Located in darling harbor area, the place has good seating area. The thai food served has good taste and good portion size. A nice place to have thai food
Had so much fun, food and laughter with friends and the generous portions meant we were full after entrees! Great service and lovely jazz music atmosphere. Thankyou for having us!

🍗Gai Tod = Fried chicken!
🍟Ta Bong = Potato and sweet potato julienne fries seasoned with red curry and sweet chilli tamarind sauce
🍤 coconut shrimp was full of interesting flavours - sweetness, salty natural seafood and succulent prawn!
🥦Pad King - which we mistakenly thought was another version of Pad Thai so was super surprised when the dish had no rice noodles!
🍜 Green curry, nice spice and full of flavour without being too rich
🥘 Peking Duck stir fry with sweet soy flavour
🦐 Chilli jam seafood which was loaded with juicy prawns and beans and scallops cooked perfectly

Another gem in City area. The place really romantic Like enchanted Indoor Garden. The Service is really Good and friendly. The Food amazing! My fav are the panang salmon, pai li suan fish, pad Thai!! Really recommended
Have been here a few times now and gave always had a good time. The ambience is really cozy.
The food so far has always been good. Have liked the pad thai and skewers here always.
This time around tried number 44. It was well done rice noodles with chicken. Very filling for a single person. Had asked for it to be a little spicy but I'm guess that request went to complete deaf years.
The berry soda drink was refreshing.
We went to this lovely restaurant in a group of 10 and undoubtedly loved the food( green curry was bit spicy though) ambience and the service.
Highly recommended this place as it is perfect to celebrate something special with an open concept of trees hanging around.
I was fascinated by the silver rice pot they use to serve as it is verg fancy and definitely steal the show.

A must visit Thai Restaurant
I went to Nok Nok thai with my friends for a catch up and it was just delicious.
We ordered Vegetarian Spring Rolls and Chicken sticks for entrée. Both were perfectly cooked with great sauces to go with them.
Mains we ordered Vegetarian Green Curry, chicken Stir Fried Rice and Pineapple Prawn Rice Cooked in a Pineapple Shell.
All the mains were delicious and very tasty. I would suggest perhaps decreasing 'slightly' the thickness of the sauce however it was delicious. The pineapple rice dish I think the quantity should substantially be decreased. The plate we received yesterday was for a serving of two.
Drinks we ordered Mango and Peach Juice which was perfectly squeezed quantity of each and tasted nice and delicious.
The prices of the above was about $101. You can get a lot cheaper however you have to remember that you are also paying for the Outstanding Service and Terrific Atmosphere.
Highly recommend!!!!

There are so many choices in the revitalised Darling Quarter precinct it's hard to know where to start for a meal. However Thai is always fairly quick when you're in a rush - and as we heading to The Convention Centre for an event, it was our "go to" on this occasion. Noknok is a pretty place with a great indoor/outdoor feel. It has an oasis atmosphere in the busy CBD.
This is my favourite place in Sydney. Phad Thai is my favourite fish here. They do have offer price every day lunch time which is very nice.
The food is seriously good here. I eat a lot of Thai but this is a cut above your usual standard of conventional Thai food. The green papaya salad is perfect. The pad Thai is the best I've tasted. We had coconut water out of freshly cut coconuts and the coconuts must have been very young and fresh as we agreed we'd never enjoyed fresh coconut water like this.
It's not fine dining but it is excellent Thai.
My first experience at Nok Nok Eating House was average. Since then I've come back and had much better experiences. Have you ever gone back to a venue and it's gotten better?. Nok Nok Eating House is located in Darling Quarter which is the little strip of restaurants in Darling Harbour. At lunch time during the weekdays, they have a great $10 selected lunch menu. Quite a few of my work colleagues will go to Nok Nok Eating House on a Friday so I join them one lunch time. FOR PHOTOS go to the blog post
Went here over the weekend for lunch and ordered the Massaman curry and Thai milk tea. The food tasted good and I like how they don't automatically include peanuts into the Massaman curry like a lot of other Thai places which limits me from having my favourite Thai dish. If I had to have a complaint, it's that the curry didn't come with rice and when I asked for rice it was a little dry.
Loved the food here! The ambience is great and the interior decoration is amazing. Service was fast and the staff was really good. The fried rice, noodles, lamb and the sea food that we ordered were perfect!💜

I find it interesting that this place carries a low score, I found it rather pleasant and good fast service, of it wasn't for the rather expensive pricing I would've given an even higher score.
Decor is beautiful and inviting with a well thought out seating arrangement. Service is good and attentive. The food itself is good without being great but that for me is good enough when you factor in location

