Review Glass Brasserie - Sydney

Nancy Indahwati
Great Food and customer service. Just one of the waiter was bit impatient when asking the drink other other staffs are nice. Entree: we ordered the gnocchi and the scallops. There were delicious. The riverina steak - the steak was cook perfectly and the meat was tender. Dessert: we ordered chocolate pondant. it was amazing, not too sweet too. overall we had great experience.

Very nice breakfast buffet at the Glass Brasserie located inside the Hilton Sydney. Line to enter appears long but it moves very quickly so no issues with waiting. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, they checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Plenty of options for different types of dietary needs including vegetarians and vegans.

Nice food and great service. You can't fault anything they are doing here. They offer a halal menu and make modifications to suit dietary requirements. The waiters are very professional and friendly. The food tastes good.

Summary- food was ok but I think it’s not a ‘must try’ place. Wagyu steak and market fish were good though nothing noteworthy. Plenty of other good restaurants in Sydney for slightly better value in terms of food/taste, service, and vibe. Waitstaff seemed quite new but were friendly. Other staff could have perhaps been warmer and informative of when the kitchen closes. The use of our credit voucher was also very difficult for them and multiple staff members were involved, and we were told at one point that they’ve never seen the voucher before. Was all resolved in the end but would not be coming back here.

Nice food and good service. Our main waiter Winnie did not really know the menu or what was included in the full buffet breakfast however overall it was a good experience. Coffee was barista made and good selection was pretty good. There was no cured fish of any sort which was a bit disappointing seeing as though they advertise this on their website.

There are 2 entrances which can be confusing. Arrived at the 2nd entrance and was told by a busy wait staff to head to the front. Opted for the 3 course set, for entree I had the Buffalo stracciatella and my wife had the chicken parfait. The stracciatella felt like an unfinished dish, like something was missing. The serve of parfait was extremely generous (a problem if you don't want to waste food), with a small serve of charred bread but not toasted. For mains we both had the sirloin cooked medium. Meat was undercooked, medium rare. The grilled vegetable was a bit strong (soaked in a vinaigrette?), But the jus rounded out the flavour nicely. Dessert I had the chocolate fondant and my wife wanted the creme brulee, but had to settle for a coconut rice pudding. Pretty standard fondant paired with some orange pieces. Rice pudding was as boring as rice pudding goes.

Delicious food, good quality, great service and nice . The wine was excellent 👍🏻 I would totally go back there again and recommend this place to everyone else. A bit pricey but worth it for dating.

This is a staple excellent venue for a special occasion. Love the ambiance, service is efficient and attentive. The menu post cove has been limited and still provides excellent choices. The food is simply cooked to perfection and I just love this place. Thank you to our wonderful server who organised an alternative dessert when we wanted an alternative from our menu

Great venue. Wonderful and everso helpful / friendly staff. Super delicious food. Good portion sizes. Extensive wine list and we found an amazing semillon reserve which hit the spot exactly. 10/10 for sure.

Exceeded expectations for both food and service. We had the $145 7 course degustation menu with the crab omelette And tea smoked quail and lamb rump and it was truly fantastic! The service from Andreas from Italy was just top level! It took three hours to finish and worth every cent! Only thing I didn't like was the credit card surcharge!

We came over sydney from gold coast for this weekend and planed to celebrate our short trip at glass brasserie, because this restaurant has lots of good comments. I booked for Sunday 730 but we arrived ealier, so we were seated at a table about 7p10. We got our food an hour later, after we ordered. Still one dish hadn't been served. The t-bone steak we got was cold. So, we complained that to the guy, who's wearing a suit and shaved his hair, his answer was "do you want me to warm this steak up ? We can re do it but it'll take another 40 mins. And also your sirloin steak is coming straight away.". Wow. We ordered the steak as RARE. Also we didn't expect the STEAK, which is WORMED UP, for 140 dollars. Your manager lady at front counter apologised us and tried to fix it but still not worth for being wormed up steak by microwave or warmer. The other steak dish was not hot enough, also wasn't medium rare. That was over medium. I thought you charged food price for your food quality and service. But no one looked after our table for an hour before we asked. Even the guy, who was called manager by staffs, he glanced our table few times and did nothing. The Asian guy sent foods from the kitchen, was hanging out at the front of kitchen even they missed food. Shame on you. Well maybe your people thought we didn't know about western foods much, because we are Asian. SORRY one of us is chef and I have an experience to work at A-la-carte restaurant. Your service in tonight was so wrong. Well we left at 8p30 with nothing. Thanks for ruining our dinner, making us to be disappointed. The bread was good.

Birthday dinner here was incredible! Highly recommend guests trying the truffle mash, crab omelette and the chilli mango mojito cocktail. Thank you to the amazing staff that made our night!

A wonderful evening all round. The excellent food, great service and relaxed, plush surroundings are the reasons we come back to the Glass Brasserie. The roasted quail with a creamy mashed cerialic was memorable as was the trevalla main course. Previously had the degustation menu which was outstanding and very satisfying. Highly recommend.

My partner and I celebrated Christmas 🎄 having dinner at Glass. We started with a cocktail ‘The Australian’ which was refreshing and delicious. Our dinner was sublime and neither of us were disappointed. I would recommend anyone to dine at Glass Brasserie. Thank you for making our Christmas so special!

My husband and I enjoyed an anniversary dinner at Glass yesterday. The meal, as always, was wonderful and the service, as always, was flawless. We were offered a window table with a view of the QVB which is very pretty at night. We ordered the kingfish sashimi ( a favourite), prawn toast, an Asian style trevalla and banana fritter dessert. All these dishes we recommend. Glass is our favourite special occasion restaurant. Will be back soon for a birthday.

Dined here lastnight at the bar area and holy moly.. The food was ah-mazing. We ordered sushimi, zucchini flowers & both pork and duck pancakes all accompanying our Pinot noir. The Service was exceptional. Luke (?the owner) would be proud. I accidentally dropped half my duck pancake & the waitor took time to inform the kitchen & voice my dilemma.. before coming back with a new batch. Didnt need to but i thought that was really nice of him. Will def come back again A really awesome 1st time experience!

One of the chef was very friendly even though some of the wait staff arent, food is very good to my liking. Love the atmosphere. Will Deff go down here again.

Great food, wine & company. Really enjoyed the trio of sorbet to finish off the meal. Going back there again soon

We've been going to Glass since it first opened. Still our favourite restaurant in Sydney. Professional staff, delicious and wonderfully presented food and great ambiance in the middle of the CBD.

