Myself and my friends went here for dinner after walking around basically all day. Our waiter Gui was amazing. He went above and beyond to serve us and always had us laughing. He was definitely the highlight of our meal
It started off with a 55 minute wait to get seated wasn't real happy with that when told only a 20 minute wait. But it got a lot better once seated the food was prett awesome but the best part of the night was our waiter josh what a top bloke out standing service all night from him. I'll be coming back for sure. ���

Great food and the Best Service by all the staff on both occasions we were there that I have had in a very long time. Marco was awesome and when we are back in Sydney we will definitely return.
Came as a guest! If you didn’t know this place is huge! Lots of music memorabilia to look at and interesting pictures on the ceiling. There is a outdoor area too with the view of Darling Harbour.Food portions are huge and out of everything the Southwest spring rolls are a must try! It’s definitely a new taste sensation for me with black beans and corn inside,I would be happy just to eat this all day!
Such a cool vibe at Hard Rock Cafe with rock and roll memorabilia decorating the walls as you walk upstairs to the cafe. The menu is hearty with rich, smokey, American flavours and colourful cocktails to quench your thirst. My recommendations would be the hickory-smoked BBQ trio combo and the strawberry basil lemonade drink.

As you know that Hard Rock Cafe is around the world! but this time, I visited the one in Sydney, just in Darling Harbour. so, u can eat the dinner or lunch with a nice view! the scotch fillet steak is perfect and i loveee the dessert!! i ordered hot choco fudge🤤🤤 it was soo goooddd!
We love coming to Hard Rock Cafe every time we can because their dishes are always crowd-pleasers 😋 We tried some of their specials from the ‘Infused with Love - The Encore!’ + a few drinks and of course a dessert combo! Now I can’t wait to go back.
The Hard Rock Cafe is an iconic venue with an amazing view of Darling Harbour. Definitely try their Apple Cobbler, burgers and cocktails! We can't wait to visit again!

Though they had a private event booked the staff were attentive and the service prompt. Its a little pricey but the views are amazing and its a nice place to catch up with friends.

My friends and I went at Hard Rock Cafe in this Sunday and we love it! Delicious food and desert, beautiful place and wonderful attendance... I ate atomic burger and hot fudge brownie, I recommend :)
Always a fav place to have the famous Long Island, Be it in Sydney, Gold Coast or at any place in India. Whenever I go there, I simply order a Long Island. Sydney’s HRC has got happy hours (2 for 1) on selected cocktails including the LIT from 3-6pm. What else would you want in life 😜😜
Also the mac and cheese at this place is also one of my favs.
I had the pulled pork sandwich and berrylicious mocktail. The sandwich was alright but a little bit chewy, and the drink was really nice. If the weather’s nice I’d ask to be seated outside because the view of the harbour is amazing, especially at night. It also had a really cool atmosphere and I’m glad we went!

Hard Rock Cafe is a music themed restaurant located in Darling Harbour. It is known for its all American bar food and drinks and cool atmosphere. We came here for dinner one night, to check out the special drinks and burgers on their World Burger Tour. For our drinks we ordered the Classic Caribbean Mojito and Passionfruit Mai Tai. The mojito was nice and refreshing while the mai tai was more fruity and sour. Both drinks were great accompaniments to the burgers.
Went here for my partners birthday, came nice and early and made the most of there 2 for 1 cocktails. Great atmosphere!!! Delicious food, I would definitely recommend the BBQ wings for entree and the Salmon for main course!!!

