Awesome brunch with possibly the best breakfast food I've had in a long time. The Pancake was fantastic and the Beef Brisket & waffles, out of this world! Also a spot of table tennis to finish it off. Can't recommend this place highly enough!

Amazing little place that we found for some breakfast. Staff were very friendly.....I even got a hug from the waitress as the menu said they were free! We loved the food and amazing fresh coffee. And to top it all off, the prices are decent too. Thanks

Great spot for breakfast. I stopped here on a Sunday morning for coffee and a quick bite, and managed to snag one of the outdoor tables. What a great spot.

Great feel to the place, quite relaxed that you forget you're in the city. Have been a few times now for a relaxed lunch. Otherwise, you can find some friendly baristas for your daily caffeine hit! The menu isn't huge but no dramas as everything on it is pretty delicious.

This would have to be one of the Funkiest cafe in the CBD. Amazing food and coffee, definitely worth a visit.

Absolutely stunning. The staff are super friendly, the coffee is perfect, and the atmosphere is bang on. It feels busy without you being rushed, not overly loud so you can enjoy a conversation, and the food is phenomenal. Highly recommend the beef brisket waffles and the lychee soda. One of Sydney's best little gems.

Quaint little place that's also home to Tuxedo Bar. Having a driveway right through the middle of the restaurant is a new experience for me =p Their Cuban was my favourite by far. It is such a perfect balance of delicious. Ham, pork belly mustard mmmm so good we shared 2! Chicken burger was good. The batter was an interesting combination of spices that was so familiar and yet I couldn't quite put my finger on it. Brisket for the waffles was very well done and the waffle was (for me) thankfully not too sweet. The spice was a pleasant little kicker too

Had a filter coffee which tasted great as well as the brisket and waffle which was just average, but good. Service was good, although the coordination could be better as I only got my coffee after I was finished with my meal. Prices are quite high, however, especially in comparison to the amount of food you get.

Serving you a side of gluttony for breakfast but well worth the calories. Perhaps this place is better suited for lunch, but I'm not gonna say no to that beef brisket and waffles with chilli butter. Attentive staff. Always good to see staff smiling and laughing with each other. Really brings the place together.

Tucked off an alley near Circular Quay, in Sydney's CBD, is this cute cafe that moonlights as a trendy bar/club after sunset. We walked passed it before realising that a random opening in the brick facade was exactly where we needed to go. Walking in, we were greeted by friendly staff and seated in a dimly lit room with exposed brick, large exposed vents. It was a little bit warm on the inside, and we weren't sure if the vents were operating, or their was any aircon - the warehouse style cafe definitely absorbs a bit of heat. Menu: 9/10 I love the creative flavours, and the concise nature. KCS aims to make a small number of menu items, amazing. Food: 8/10 To me the John Mclane needed something more, but I still really enjoyed the food overall. Service: 10/10 Great service all round! Ambiance: 7/10 The space is a bit confusing since you can see the curtains and bits and bobs used for the club at night - it breaks the space up a little. Value for money: 7/10 The pancake was sure fire worth it, but I think a little more on our other plate would have been amazing. Overall: 8/10

I thought this place was great, and got breakfast here twice. I ordered the mushroom trio with kale and it was amazing!! Super tasty and different. Pancake on the second trip was phenomenal as well. The servings aren't massive, perfect size for breakfast, if you are really hungry add a side, their prices are reasonable and I prefer adding a side of whatever I want to make the meal. Coffee was good, I enjoyed their cold brew/ cold drip. Perhaps the best part is the lovely outside seating. Nice big trees, on a quiet alley right in the center of town make door a nice retreat/start to the morning.

We decided to grab a quick breakfast here before heading over to Taronga zoo for a day of fun. This beautiful little diner has options for everyone with hearty choices like the delicious waffle with brisket which blew my mind. The candied PB and J sandwich was the highlight of the meal and I can't wait to go back and grab some dinner.