Customer service = top notch ✔️ Food quality = superb ✔️ Ambience = perfect ✔️ You can tell you’re dining at a quality restaurant because everything is well-timed as the wait staff know every detail on the menu. Will see you again soon 😍

What to order? This is a wonderful buffet featuring English breakfast classics, as well as some Asian breakfast options for guests. I loved the baked good here too!. Located in the heart of Sydney City on George Street is the fancy Hilton Hotel. Right in front of the Queen Victoria building, this hotel is sort of hidden between the high rises in the Sydney CBD. Believe it not this was a popular spot for my morning coffee while working about 200 metres away from there. To enjoy a lazy start to our day, Nirry and I decided to try out the Breakfast Buffet on a lovely Friday morning.

Roast duck, beef tartare and king prawns... what more could you ask for as entrees? 😍 The flavour combinations were incredible. I’d say the duck was a highlight for me, especially with the sweetness from the peach slices 🍑

Onto the mains and desserts, what spectacular flavours and presentation 😍 ⁣
⁣
Barramundi and Sirloin were ordered for mains. Might I say, both mains were so succulent. I loved the smokiness in the sirloin which was cooked to medium rare perfection 🥩🤗⁣
⁣
Desserts OH MY LORD... I love my sweets so when the white chocolate parfait and bomb Alaska arrived, I felt like I was in heaven 👼🏻 The parfait really allowed me to explore my taste buds, with a combination of lychee and mango flavours. It was my first time trying a bomb Alaska and WOW! The meringue melted in my mouth tying in so well with the pineapple flavoured icecream! I was looking forward to seeing some flames 🔥 like in the movies but we only got some smoke, regardless I can’t fault the dish!

Buffet breakfast was the best I had ever seen. I felt like a queen for the morning. Fresh juice! Eggs cooked any way you want! Pastries! Spoilt for choice.

We have been here a few times over many years and Glass is always reliable. For some inexplicable reason, I have never tried the crab omelette, which has been recommended by friends time and again. So we ordered the dish this time to correct the oversight. It is absolutely sensational which prompted me to write this review. The flavours are exquisite, in large part, I think, due to the broth. It is well worth a visit, just to try this. Well done.

I don’t really really don’t understand what the fuss of this place is about, and where all the hats come from. My last visit was many years ago & it didn’t leave me excited to return. This time, my friend has the Entertainment Book voucher & wanted to use it. There was not really anything we ordered that any of us liked, except for the crab omelette. The spatchcock was the most disappointing being very very dry, so just hard get through. The salmon ceviche was overly tart, just not enjoyable. The gnocchi was very fluffy & light, however, it really lack moisture of some sauce, or even just more olive oil. Service was average, a really long stretch before someone come to the table. Probably not returning in the near future.
Janet
Pleasurable experience! Food was cooked to perfection with good flavours. Service was also exceptional - everyone was extremely welcoming, would definitely be back to try more dishes.
Marianna Tuccia
Glass never disappoints. The service is impeccable and the food is exquisite. The highlight dish was the organic egg crab omelette with enoki mushrooms and miso mustard broth. I could have eaten bowls of that broth! #glassbrasserie #finedining #omelette
Annee
I suffered an allergic reaction from the potato mash, as there was no description of truffle in the menu.

Aside from that, we did receive desserts on the house for some mishaps earlier on

Service was average, food was average

I would probably not come back again
Tanya
Mmmmm.... highly recommend coming to this place when you’re looking to treat yourself (or someone else!). Got the 7 course degustation and really enjoyed the ambience of the restaurant. It’s a much louder restaurant than your other fine dining restaurants but it also provides a much more comfortable atmosphere for you to enjoy your food. Service was also great, the waiter was highly attentive and not intrusive like those at Sepia. They knew when to come and take the bowls and were very polite and friendly. Highlights from the night was the sashimi 3 ways, the crab omelette, and barramundi.

The sashimi 3 ways was so well prepared and gave you a nice balance of sweet, sour and savoury. Great texture and a standout dish.

The crab omelette was also so delicately made and had a lot of thought out into it. The dashi broth was so rich and balanced well with the omelette. Delicious!

The barramundi was also so well cooked and I really liked the Indian flavours shining through this dish. It was very well balanced and everything on it was cooked to perfection.

The other dishes were also good, only one I didn’t really get was the lamb dish. This came Mexican inspired and I felt there was a disconnect between the lamb and the rest of the dish. I didn’t really understand the textures of the chickpeas and kidney beans and how it would work with the lamb. this would’ve tasted much nicer if they had made it more simple (like lamb and mash).

Dessert and cheese options were also delightful. The dessert came with deliciously made panna cotta and a sharp mango sorbet. They complemented eachother well. Cocktails were also very well made here. I liked that they got rid of the ice so that it wouldn’t water down the drink. My favourite was the Australian - this cocktail was delicious!

Overall, a fantastic night. Although food was not mindblowing, there was consistency across the dishes and was a great degustation. I’ll definitely be back here to try their regular menu.

We went there for birthday party, and the food and the service were great. I strongly recommend the steak, it was so delicious. We had a wonderful experience here.

Great brekkie, which was included in my stay. Loved the selection which included streaky bacon. Omelette was superb! Will def come again if staying at the Hilton. Great atmosphere as well with amazing views.

Absolutely stunning! Food was fabulous and staff were friendly and attentive. A fantastic place to treat yourself and family to some luxury!
James
Ambience, interior, staff and service is top notch.
The bread! The bread was delicious.
You know the place is going to be good if they serve you fresh delicious bread.
Food is what you would expect from your standard lavish place.
The only let down (very minor) of the night was the Parmesan and truffle French fries - average, nothing special.
DailyDevours
Came here for a special dinner and the food did not disappoint. The restaurant has a nice ambience and is VERY big.Unfortunately, the service here wasn't the greatest and left me feeling frustrated as no waiters came to take our orders for a while. As this was a special dinner, I was left feeling a little upset. I assume the service was slower as all the tables here were full and so there were a lot of customers.
Food was nice, service was ok.
Maureen Grace Kuran
Went here for some cocktails after shopping in the cbd. This place has a cozy ambience quite sophisticated, their cocktails are great, customer service is ok, a little bit pricey but that’s expected. Recommended.
Frankiieshungrytummy
Pretty good food here but the ambience is quite dark so it's hard to take photos.
Service is really good as well.
Prices can be a little bit expensive but you would expect that with it being part of the Hilton.
This place also gets super busy so get in quick.

