Review Domino's Pizza - Sydenham

The quality of pizza is really bad, the crust is not cooked properly, some pizza was burnt. For a franchise business this is not great service. They need trained staff to do a better job.

I order pizza through the app from sydenham store. It took an hour to receive the pizza and the deliver guy left the pizza outside without giving any noticed. All pizza got wet because of rain and can't eat now. Do not order from this store. Really bad service. This is not fist time this happens.

Be weary of ordering from dominos in Sydenham. Last night I was made to feel unsafe in my own home. All because I made a complaint about missing items from my order and them adding ingredients I specifically asked for them not to. Will never order from then again! Explicitly wrote to not include capsicum for the pizza to come covered in it. Had elements of the order missing to be told by the driver I have a credit at the store but no proof of that was given. When I rang the store to complain and ask for a refund they argued with me saying I didn’t specify no capsicum when it was clearly written on my order docket/receipt. When I asked for the refund of the missing item he said he was going to send the poor delivery driver back with a cash refund….customers should not have to chase up on such things. If you put an order in and specify to not include certain ingredients customers should not be forced to eat what they have not asked for. If items are missing from the order they should be refunded. Will never order from them again and I’ll be putting in an official complaint to the head office. Close to 1am in the morning the delivery driver come to return the money to try and convince me again how it’s not their problem my order wasn’t fulfilled and threaten me by speaking to me in such a way to try a degrade me. Repeatedly telling me it’s not their problem….and to top it off I was offering him to keep the money. When I showed him the receipt he kept saying it’s not their problem…I had to ask him repeatedly to leave my property which he didn’t … my husband had to come down stairs to get him to leave …. All on cc camera ….disgusting service will never order from them again!!!!

Food was ready much sooner than expected and was still hot when we arrived to pick it up. They even threw in a free garlic bread because they'd run out of deep pan bases and used a classic one instead Edit: our good experience must have been a fluke. Next time, we were given a cheeseburger pizza without the cheeseburger sauce. It tasted like nothing. Then on our next visit, we waited an hour for an order that usually takes 10 minutes. And the deep pan crusts we got weren't deep pan at all

I eat pizzas from dominos, and, while the pizzas are nice, some of them can look disgusting such as excess amount of oil, burnt toppings, etc. The service however is not that great. When you go up to collect your pizza that you’ve already order, sometimes they will say that your pizza is not done even after 20-25 minutes of waiting, then you gotta wait even longer.

Ordered from here through ubereats. The order was received, apparently made, then sent for delivery only for it to never arrive. Tried to call the store to check on the order but they never pick up. Really frustrating experience, no idea where the food went and a huge waste of time all around. Don't order here, literally order anything else because you'll actually get your order from a different place.

worst delivery experience i have EVER had... ordered at 7pm had a delivery estimate of 7:20-7:40pm Rang at 8pm as it still hadnt arrived. was told it would be another 45 mins. Waited until 9pm called again, kept answering and hanging up the phone. after calling back again & again finally they picked up after 20 mins of trying to call & was told it would be another 45 mins. Then after asking why it was taking so long over 2 hours i was told they couldnt deliver it at all. So very dissapointed words dont even explain. If I could put 0 stars or even negative stars I would have.

Firstly, ordered over the phone staff seemed all over the place. Plus they were not kind at all. They put me on hold for 10 minutes. However, my delivery driver was the only redeeming quality of this experience. I believe his name tag said Antony, he was very kind and generous, and had apologised for the waiting time and was very understanding of my prolonged issue. Was really humble and even refused a tip. Definitely the best delivery driver in that store and I am a regular customer.

We ordered Cheese Pizza and the cheese burger pizza. Without a doubt the worst pizza I have tasted thus far. Some kind of sour taste from the sauce and a thick gluggy feeling from the pizza as a whole. The Cheese burger pizza was just off. I hadn't bought pizza from this store in a very very long time. But thought that perhaps it might have improved. We used to get sore stomachs from the food. <br/>Looks like it just got worse. At least back then it tasted ok.<br/>I will NEVER buy a pizza from here again. <br/>Back for the long drive to the Italian pizza shop in Keilor Downs.I recommend the Dominoes owner to actually try real pizza and then try his own franchise. Shock horror.

Customer service training recommended. Overall the Domino's name has not been a positive experience. My latest reason for review has been prompted by a very poor experience and now I am hoping this may prompt management/owners to value customers more. <br/>Avoiding the pizza from the last experience I settled with a thick shake. <br/><br/>After waiting longer than expected to get the heavily advertised drink, I picked it up and it was closer to milk. Runny. I queried if this was they way it was meant to be and the employee said it was. After explaining I have had them previously, he explained that sometimes the machine didnt keep the temperature correctly. <br/>Feeling extremely deceived I asked for my money back, which also took a fairly strong stand to do so. Unfortunately I couldn't get the time wasted back. <br/>Dominos may need to spend a much greater amount of time on training their staff and learning from some other companies that value their customers and their experience. <br/>

With the mobile app and the hype; decided to try once again...fingers crossed... the proposed app delivery time was 10 minutes ..... 1 hour  later! . The pizza looked like a small kids pizza compared to a typical  pizza.  The delivery guy was great friendly apart from that Domino..... FAIL...<br/>

Dominos pizza. Its Dominos. I really dont believe l need to say anymore. Its widely known already. What a shame the lowest l can rate is one.

This is the WORST pizza store and manager I have ever had to deal with!!! Not only did my order come 1hr and half late but I was hung up on by management after their stuff up!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!! Avoid this pizza store as it is the worst customer service and pizza you will ever have and experience!!!!!!

Biggest joke of a pizza place. never go to this store guys!! Bobby the owner is a hack and his staff have no idea how to make a pizza. Always missing toppings, messy bases and too much pizza sauce. Have heard some bad things about this store and after trying it last week I will never go back.

I was enticed to try this thanks to the 15 year old waving a sign dangerously in the middle of the highway. The taste was far less exciting and Sometimes they don't honour their own vouchers leaving Sanjeev the delivery guy to make up the shortfall
