Review Sweet Mayhem - Sutherland

This place is pretty popular...down side, when we arrived at 11am on a Sunday morning they had sold out of a lot of things! Would be good to see a few more vegetarian options. Ham & cheese toastie on the menu but no cheese and tomato! The cake that we had was delicious so thumbs up there and the drink was ok too, but would have preferred my hot drink in a mug than a glass, got cold super quick!

We’ve been regular customers ever since Maria opened the store a few years ago. There’s many cake stores and bakeries in the Shire, but Sweet Mayhem is the best of the lot. Whilst I absolutely love the chocolate cakes brownies and lemon tarts, I find the Steak and Guinness pie to be the best pie I’ve had in Australia.

The best cake shop in Sydney or Melbourne. Staff are wonderful, coffee excellent but the cakes are so amazing that I do not have words to describe. I stopped making my own special event cakes after discovering this shop. There are vegan, dairy free and gluten free options. My personal favourite is the dragon cake but I have tried them all and they are spectacular!

A calm little place with a pleasant ambiemce. Seems popular. Lovely cakes and pastries. The spectacular cake we bought for our daughter's birthday (image below) is a dragon cake.

I've been going here for a few weeks, and it does not disappoint. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner. Seriously amazing sweets and savoury treats to warm your heart and make you very very happy. The Shire is now complete... we have a world-class patisserie with the most amazing pies and cakes... the coffee is also delicious. I am considering setting up a tent at the door, LOL. So much for my diet... I have just decided that I like myself but chubby so that I don't have to give my new favourite source of joy. Yummo.

Sweet Mayhem made my cake for my suprise party - what a fantastic Cake!! 7Kg of cake Gluten Free and absolutely delicious!! A stunning Black Forest Cake so didn't taste gluten free!!! And it looked Divine!!! Thank you so much!

I bought 3 slices each of the orange celebration and marble chiffon cakes a couple of weeks ago for a lunch celebration my sister’s 60th birthday. Everyone loved them! Just delicious. I also got a takeaway coffee which was so good. Just the right strength. Thanks Sweet Mayhem! I’ll be back.

Most amazing celebration cakes! Fresh, delicious and extremely high quality. Great place to take kids for coffee and cake. Team are always Friendly!
