Always blown away by Lotus and their modern take on Chinese cuisine. Their fried rice is among the best I've had, it's not oily, smokey, and the rice grain are nicely separated and chewy. The lamb dish is amazing too, it's definitely grilled to perfection; super tender, a little bit sweet and tangy.

We did a team building exercise, making dumplings and it was the best! The instructor (Steve) was excellent and we learned how to make spring rolls and dumplings and got an apron, recipes and gifts. If you're looking for something well run and fun for the team, you can't go past Lotus The Galeries.