🍭So my partner and I decided to celebrate our anniversary at Glass. You know that the food is going to be great when they serve you with good bread. It was definitely freshly baked - I had to stop myself from eating more so I don’t get too filled before the actual meal. 😂

The crab omelet was the standout among the few starters we ordered. The crab was fresh, miso broth gave it a nice subtle flavour and the omelette is soft and pillowy. My partner loved the kingfish and almost pinched all the pieces from me! We felt that the Moreton Bay bug was overcooked as it was a little on the drier side.

As for the mains, we really enjoyed both the lamb and the fried gnocchi! The lamb was cooked beautifully, pink and juicy on the inside and paired very nicely with this peanut sauce.

The coconut rice pudding dessert was plated beautifully, but taste wise it felt like regular oats and fruits I’d have for breakfast. I would recommend the sticky date soufflé if you like rich and sweet desserts.

Service was also very attentive and friendly, our waiter gave recommendations whenever we were indecisive of what to order.

Walking into the restaurant, the extensive display of wine and high ceilings really took the ambiance to the next level, everything looked very classy. It’s a good place to spend a special occasion here.

Made a reservation here through FirstTable!

I wasn’t sure what Yo expect when a client invited me here for lunch. To be honest I often think restaurants inside hotels are subpar but Glass was anything but subpar. Every dish was thoughtfully presented, well seasoned and delicious. The service was excellent too. Definitely a great place to take a client or for a special occasion.

Every time i travel down to Sydney, i must make up some time to have a good dinner here, i love their Crab Omellet pair with lite miso base soup/sauce, topped with fresh mixed asian herbs. they have great wine selection easy to match with your food, service is above average, and i love their homemade freshly baked bread pair with french butter.
breakfast is normal nothing to vow about it.
Anna
The vegan menu was a huge disappointment. There was no love in any of the dishes and it was as if they just put together a last minute vegan menu just for the sake of having options. The food was unbelievably below average, and at the price point it was at, it's just plain ridiculous. The risotto was hardly edible and although I hardly leave food behind, this had to be one of the few times I did. The only thing that saved the meal from being a complete disaster was the chocolate tart. It was also very quiet for a Friday night, I think I saw about 3 occupied tables but to be fair we did get there at 6pm.

Since it is considered fine dining, I'm guessing quite a few people would go here for a special occasion, but I don't think it would be the best option. Unless the menu changes, I will not be back.

This is a really great place, located in the first level of Hilton Hotel, with the excellent menu and fantastic decoration -- It is really an amazing experience sitting beside a huge wine storage wall with gentle music and friendly services.

Talking about the food itself. I cannot clearly remember what I have ordered, but definitely, I ordered a bowl of olive and I basically finished it all, since my friend cannot even have one piece of olive. Olive goes will with white wine I suppose.

The latest time I was there is in the New Year Eve, and they modified their menu. $150 per person exclude alcohol.
Lamb might be the really good choice for anyone likes Lamb, you will not get disappointed.
Barramundi is not bad, but I suppose Flying Fishes has the best Barramundi! lol.
Omelet is okay, as normal. But the best one it might be offered at the Grands of Alexander, the crab omelet is excellent at the Grands.
Stella Ye
All good except the Mango souffle was a disappointment. Also service can be better. The egg crab omelette was very nice, definitely will miss that.

An excellent restaurant at Hilton Sydney that serves high quality breakfast buffet. I absolutely love their western and Asian choices including dumpling, fried rice and various sausages to choose from. Big thumbs up! Will definitely come back to try their degustation menu $145pp next trip down to Sydney.
Brunonono...
Hotel restaurants have always been avoided by us...well simply because maybe bad experiences in Asia...Hi zomato maybe you could expand your presence...we have a lot of places to vent about :)

Moving on...

I think the style of food here left us quite confused...well by that there were very fusion-esque items on the menu. Like Pork Belly with Steamed Pancakes with Hoisin sauce...or Soft shell crab and kimchi buns...come on? That juxtaposed with classics like Beef Tartar or Gnocchi then Salt Crusted whole fish...the Asian offerings just felt outta place...but okay that's just perspective AND we avoided those!

So let's begin with the Pacific Oysters...very plump, creamy and delightful.

Tea Smoked Quail...absolutely delicious and very pleasing to the eye, the Gnocchi well pan fried is literally the only way to do it properly...likely best Gnocchi I've had so far "disclaimer** haven't had much Gnocchi in my life because well childhood experiences have been poor; so low bar-ish"

Now we move onto the mains of Duck and Lamb. The Duck was borderline pink...some would say perfect but we prefer to say a second past raw :) The lamb cutlet was French trimmed "always pleasing to see", tender and succulent though I do question the amount of "fat still left on the cutlet" (personal preference**)

The Watermelon Tomato Salad was obviously clean and refreshing, a well deserved break for the palette amidst all the heavy flavours. The Truffle Mash was just decedent...it made what came under the lamb seem trivial...good enough to dip bread in well, "I did".

Finally the dessert of baked cheesecake, brûlée-d with rhubarb and strawberries...move aside fluffy Japanese cakes this is what cheesecake should be - oh we'd like more please :)

All in all it was better than our expectation and certainly we'd be happy to come back..

*** Oh weird thing about their pricing...I'm not sure why but all the food items but the lamb had a 10% surcharge...I mean it's not an issue since we had some voucher but it was confusing and we can well understand some people being disgruntled about it....

I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast buffet here. Good variety of the usual suspects. Little things I noticed about this buffet and were stand outs for me were mushrooms cooked to perfection with a hint of spinach leaves mixed though, smoked salmon with capers dusted over, chia coconut pudding, chobani yoghurt bar, fresh juice shots and crunchy pastries.
Usually at other breakfast buffets they serve one coffee at the start included in the price paid for the breakfast - I assumed it would be the case here but was charged an extra for the cup of coffee. Service was quite poor on this particular day. Staff were slow or often missing in action as plates were slow to clear and coffee didn't come out until 1 hour after ordering one.

