I helped a family friend organise their 50th Birthday celebrations at WatervieW in the Bel Parco room. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and courteous to all the guests on the night - nothing was too much trouble and because of this, the family friend was able to enjoy himself. Even when the cake had slid in the box en route to the venue and ruined some of the design, the staff spent a good amount of time helping me fix it and were just as concerned as I was about making it look the part - bringing utensils from the kitchen and suggestions from their expert kitchen staff. The cake looked like new in the end. Many guests raved about the food quality and quantity. The room itself is presentable and versatile so you can use it without having to do anything or jazz it up a little with minimal themeing/decorations. Nice view of the park and lake over some cocktails and canapes at sunset makes for a nice setting and the free parking always goes down well.
