Review 22nd End Chinese And Australian Cuisine - Sussex Inlet

Typically strict RSL atmosphere. Some 'friendly' and some 'not so friendly' staff. Bistro food is average and priced accordingly. No spirits without an addictive (no shots). Nice view though.

Not a lot to do in Sussex. Decided to go to RSL for dinner, receptionist was busy with a conversation kept us waiting and made us feel as though we were an inconvenience. Club had lovely views of the water, the restaurant was still in the eighties with Chinese food being the main food of choice with additional standard typical Aussie side selection steak and chips , schnitzel and chips etc. Club does not have that inviting feeling.

It's a nice RSL and a good crowd in here on a busy Wednesday night. Raffle was good and plenty of prizes for Easter. Quick service for dinner but a long wait as they had a group of 45 to deal with but all ok. Food was hot and enjoyable. Really pleasant and relaxing to come here.

Always busy and especially on a Friday. The new look inside is great. Great friendly staff and excellent service. Everything neat and tidy. We had dinner and it was great. A really nice place to come to and a great atmosphere. Worth a visit and membership. The meat raffle trays are always good to.

Excellent meals with a choice of Chinese, Thai or Aussie favs. Large carpark or if needed, a courtesy bus runs every half hour. Sunday night meat raffles. Great all round value.

Went there for dinner one night during our stay in Sussex Inlet. The food was reasonably good for the price and I would go back again if return for another holiday. One of the staff could be a little more friendly at the door because first impressions are important. We had soft drinks from the bar and they tasted a bit strange.

The worst food I’ve ever been served. Their Chinese food is truly atrocious, to the point of being inedible. This wasn’t just one dish, both were disgusting. To be fair the kids schnitzel and chips were ok so they at least know how to deep fry food.