Great restaurant, service is high quality, presentation of food was excellent. We ordered the salmon Wellington - delicious crumb and texture was impeccable. The Lamb chops were seared well, the leeks juicy and complemented. Wendy Wang

I had an excellent time here. The steak was fantastic and so was the ambiance and customer service. At first our wine was a little delayed however the manager was nice enough to offer us a complimentary dessert which we were quite happy with. Would recommend.
Fussyfoodie
Great Sunday brunch spot with an endless array of options to suit everyone's taste, from waffles for those with a sweet tooth to freshly squeezed juices and custom omelettes for the health conscious. One thing is for certain anything you desire is available and you can have as much as you like.
Love At First Bite
Find us on instagram: loveatfirstbite_aus

Glass Brasserie is an up-market restaurant in the Hilton Sydney that does fine dining for lunch and dinner as well as casual lunch corporate menu. I have been here a couple of times with work colleagues and in this post will share the dishes I ordered from the corporate lunch menu. The first time I came here, I ordered the meatballs in tomato sauce with mashed potato, basil and parmesan cheese. This was delicious, the meatballs were tender and juicy, and the sauce was the perfect amount of sour and went nicely with the creamy mashed potato, topped off well by the cheese.
Missfoodie
Stayed overnight at the Hilton. Breakfast was included. Would have to say one of the best buffet breakfasts in Sydney. Very busy, being a public holiday but staff were efficient and organised.
Food was pretty good for a commercial buffet. They had some non typical items such as fried rice, stir fry and dumplings. I really liked chobani bar where you make your own yoghurt. There is a choice of low or full fat yoghurt and lots of sides to add and choose from. Pastries were fresh crunchy and plentiful. One negative my husband mentioned, the bacon was very fatty and scrambled eggs watery. Luckily I don't eat either 😆
Birdman
Really good dining experience. Service was very good, nothing too much trouble. Ordered the scotch fillet steak which was cooked perfect and tasted great, even better with the bernaise sauce it came with... spot on. Ordered a side of mash potato and it might have been the best I've ever had. Very rich but some of the silliest smoothest butteriest and flavoursome mash you'll ever likely to eat.
Eric Cheng
Really enjoyed dinner at Glass Brasserie. Oyesters six ways was very interesting. Each oyester came with a special dressing and I certainly enjoyed the two I tried. Crab omellet was very tasty. Five stars for the Tuesday special Wagyu tenderloin and brisket. Four and half for the 300g Angus fillet. Three stars for the lamb cutlet. Side dishes were average. The restaurant is very nicely decorate and definitely worth a try.

Available for the month of April, diners have the gleeful option of a 3 course chocolate degustation from Glass Brasserie for $40 pp. Rhubarb, strawberry, Zephyr white chocolate cream and basil doused in vivid red strawberry sauce. It’s light and fantastically tart, great for waking up the taste buds.
Stacy
The entire restaurant is very luxe and definitely memorizing. The food was good but definitely not worth the price. I came here with my family and had to wait about 20-30 minutes at the bar, even though we made a booking.
Leon
Glass Brasserie is definitely one of the best food institutions in Sydney. I tried their famous dishes, the kingfish sashimi and omelette. Oh dear! They taste heavenly and surprise you subtlety. I like how the daishi and golden mushrooms were mixed with the omelette as they added texture and flavour to the ordinary omelette. Learn it, Grounds of Alexandria!!

Pork Cheek! oh my pork cheek!! The pork cheek just taste soooo goood as it melts in your mouth. Probably the one dish you should try.

P.S. Glass Brasserie: Use Black Pig pork cheek and I'm sure this will be a delicacy 😁😁
Spooning Australia
Glass Brasserie, in the Hilton Sydney, is out of my world. The venue is next level stunning and I felt like I needed to be in a tailored suit to at least try to compliment the opulence. I cannot fully judge Luke Mangan's food, or the menu as a whole, as I was only in attendance to review the Chocolate Degustation Menu. A menu you need in your life. Not too sweet, not too bland, a perfect balance of chocolate joy for your senses. I cannot wait to return to this place to eat the rest of the food.
Hello Miss May
Coming back to Sydney after a 2 weeks vacation was great. We were invited to Glass Brasserie where Leon Korobacz (@hungrysydneysiders) and I had a delicious tapas (and cocktail) time at chef Luke Mangan's restaurant.

We started off with the prettiest cocktails in town. It was everything a girl could dream of when in Sydney CBD, sipping cocktails overlooking the sandstone facade of QVB.

We had a variety of tapas to choose from. We couldn't say no to Crisp Zucchini Flower, Canapé Kingfish Sashimi and Waygu Burger Slider. The juicy mini burger was one of my favourite tapas, it was compact and filled with delicious goodness (of a normal size burger).

Glass Brasserie's signature dish, Kingfish sashimi was served in a traditional Chinese spoon. One mouthful is enough to savour the beautiful flavours of the fish seasoned with ginger, eschallot and Persian feta.

And you can't say no to Peking Duck Pancakes. Served with cucumber, shallot, coriander & hoisin. I had to say it was finger licking good!

Now, we've been saving room for Luke Mangan's out-of-this-world Chocolate Dome dessert. We all love watching the waiter pour the hot cranberry sauce into the dome, to reveal sweet honeycomb and vanilla gelato. Mix the elements all up with a spoon, the taste is simply divine!

Glass Brasserie is located inside Hilton Sydney Hotel. It's hard to miss the modern sandstone and glass building on George Street. I simply love the gorgeous interior space with natural lighting and high ceilings. A great place to bring a date, I reckon, hehe.

Have a fab day, all!

xom

More foodie pix on Instagram
@hellomissmay

and my blog
hellomissmay.com

Classic Sydney bar located in the middle of the cbd looking over the queen Victoria building. Luke Mangan puts on an international Tapas style cuisine including sliders, duck pancake, anti pasta plate and sashimi just to mention a few items on the menu. My personal favourite was the duck pancake. The bar offers some tasty cocktails and a solid selection of wines-try the chocolate martini! Sydney at its best!

Had a birthday dinner at the Glass, love the presentation of the food. But the taste of the food is disappointing! I have ordered Angus steak, but the beef is tough, dry and chewy! Almost unable to swallow! The chef is very generous on salt too! We also ordered ice cream sandwich for dessert, it's just a joke!

With our faith in top flight restaurants somewhat dented from resent visits to other establishments we went to Glass Brasserie by Luke Mangin for the third time. We were not let down. Glass soars above and beyond any of its class in Sydney. Pre- dinner drinks in the bar were delivered with elegant precision with the bar staff being entertainment in themselves.

Seated at a large table in the heart of the dining room was a fun place with wait staff beavering aroumd us. Our waiter was knowledable and presented the meat garadon in convincing fashion. Entrees of delicious chicken liver parfait with broche and pork cheek started the meal off magnificently. Our selected mains from the steak selection were accomlanied by truffle enfused mash and the best fresh salad in Sydney. A shared liqourish trifle was not the same as the earlier version but once we understood the work that goes into the course we understood the waiters enthusiasm for the dish. Wines as with most high end establishments are at the top end both in price and quality. The semelier was most helpful in our selection of a mid-ranged Pinot Noir from Tasmania.

