This is my go to place whenever I am craving for proper crispy fried chicken. Although they do lack flavour in their crispy batter, the meat is always cooked thoroughly and juicy, just the way I want my chicken meat to be. Their sweet potato fries is also always so delicious and cooked nicely!

Firstly, there are some precious people reviewing this store. Maybe go and get your food yourselves instead of delivery apps then blaming Red Rooster if it’s cold. I have visited and ordered from this store multiple times and my review reflects this. Staff generally are polite and get my order rig

I am all for red rooster having the best chips around but i have now been here twice (surrey hills) and both times the chips were cold. They were also pale looking and on the borderline raw. Gonna have to go back to my local red rooster for the 'best chips' around.

Terribly long wait time. 1hour +. How is this a fast food restaurant? The people there didn't know what they were doing and packed wrong items wasting time.

20 minute wait in drive through to be asked to wait another 5 min in the carport as the chips weren't ready. Looks like Uber eats get priority over customers actually picking up. Poor service and not "fast food".
