good prices. Staff are friendly and attentive, and the food was cooked perfectly and very well presented. Good mood music and lovely interior design.