With a well ddserved reputation Glass Brasseries did not fail to deliver.
Jade
Went here recently and had the zucchini flowers for entree, a steak and fish for mains. The place has an open kitchen so we were left smelling like a grill. The steak was ordered for medium rare but it was over cooked and I could've done a much better job at home. The fish and entree was nice though, so I'm wondering if it was just one bad dish. Still, I don't enjoy leaving a fine dining restaurant smelling like smoke. Ask to be seated far away from the kitchen.

Love this place. My partner and I only go on special occasions and it's always worth it. The service is great and the the food is amazing with beautiful presentation. They usually do a special sugar hit dessert during Good food month too which is a special treat. I also enjoy the buffet breakfast here when we stay at the Hilton.

Located in the Sydney Hilton Hotel, Glass has imposing presence with its vast windows overlooking the Queen Victoria Building, it’s wall of wine and massive open kitchen. A creation of Chef Luke Mangan, the menu is modern Australian with an Asian twist that works well. Lunch at Glass is truly a special event. The service provide by knowledgeable staff, is excellent. The decor is opulent yet relaxing.

Been here a few times now. The first time was about 6 years ago and I highly rated this place. After a few years this place has gone downhill. The food isn't great. I had a Niçoise salad which was inedible for lunch. Their mash potato is still good though. Great fitout and atmosphere for a drink but don't bother with the food.
Food 2 Run
Stayed at the Hilton Sydney and had a drink the glass it's upstairs from reception. Such a beautiful bar - a massive selection of wines and a great place to relax and have a few drinks

Went to the Glass brasserie for dinner a couple of months ago and some dishes were okay while others were great. My partner and I enjoyed the truffle mash and sticky date soufflé- that was amazing. The entries and main were just average. Service was also ok.
Kerri
The food was good but fell below expectations considering the price. Ordered wagyu steak which was on the specials menu ($75), and a lamb dish ($51). Both meats were cooked well but I would say my favourite parts of both dishes were the purees, crumbles etc on the side. The sommelier did a fantastic job at recommending red wines to match the dishes. Did not expect to still be peckish after bread and mains but servings were not as large as we expected so ordered dark chocolate cream, mousse, sponge dessert. My partner liked it but once again I was underwhelmed especially given the price. Service was good.

We had Buffett Brekky here twice during our stay in Sydney at The Hilton. We were pleasantly surprised by the freshness of all food on the menu, the service was exceptional and choices broad.. It was great to see such a lot of the menu made in house and on site. I've had a few Buffett breakfasts whilst staying at various hotels and couldn't say any of them are up to this standard!! Thank you very much for this experience!! Cheers

What an great experience. This place hosts a wonderful view, extraordinary cocktails and food and incredible service. The waiter was available to us at any moment and helped us through the wine menu to pick the perfect wine. We were celebrating an anniversary and the waiter bought out a dessert for free with writing on the plate. Highly recommend this place.

Find the breakfast of champions at the swanky Glass Brasserie, located in the Hilton Hotel. While I've enjoyed many a dinner here over the years, I have a soft spot for their "hotel breakfast". Offering more than your standard cooked to order eggs and omelettes, there's a great selection of breakfast bites like yoghurt pots, fresh juice shots, pancakes with fresh honeycomb and a generous selection of cold cuts and seafood. As would be expected, the service is faultless.

Okay so I went here for a girls night out birthday dinner. Dinner started off fine as we ordered entrees to share the waiter would give us a judging look and act confused (what's so crazy about sharing?!?) after a few similar instances we realized we were being treated differently from other tables - food was not explained in detailed to us, service was not friendly, small talk was not made. We were not happy besides from the views and over priced (but of course delicious SMALL plates of food) I wouldn't come back. So disappointed about the portions and service..

The Glass Brasserie at the Hilton should be a must try for anyone in the mood for quality, modern Australian meals in the center of the CBD. All of their dishes are flavoursome and generous. The truffle fries in particular were a standout and I can still remember their cheesy goodness! And try the caviar!

Glass Brasserie was the venue I selected for my parents' wedding anniversary lunch celebration.

What works:
Location very central, right across from QVB on George Street Sydney. Restaurant set upstairs from the Hilton Sydney foyer. Airy, lofty, extremely high ceilings for formal dining with zones of group and 1-1 tables set up all over the restaurant - which i liked. Quality of food, especially the poultry and meats, served in the day were of really high standard. For entree We had slowed cooked prawns in lime and garlic style sauce which was smokey and tasty, and quail plus mushroom and red wine jus which so tenderly cooked and full of flavour it was yum! For mains we had aged grain fed picks of steak and lamb cuts from the meat board, and all were cooked to perfection. You could taste the difference in the meat in relation to where it was sourced from. A huge plus. For dessert we had a small dessert platter share plate. The dessert platters was quite ordinary in comparison to what is available elsewhere. Coffee was ordinary. What was a nice gesture was the waitress had written a "Happy anniversary" message on the side of the platter in dark chocolate sauce.

What doesn't work:
Pricey. On the whole service is very average for a place like this. We were greeted by two ppl at reception desk who were quite pompous. We were led to our table by another waiter who sought to explain the menu options but not very clearly. There was a menu inconsistency issue we had to resolve for them. We were given three versions of the lunch menu which caused great confusion on our table. I would have expected the staff to proactively take on customer feedback and exercise initiative to cut through the confusion, rather than talk at us three times over like we should have understood in the first place.

The verdict:
Weighing out my overall experience I think Glass Brasserie rates a little above average.

Located in the heard of Sydney on George Street, it’s easy to access and being a restaurant in Hilton, comes with all the bell and whistles.

The Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always comes around to make sure everything was OK.

We ordered a the Classic Steak Tartare Entrée, Parmesan & truffle French fries to share and the Black Angus for Mains..

It was the first time I’ve tried raw steak, and I was surprised as to how good it tasted. The staff mixed the steak with the various condiments and quail egg. Everything together added so much flavour. The chips were crispy and the Parmesan and truffles were just right not to overpower each other. The steak was cooked just right with the right amount of seasoning and a sauce to match.

A must try!!

I had heard many great things about Glass from friends. The food was good, though not outstanding. My main qualm was just that the food was very safe, lacking adventure or intrigue. We had a good meal regardless, but I was expecting a little bit more - perhaps because I had heard such glowing reviews from other people.

Breakfast at glass brasserie after staying in Hilton. Selection and service is amazing and probably the best hotel breakfast by a long shot. You can order from menu or go for buffet. Either are great.. Delicious breads and fresh juices..

