We enjoyed a stunning meal for our anniversary dinner at Raita Noda! The bar is so intimate and we loved watching the meal unfold from prep to plate. The matching wine, beer and sake was well worth it but so glad I took following day off work. Highly recommend for lovers of Japanese and foodies everywhere.

Went for our 5th wedding aniversary. It was amazing. I get how its the chef's selection. Purchasing the best and freshes ingredients for that day and season. Every dish was spectacular. Please go hungry and thirsty. Each dish is paired with their finely selected beverage. Omasake is an experience and a previlage of watching a master preparing your food. Our favourite was the smoked salmon from New Zealand and sushi. Highly recommended definitely going back.

Went out for hubbys birthday and from the moment we sat down we felt like we had been transported back to Tokyo. It’s amazing to watch chef Raita and his assistant create the 10 dishes your served, each dish unique and mouth-wateringly delicious. The wines and sake on offer were also excellent and even though there was only one beer on offer, hubby thought it was really good. Loved the evening.

We came here on Saturday for our 4 year wedding anniversary. It was amazing and cleverly made food. We got it with the matching beverages and loved how each wine/sake were matched perfectly. Raita and Momo are certainly clever in the kitchen as we both watched in owe. We savoured each mouthful and it was such an intimate experience between the chef and the customer. Would def come again. Simplicity at its finest

What an experience! To have the chefs personally serve you the food that they've carefully crafted is unreal! Food was fantastic, the way the father and son worked together was amazing and the whole theatrics/novelty of it was definitely an enjoyable experience.

Looking forward to coming here again. It was such a memorable experience - the food, the chefs, the great selection of wine.... I booked again on the spot. The reservation system can be a little frustrating but you need to remember this place is run by just 2 people and they do it all! Totally worth the price tag if you want amazing Japanese food that you won't find anywhere else in Sydney.

Always a great night, great food and very friendly atmosphere, sharing their skills and knowledge. I enjoy the ongoing friendship with both father and son, a rare opportunity to understand the work they put into the business. I highly recommend dinning in with a group of friends.

Currently our favourite Japanese in Sydney... you need to book well ahead as it only serves a maximum of 10 people per night on a varying set menu. Every mouthful I had to close my eyes!...