Is it because it is in Darling Harbour that this place didn't get a high score? I must admit though... Food around this area is rather subpar, catering to the tourist, and maybe they feel like they don't have to life their culinary game. Though, I think this place isn't that bad. My friend had the mixed entrée and I had the special, grandma noodles which was quite tasty, though the meat could have been a little more tender but it wasn't that bad.
On the up side, we got to sit in the sun and catch up. It was a really nice Saturday over all and food food as well. I have been to this eating house previously and I like it.
I don't understand why the rating is so low for Nok Nok because I find it a very pleasant and cute Thai eatery. I had a 21st birthday dinner here and they were very accomodating when changing around dishes. We were also quite happy with the food, the only complaint was the pad thai. However, I have had it at other times and it has been fine. The pad see ew here is delicious! I would definitely be happy to return as I have done numerous times.
Yummy Thai restaurant. The service was a little frantic (waitress forgot to take our drinks orders and then had to go check what the house wine was) but the food, Pad Thai and a sweet chilli beef and chicken dish, arrived promptly and was tasty. The prices are reasonable for the Darling Harbour area too.
Lovely restaurant, excellent location. Service was very good and the waitresses were very friendly and welcoming. Food was served and eaten just in time to see the fireworks. Food was presented beautifully and tastes good but average. I've had nicer thai.
A fairly nice restaurant in Darling Harbour. Would recommend going with a large group to split the meals because there's so many great options available!
The Massaman? Curry and the Pad Thai were both great.
This is quite a lovely restaurant in darling harbour. I ordered a soft shell crab salad and found it to be incredibly delicious. The interior design was nice and the mirrors on the wall made the place look bigger. The thai staff were also very friendly. I definitely recommend this place to those who enjoy thai cuisine.
The atmosphere at Nok Nok is nice and the menu quite extensive featuring some dishes such as the wide noodle rice not commonly featured at other Thai restaurants. The food was great and 'll head back again and hope to be able to try the grilled whole squid soon, the outdoor dining area also seems nice for those balmy summer evenings...t
$39 Voucher - Pleasant Surprise. We purchased a $39 Scoopon Voucher which entitled us to two entrees, two mains, two desserts and one bottle of wine to share. For entree I had the chicken satay skewers which were terrific. My main was the ribs which fell off the bone and my partner got the massamam lamb which was the best I have ever tried.
The only downfall was that they were out of some of the items on the menu and the dessert was below average. Basically just flavourless rice.
Overall however, it was a pleasant experience that I would highly recommend.
$10 lunch is good value - decent food, nice location
Don't understand the complaints. Two of us had lunch there today. We ate off the full menu but lots were having the $10 lunch special. We were served drinks and food promptly, and we observed everyone else being served promptly too. Our red duck curry was superb and all the other dishes were very nice too. Very generous servings off the the full menu, and even the lunch specials looked reasonably good sized - PS this was with a full house so the diners must know it too!!!
Food was decent but you do pay for the location and ambience. entrees were a bit small. service was average. would consider coming back if I had guests in town
A darling harbour favourite. Been to Nok Nok a number of times now. Great location, decor and most important excellent food and great value. The staff are always friendly and the new cocktail menu is a great addition. Friends and family have also enjoyed the experience. Will be back soon in definite!
Good fresh food, service was friendly
Nice meal. Arrived late on a Wednesday evening with only a few other diners. The bright and open decor attracted me and the seats outside looked inviting. Got the chicken stur fry which came quickly and was just lovely. Not expensive at $19.5 and plenty of it. Didn't have any problems with service that other diners have had, but then there were only about 6 tables with people.
I will be back.
Nok nok is honestly one of the best Thai places I have been to asside from Thailand itself.
Perfect for dinner with the bar for pre drinks while waiting, as it tends to be busy along with the fairy lights and surrounding atmosphere inside and along the walkway sets a social and chilled vibe.
My partner and I shared the rolled rice noodle chicken rolls ( no. 8) - delicious! I had the massasman beef curry ( chefs favourite x 3 ) and he had the beef & chicken chilli jam stir fry.
We will be back for the chicken and plum entree!
Food was good and tasty bit empty so lacked atmosphere however was a Wednesday night. Service was good enjoyed the dumplings and prawn stir fry
We left satisfied. Nok Nok has a great atmosphere, the food is fresh and beautifully presented, the service casual but fast. We had entrees and mains in less than an hour even though it was almost full. The menu is really appealing with some interesting choices, beyond the standard Thai fare, although all the favourites all there too! The flavours were solid, if not standout and the value was good. Pork belly was crispy and really packed a punch. But I was expecting a bit more flavour from my BBQ chicken. It wasn't life changing but we left satisfied.
Awesome!. Had the spring rolls and steamed dumplings for starters and the laksa main - all delicious. Staff couldn't have been more attentive - highly recommended!