I usually don't like big fancy restaurants with white table cloths, but for this place I make an exception. I have now been to Glass Brasserie 4 times and each meal I have had has been excellent. So much love and thought goes into every item on the menu. Every item on the plate perfectly compliments the feature item whether it be a salad, sauce or garnish. A culinary delight! I'd say it is the best food I've had in Sydney.

We reserved this place to celebrate one of our bestfriend bday. Ordered six ways oysters for entrée ( I totally love the idea for how each oysters was served ) ; free range crab omelette, enoki mushroom & herb salad, miso mustard broth – was DELICIOUS. We ordered today’s meat cut for the mains, and rocket & blue cheese, pear & walnut as a side dish. And ordered glass dessert plate to close of our lovely dinner. Thanks Glass Brasserie

DO: The Lamb cutlets, zucchini flowers, egg omelette, veal or Vietnamese short rib. Soo good.

DON'T: Know what to order, then do the degustation.

TIP: They also do pre theatre and corporate lunches for those on the go or not wanting the full experience. Fitout and location are brilliant.

was not impressed with this establishment. service was a bit uptight imo, the waiter repeatedly told us not to order fries because he believed we couldnt finish because we ordered the degustation (i get that hes trying to be "considerate", but dont deny us the choice especially when the customer request it multiple times). the food quality was below average, amuse bouche was very plain. waiter asked for our opinion and we said it was ok, which seemed to astonish him and he repeated his question (why?) to which we ended replying it wasn't that great (it truly wasn't that great, it wasn't bad just not amazing). finish the course and was not full and yes we couldve ordered fries and still be fine. wont recommend.

I have been to Glass a few times now, and unfortunately I feel like each time I go, the quality seems to dip down a little more. First time I went it was amazing - 5 stars! Last time I went was for the Valentine's Day set menu, and it didn't live up to it's usual standard unfortunately although it was still good - maybe 4 stars. The flavour of my lamb was delicious, as was the short rib, however the first course was basically short rib on a piece of bread which I thought was a little odd. The stuffed zucchini flowers were quite underwhelming. Dessert was good, but nothing spectacular. I guess because this was the Valentine's Day menu, it was a bit lower than their usual quality. Hopefully next time I go back it will be up to it's usual standard. I'll give 4.5 stars because it's usually fantastic, just let down a little bit by the Valentine's Day menu.

For a more upper-class breakfast than usual, we decided to try the breakfast buffet at Glass Brasserie. Located in the Hilton Hotel on George Street, Glass Brasserie consistently receives amazing reviews and is ranked as one of the best buffets in Sydney. We were therefore incredibly excited to try it and see how it stacked up.

I've been here for brekkie. All you can
eat style. It's on level 2 of the Hilton Hotel Sydney.
Considerate of the customers there, dresscode should be fine as Casual.
But the restaurant is very classy and nice so we dressed up a bit.hehe
Most of the customers are staying at the Hotel I guess.

There were mini bakery section, Yogrut Bar and Fresh Juice bar. I was really enjoyed!!

I've tried most of the food (quite full!!haha) and those were tasty and fresh.
Staff were very friendly and I was very comfortable to stay there and enjoying my breakfast.

Came here for a celebratory dinner. Had not heard much about it previously so I didn't much any expectations. Atmosphere was nice, however really crammed and noisy, I could hear the conversation at the table next to me.
The service was great though, as you would expect at a place like this. Food was okay, had 3 courses, can't say I loved it.

It was a birthday treat of mine and i decided to try out this place. I arrived there looking at the beautiful decorations and big clear window facing right to the QVB expecting to be seated at a table with a view since i have already made a reservation for it. However, it was quite disappointing that 8 of us were seated in the middle of that hall way. My cousins surprised me with a cake and sadly we were not allowed to light a candle and even have the cake from outside. We had the kingfish 👍🏻 , spicy salmon, pork belly pancake 👍🏻 and beef tartare for entree. The ones with thumbs up are delicious, must try! Beef tartare was not as good, many other places serves better beef tartare. Steaks for main were cooked to perfection, however the sauce was just alright. I wanted to order the sticky date souffle but they ran out of it, will definetely come back and try the desserts! Overall service was not so good. Only one of the waitress was helpful, which was the one serving our table and the rest especially the receptions were not friendly at all. Despite of all that undesireable service, they complemented me with a plate of selections of small cakes to wish me a happy birthday.

My first time here I was not all too impressed by both the food and staff. From the moment my friends and I walked in, we were looked up and down, being judged (maybe it was the way we dress?). Staff were not that friendly or attentive at all, and it took forever for our food to arrive. When our dishes arrived, they were all so colourful and amazing to look at. However, not all dishes were as delicious as we thought they would be, but we had to make do with our order since we were all hungry. Although the night here was not the best experience, we tried to make it a good one for 2 of my friend's birthday that night. Read more details on the dishes & experience on my blog -->

A really lovely atmosphere and great food. Worth the price! The wait staff were very professional and the design of the interior was beautiful. Would definitely visit again!

Came here for dinner while staying at the Hilton's
Staff are very friendly and helpful, awesome atmosphere. The food was good. We ordered steaks and it was cooked really well..

I had the good fortune to be taken here for lunch. Not many notes etc as it was a business lunch and I needed to focus on work, not the dishes. The milk poached veal was so tender, it was, like the steak main I had, amazing. The quality of the meats, their tenderness, their flavour was well worth the prices charged. The service was impeccable, though I am in two minds about the meat that was presented to us (the cuts of the day and the staff member explaining the cuts to us) being wrapped in black cloth, I showed my photos to several colleagues who thought that seeing the whole piece of meat would have been better.
B M
Good food, attentive service. A little overpriced. Enjoyed the fish for 2 (barramundi). Other meals around us looked delicious too. I don't think we'd go back though. Been there, done that.

I just wanted to pass on how disappointed we were with dinner tonight. While the food was delightful, our three course meal was delivered to us in 75 minutes. So quick, our mains arrived and our entree plates had not even been cleared. As a result we were not able to enjoy our mains as we felt ill from how full we were from the starters and entree.

When we complained we were advised that we should have let the waiter know that we wanted it slower. To make up for it he gave us a dessert sampler, but when we looked around the restaurant we were one of many to have been given such a treat.

As a regular guest of Hilton around the world, this will be the first and last time we visit a Luke Mangan restaurant.

During my visit to Sydney for the F&B Masters, I had the privilege of dining at the Glass Brasserie at Hilton Sydney. The Glass Brasserie is a definitive fine dining venue, which exudes elegance and sophistication. Celebrity restauranteur Luke Mangan and his team have created a menu and experience that has imprinted in my memory to remember for a long while.

