Review Frank And Blanco - Sutherland

Fun hole in the wall type bar. Super friendly service with great cocktails. We had the (huge) nachos & tacos which came out quickly from the kitchen. Will definitely be back.

Overpriced fresh juice $9 each in a fancy glass, however the fruit was left out too long which had no peel on and had gone off, my friend had a shot of tequila for $3 extra. The funniest thing that was on the menu was the guacamole $8 for that and if you wanted the corn chips it was $8 extra for that like what the? Like what do you eat guacamole with a spoon only? Sounds ridiculous.

Decided I would give Frank and Blanco a try, unfortunately left disappointed. Whilst I understand that this is predominately a Mexican restaurant, there needs to be better effort placed on breakfast. $11 for Eggs Your Way, which is supposed to be two eggs. Unless the eggs were miniature, there was no way this was two eggs. Unfortunately quite bland, no butter offered for the toast, no salt and pepper on the table. “Plus your choice of Add On” doesn’t actually mean one is included, means you can pay for one (little bit questionable). Gentleman that served me seemed like he didn’t really care to be there. The great thing about the Shire is that there are no shortage of Cafe’s and I will be going back to others that are cheaper, better quality and quantity and with friendlier staff.

This is my first visit and I only came in for a coffee. This said, lovely. Has a friendly feel to it and, after perusing the menu, I reckon we'll come back for dinner some night. The menu appears to be mexican-asian inspired. Yum.

Try the baby octopus and kingfish ceviche. Friendly staff and detailed chefs. I found a gem. Don’t tell too many people about this otherwise you will have a long wait line in the future

Awesome vibes as soon as you walk through the door, staff are extra friendly and genuine, don't be scared to ask for their recommendations. Good food, cocktails and drinks and awesome service.

Great coffee and friendly service. There's also a great cocktail selection.

Had a great night at Frank and Blanco. The food was delicious, we tried just the squid and tortillas with guacamole and salsa, both excellent. Didn't have room for the tacos but I imagine they would be the highlight. The cocktails are excellent particularly the margaritas and espresso martinis. The staff were amazing and a lot of fun, super friendly and relaxed vibe. Big shout out to Brendan who manages the place and our bartender, Jacob. Only wish I was in Sydney longer to go again! Loved it... Thanks guys!
