Took the family here during Vivid. Was packed, service was fast and the food and drink were both great value for money. All of us enjoyed listening to the live music and soaking up the great vibe and buzz. Will definitely come back!

Absolutely fantastic service, accomodation and food. Everyone is so pleasant and the service is fast and efficient. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy. Beds are comfortable and you have everything you need in the room. I will be staying there every time I’m in Sydney.

YES YES YES...LIVE MUSIC and excellent food, sorry didn't take any pics this time as I was too into the IRISH live duo. Don't forget to try The Shamrock Pie, a Guinnes based sauce pie....will take you back to Foxy Johns pub in Kerry (This is my favourite pub in Ireland) ....Not sure if it was because the second Guinnes pint but I seem to remember a leprechaun in a dark corner, dancing and smoking a cigar:)

Room was clean as were the shared bathroom facilities. Staff were incredible and very friendly, shout out to Josh. The meals on the menu look fabulous and the meal I had was delicious. Will definitely stay here again.

The Shamrock Pie was very moreish, washed down with a Furphy. A bit disappointed that they didn't have any British Ales on tap, or Kilkenny, but overall, a good pub.

We had our first date here 10yrs ago and went back this year 😍The food was amazing and could not complement the chef enough. Atmosphere is amazing, band was amazing and the staff were amazing and very friendly and accomodating. Could not recommend this place enough and can't wait to come back.

Food was excellent - my steak with prawns and Tricia's salmon - and wine was good. Service staff were courteous and helpful and service was tops. Martin & Shindig's "during dinner music" was excellent also. Recommended.

A proper boozer and a fantastic pint of Guinness. If you’re looking for food try the pie. If you’re looking for a chat sit at the bar or get a perch at a table outside and watch the world go by.

We went for dinner Saturday night 21/10,
We had the seafood for 2. We really liked the 4 Fresh Prawns & smoked salmon, but did not enjoy the rest of the packet fried seafood.
The atmosphere was great & all staff where great.

Had a great afternoon and evening at the Mercantile Hotel at The Rocks. The music was really uplifting. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the food was absolutely delicious. My partner and I enjoyed every moment. Well worth the trip.

I've been here a few times for a quick pint with friends in the past. Stayed in the accommodation for the first time a few nights ago and it was good value. Staff are really lovely, and the vibe there is always great. Will definitely be staying again!