Terrible service at Glass this morning. I was attending a conference at the Hilton and wanted a quick breakfast. When I said I wasn't a guest, the staff member at the desk at the desk performed an extravagant eye roll, followed by the word "walk in" directed to his colleague. I am then informed - as if a child - how busy the restaurant is and I need to book. I will need to wait until they seat all in house guests first. Frankly, I get they are busy and have to seat Hilton guests. But I don't expect to be treated like a foolish child. Lose the attitude, boys.

Love their atmosphere, professional and friendly service from the staffs and good quality of ingredients used in the dish. Tried the smashed avocado with toast and signature dish as recommend, it served with corn fritter, salmon and poach eggs. Hightly recommend

SHOW ME THE MEAT - My parents saw a Korean program featuring restaurants/cafes in Australia that specialises in locally sourced sustainable food & Glass Brasserie was one. My ma had a list of meats she wanted to try (as featured in the tv show) & queried about whether it was grass fed or grain fed, how aged it was etc. Then to my amazement our waiter brought us a tray of meat explaining the different cuts of meat!

As the dishes arrived, I felt like a tyrannosaurus rex. Meat! Glorious meat. We ordered waygu & lobster $85 (OMG, it melted in your mouth. My favourite dish), eye fillet (excellent ) $55 & greenham Tasmanian ribeye (awesome) $65. We had a side of market vegetables $18.

It was a divine lunch experience! I wish i had room to fit in dessert or a room at the Hilton to sleep off my meal 😁

The wait staff were pleasant.

I would definitely go back, there are so many lovely dishes i want to try.

3 words: go, eat, here.

Place was 75% full when we got there and became 95% full midway thru our dinner. Add 1 more word above: 'reservation'. We were sat down almost immediately after a bit of confusion re our reservation.

Let's start with the standouts.

Kingfish sashimi with ginger shallot persian feta. It's gotta be one of the most exquisite sashimi I have tasted. Freshness: 5/5, size/thickness of cut: 5/5, presentation: 4.5/5, taste/seasoning: 4.5/5. Each of the 6-8 slices were consistently awesome melt in your mouth yet retains that springy firm typical of good kingfish. The seasoning of each slice was uniformly absorbed but never overpowering. Delicately delightful.

Rare wagyu beef, pickled mustard leaf, smoked mushroom, puffed barley, soy dressing. I am not gonna spoil it by trying to describe how this tasted. Besides, I am running out of superlatives 😁. Your loss if you skip this. 4.5/5.

The salmon was another highlight. Gosh, hats off to the chef who managed to cook the fillet just right. One could practically taste the sweetness of the salmon fat. It is no small feat that the salmon retains the juiciness throughout the whole fillet. No deviation from each bite, no bits where one is slightly disappointed by a mouthful of overcooked/undercooked pieces. 4.5/5

The honey/oregano baked olive oil cheese, fig, beetroot, dandelion, spiced walnut was a culinary journey in itself. Presentation: 4.5/5, taste: 4/5. It was beautiful.

The 250g sirloin was the sole 'letdown' by which I dont mean it was anything 'bad'. Maybe my taste buds have been overly revved up by the above dishes 😆. Guess I was expecting Prime Steak Restaurant type of steak. This is nothing but. This is more demure, less masculine sirloin. I dont know how else to put it. Personally it is 3.5/5.

Truffled mash, creamy silky goodness 4/5
Parmesan truffle fried 3.5/5

We were stuffed so ordered just the 1 dessert: vanilla creme brulee. 4/5

Service was upbeat, efficient and unobtrusive. They did mess up our truffled mash by giving us the normal mash. After a quick apology, they whipped out the truffled mash and politely asked us if we wanted the normal mash on the table for free. Not gonna tell you if we kept it 😜

Long post. Thanks for your patience. Highly recommended.

{ _anne_with_an_e // review }
I’m always a little hesitant to revisit a place that didn’t leave a lasting impression the first time, but I’m sure glad I came back to Glass Brasserie. I first dined here AGES ago for dinner, and nothing particularly stood out for me. I remember having a rabbit dish for mains and it unfortunately wasn’t to my liking. However, coming here a second time around, it’s wanting me coming back for more!

We dined for a birthday celebration and had reservations for 6 people. We were accommodated well as a group and the service was helpful and friendly. The interior remained the same, being very well presented with high ceilings, open space, and plenty of seating available.

We skipped entrees and went straight for mains, each ordering our own. I’ve never had steak tartare before, so I was umming and ahing on whether to order it, but I hear this place does one of the best! I bit the bullet and ordered the main size serving for $44.

So steak tartare is finely sliced raw beef, and when it comes to the table, it looks exactly like that, topped with a quail egg yolk. So it may not win the award for the most appealing dish, but in terms of flavour it packs a punch! It comes with an assortment of accompanying condiments, which was throughly mixed in at the table by our attendant. The beef was beautifully soft in texture, with no ‘raw meat’ after taste or anything. I found it similar to eating pate, spreading it over some tapioca crisps which were light and tasty. The only issue I had was the serving was a bit too much for one person, so I should have opted for the entree size. The main size would be good to share as a group, but I was eating it on my own.

Now for desserts, ordered 3 to share between us and got the torched meringue, sticky date soufflé and the glass raspberry chocolate violet crumble. They were all delicious, but my absolute favourite was the sticky date soufflé! It was sweet, soft and melt-in-your-mouth perfect. It’s up there with one the best desserts I’ve had.

Must have // classic steak tartare, sticky date soufflé
Pros // good service, great quality food, good serving sizes
Cons // on the pricier side (but that’s fine dining)

Food: 4.5/5
Ambience: 4/5
Service: 4/5

Oh Glass, it has been a while hasn’t it? So much has happened since last we tangoed, but you are still as lovely as ever and you haven’t aged a bit. A perennial favourite, I went for a lovely dinner at Glass last night, seeing as my mid-week luncheon plans at Flying Fish fell mercy to scraping rotors and failing brakes.

Inside the hilton hotel and with luke mangan at the helm, it should be amazing. However, it is a bit underwhelming. Firstly, I'm not sure if tonight their extractor was not working but this isn't the first time i have been, where the whole restaurant is almost smoky. I smell like my meal. Secondly, the service is discrete almost to the point that they are invisible. They are pleasant but it is sometimes difficult to get service and it is generally hurried. Thirdly, there is no real ambience. No music or sexy lighting and seemed quite impersonal or transient.
The food is extremely tasty but on the "small" portion size. We ordered the gnocchi (delicious), zucchini flowers (also delicious), and the tarbot (delicious). However if your are hungry, three courses is what you will need. The souffle was perfection.
Overall it seemed like a nice hotel restaurant but a little too pricey for the experience.

