Quite a nice selection of middle eastern food with slight fusion twists in some dishes. Atmosphere and decor the restaurant was well done giving a feel of homeliness with a nice modern touch. Food was overall well done and quite well priced overall a great range of flavours. Few minor issues like duck breast slightly over cooked and roasted pumpkin could have been more palatable in bite sizes. The service here was excellent waiters and waitresses were always attentive and responsive to requests.

Visited again July 2018: Very tasty seafood dishes, very flavoursome however the only let down was the lamb schwarma which was too dry. Pretty decent portions. Service was sparse but very friendly once we got their attention. ————- June 2017 visit: Fantastic value on the 50% food on dimmi and quality of food and presentation greatly exceeded our expectations. Very well seasoned and meats are of high quality and tender. Who knew modern Lebanese food was so refined and tasty! Loved their cured salmon, squid, octopus, beef cheek and lamb shawarma dishes, and their knafeh was also lovely. Lebanese wine was pretty good too! Service was very friendly, laid back but also knowledgable about the wine/food suitability. Keep up the good work and Will definitely be back!

A little on the expensive side, but I would say worth the price. The staff were excellent and very friendly. Great place to bring friends to share a few different things. I wasn't a huge fan of the knafe (dessert) but that's my personal taste. The coconut icecream could have been made from fresh coconut instead of coconut cream in my opinion. The slow braised lamb, and the samousek (sort of like spinach cheese pies) were equally delicious and satisfying. The samousek came with a mild red pepper sauce, and in addition to being filled with ricotta had a hint of a parmesan (not sure if that was the actual cheese but it's the same taste). The lamb had was spiced and crispy in places, and tender enough to be pulled apart, beautiful. It was served with pita bread, more red pepper sauce, hummus with olive oil, and a side of rocket and pickled radish. Very enjoyable for one hungry person or two people who want to try something reliable. I would come back to try the savoury dishes mentioned, and also to try some of the other items on the menu.

Came here tonight with a few friends. What can I say... we were amazed at the food and service. The staff were super helpful and amazing and the food was good too. If you want a great night with good food, this is your place. They made sure our friend who can only eat gluten free is catered for. When they forgot to cater for her for one of the items on the banquet, they brought her a free meal which was gluten free. They even offered to pack the leftovers for us to take away without us saying anything. Will come back here for sure.

Went for the $65 per head banquet, served by Maria and her twin sister. The food was really amazing and furthermore, it was my first time tasting Lebanese cuisine. Went on a Sunday night, not many people at all. The whole restaurant is just magnificent in it's inside! Thank you for the amazing food and service! And I hope to visit Embers again in the near future when I'm back in NSW!