Outstanding. Had the gnocchi and crab omelette with miso broth, both were absolutely terrific!!!

A bit on the pricey side but so worth it.

Food and ambiance were fantastic! We only had tapas and mains which were delicious - Only downside is our mains came out about 1 hour after finishing out tapas.

Even though we turned up with no booking and during busy lunch time the wonderful staff made sure we were looked after and found a spot for us.

Food is truly amazing and exceeds expectations. The decor and ambience equally remarkable. The $28 lunch deal is a steal for what you get.

When you come in groups they give terrible customer service. We were a group of 8 and has poor service the whole night, they even forgot to give us tea and coffee when that is part of the degustation menu. Not impressed. Food is good, but you can go other places instead.
Samantha Doesn't Sit On The Fence!
Went with the preconception that the food would be over complicated but was presently surprised. Don't be put off that it's located in a hotel.

Staff were attentive at first but dropped off. A little noisy but still a nice atmosphere.

We'll be back.
Rumblingtummy
A fantastic start to our honeymoon and we will definitely go back.
The ambience here is spot on, we like enough noise that you can chat to each other comfortably without thinking people are listening to you. The lighting was low and romantic. We had a booth which was cosy and relaxed.
Amazing wine selection. Then the food. Absolutely divine and faultless. Excellent value for money. Wonderful service which again could not be faulted. Even had our French fries taken off the bill as they came out halfway through our steak main. We did not expect this and were embarrassed that this is what has come of service that no one can wait anymore, none the less a simple gesture that stood out for us and probably meant nothing to them to cancel out the chips. Still, we appreciated being kept informed and having that extra little detailed service. Thank you to all staff at Glass, we will be back next trip.

The Glass Brasserie has fresh honeycomb to delight your tastebuds at Breakfast. What else is on the menu?. I had the pleasure of going to the Breakfast Buffet at Glass Brasserie. If you are a Breakfast buff, for $42, you can enjoy the Full Australian Buffet. I've never seen fresh honeycomb at a breakfast buffet before so I was pleasantly surprised by that. It was the first thing that got my attention.

Glass is worth a visit for the chance to admire the space and the view across to QVB alone. The bar area offer this the best and the mighty wine racks that extend 2 floors up are quite a sight.
I went all out this visit with the tapas entrees to start, a monstrous rib eye and raspberry and honeycomb sphere to finish. Truth be said the steak was a little way over medium rare but it was a wonderful piece of meat; butter tender, juicy and full of flavour. I found the accompanying sauce to overpowering for the meat and left that aside. A great side of mushrooms round out a substantial serve. Dessert was the Glass sphere which has been on the to do list for a while. The chocolate sphere contents are exposed with the pouring of the warm, rich and deeply delicious raspberry sauce. Honeycomb and a variety of other little morsels makes for a fun dessert.
Glass is a great space and fun place to dine. The food is sometimes a slight miss lacking that last bit of 'special' and so it is a 4/5 for me. Worth mentioning too the service has always been extremely good.
The burger on the bar menu is next. The one at sister restaurant 'Mojo' is one of the best in town so keen to see how this one rates.

Was in town for work and needed a quick dinner before calling it a night. Service was attentive but our means did take on the longer side of what I'd have expected.

I opted for the simple option of grass fed sirloin steak. Was cooked perfectly and was very happy with an offering of Mustards and horseradish followed. I'll have to return again when I've got some more time up my sleeves as the menu had some great sounding dishes.

Complemented by a beautiful Barossa Shiraz from their extensive wine list.

If you're in the CBD and looking for some fine dining it's a good option.

First class service. Amazing food (we had Morton Bay bugs entree and steak special for lunch). Wine list excellent and staff very knowledgeable about wine and food menu. Highly recommend coming here.
I Ate My Way Through
Hands down one of Sydney's best breakfast buffets! The soaring ceiling maximises every view of the Queen Victoria Building and the quality of absolutely every dish is impeccable. This is fine dining at breakfast.
Foodie B
We came here just for desserts and they didn't disappoint. The green tea parfait was nice and light and you can actually taste the green tea! The violet crumble sphere with hot raspberry sauce poured on top at the table had a great theatre effect and not overly sweet. Definitely coming back to try more
Christine Nguyen
Would definitely come back here again! Be sure to come when it's someone's birthday! Two for the price of one which equals to $21 per person instead of $42 per person (normal price). However I missed out on the pastries because it was located in the other corner of the room which slipped my mind and only to realise after we left :(

I went to glass restaurant last night which just spontaneous Wednesday. However, I order 5 food that I thought I was look delicious then 2 choice was very delicious are entee ( foie gras & pork belly with pancake & Freach Fire w)
The main course is snapper with Thai salad, in my opinion this dish very let me down after entee :( king prawn & fish super over cook - it very dense !!! and dessert is a little bit too sweet for me.

I really like the service & staff in this restaurant - they so polite and give the best advice & explain taste of food very clear.
JemM
One of the best - go for the breakfast buffet , lunch or dinner. You will love all three! Top notch service , fantastic food and convenient location. Cocktail list for dinner is great , heaps of options and the staff are happy to suggest some good options.
RUBYISM
I'm such a pastry fiend, or is it sucker? I came here for the buffet breakfast and filled up on the pastry, mostly. The service and atmosphere were both lovely, and generally have a good sit there. I don't think the buffet is worth the $42 price tag for the food. Lucky I had an entertainment voucher. The food was good, not great. The pancake machine was interesting though! I did like their selection of fresh juices, but I wasn't really impressed with the rest of the foods there (other than the pastry selection).

I visited this restaurant with four other people while I was on holiday in Sydney and it was great. The restaurant is beautiful and the huge windows are a stunning feature. We arrived on time but had to wait for our table which was annoying... but the awesome cocktail that I had at the bar made up for it (it was a champagne cocktail with rose petals and elderflower). Soooo good. The vegetarian options were great and it was difficult to choose what I wanted because there were heaps of things that I wanted to try. All of the food was wonderful and the staff were super nice. They asked if we were celebrating anything and we were like... mmmm, not really, my sister just moved to Sydney?? And they bought us out a dessert with congratulations written on the plate! Was such a nice touch. The booth was curved so that we all got to sit on the comfy couch bit and it was really comfortable. The whole place was nicely lit, clean and modern. I loved dining at this place.