Gonna start by rating the atmosphere, it was a nice place, a lot a space, i hate places where u can barely move in to be sited, also with great pieces from famous ppl around the world, in the end is much more than just a place to eat, its also a temple for music lovers!! The waiters were pretty nice, great service, they helped with everything they could. Moving to the the food, we were in a family table with 7 ppl, we got two nachos as entrees plus one main dish each and for the last treat we shared one brownie with ice cream! I have to say, it was TOO MUCH food for us, we would be happy with just one entree. They have well served dishes with big portions, all really tasty, im looking forward to go there again asap!
Great classic restaurant overlooking the harbour. Popular with their musicians memorabilia, you can have fun trip to the memory lane inside the restaurant (especially if you’re music lovers like me).
Very large venue so would be ideal if you come with large group of people. They have large bar and also a shop where you can buy Hard Rock Cafe Sydney souvenirs and t-shirts.
On this particular visit I tried their Rock n Bowl dishes for my weekday lunch. The dishes are generously portioned, fresh, delightful and quite healthy.
I especially love the bbq shrimp in the noodle bowl. Perfectly grilled with nice flavour.
The bibimbap is a perfect choice if you love Korean style rice bowl. Nice kick without going overly spicy.
Quick and friendly customer service is always an added bonus.
Celebrated my birthday here several times! Free ice cream is a great bonus, even though staff doesn't shout out every time. Price are reasonable, while burgers are pretty good.
The best thing about this restaurant is the view - great harbour view but only if you get a seat by the window. Extremely crowded over the weekend and up to 30 mins waiting time. Food is good and drinks are average
The World Burger Tour is back on at Hard Rock Cafe in Darling Harbour for a limited time. They bring the best burgers from Hard Rock Cafes in other countries and show case them on the Sydney Menu. . It's a cold and rainy Friday night and there's lots of people in the Hard Rock Cafe - a mix of tourists and a few local couples and groups. I order a refreshing bundaberg ginger beer. Had a stag night dinner here, the staff wasn't all that warm & welcoming to start as the place was absolutely packed when we arrived. Eventually we managed to get our table and things got better. We had a preselected set menu which allowed us to pick the mains, I had the fish and it was perfectly cooked so no complaints. Drink menu offered a fairly extensive range , will satisfy the biggest of drinkers! No worries.
After a morning shopping at the Birkenhead point mall, we got off the Shopper Hopper and were smack bang in front of the Hard Rock Cafe. What the hell, let's give it a go. They had only just opened so in we went and got seated in the lovely air conditioned restaurant(outside = scorchio!). Ordered our lunch and it would have been maybe slightly over ten minutes before we had food in front of us. To be honest, we had no idea which way things would go but it was good! I was after a light(ish)meal and the Tenderloins fit the bill(with a side of seasoned fries). My partners Chicken burger was well received as well. Service was friendly and quick...it's been one enjoyable meal after another on this trip. Only a couple of days left now.

I have had many burgers in my life time, however I can confidently say that the Hickory BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger which I ordered last night was the best one I've ever had. The beef patty was cooked to perfection, the burger was a good size and had a good amount of toppings. Fries were fresh and serving size was quite large.
The Hard Rock Cafe in Darling Harbour, had a very good and relaxing atmosphere. It's somewhere suitable to bring the family or have a night out with the girls or boys. The staff are friendly and attentive.
After waiting a while for our food, which was completely understandable due to the amount of customers there was. The waiter gave me a free coke. It may not seem like much however it's a nice gesture for a small inconvenience which other restaurants would not even think about doing.
We were checked on three times throughout our meal to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction and this really ticks a box with me. It shows that they care and never leaves you disappointed.
Alcoholic menu has a large variety and the martini I ordered, which I don't remember the name of tasted amazing.
Overall: Big Thumbs up 👍🏽
All good, cocktail was very good, friendly staff, however it's too loud because of the music and hard to reach the staff if crowded. Overall it's 4.5 and recommended for the Burger 👌🏻
I visited the place alone. The location, ambience, music and mood are pretty impressive. The service is also pretty good as well. I was there at a saturday night and got see the fireworks from where I was sitting, and that was a great experience and the view was superb, overlooking parts of Darling Harbour.
The food itself was not too bad, but nothing too special unfortunately. I ordered the classic burger, and it was just "good", but not great nor fantastic. It came with a generous portion of chips that tasted ok as well, but nothing too special.
Also, expect a long wait to be seated on a Saturday night. (Around 30 mins)
Overall, this is good place to have dinner in only if you're into that sort of ambience. The food itself is not special, but if you love rock and want a nice view of the harbour (depending on where get to sit), then you might wanna check it out.

This past Wednesday I caught up with rising Sydney filmmakers Sharna and Dom from Carbon Lily, and we were in for a real treat – a tasting of glorious burgers from Hard Rock Cafe Sydney’s World Burger Tour Menu.

As Sydney’s obsession with all things burger continues, the Hard Rock Café have upped the local burger game by collecting the best burger recipes from around the world, delivering them directly to Sydney’s doorstep.
“Our World Burger Tour menu was a fan-favourite last year, so we’ve remixed the menu and added burgers with authentic, regional flavors from around the globe,” said Alex Merchan of Hard Rock International.
Hard Rock Cafe set their chefs from around the world with the task of creating the ultimate burger that captured the flavour and spirit of the city. The Hard Rock Cafe culinary team had the tough job of tasting all 160 entries to find the perfect selection for their restaurants.

Aloha Burger (Honolulu, United States) – a Certified Angus Beef patty topped with Portuguese sausage, Monterey Jack cheese, a grilled pineapple ring with sweet soy glaze, guacamole, pico de gallo, served with Furikake french fries
Frito Crunch Burger (Hollywood, United States) – a Certified Angus Beef patty topped with chorizo, queso fresco cheese, Frito corn chips, arugula and a fried jalapeno
Greek Burger (Athens, Greece) – a Certified Angus Beef patty topped with arugula, feta cheese and a tomato slice
Whiskey Bacon Cheeseburger (Brussels, Belgium) – a Certified Angus Beef patty topped with melted Cheddar cheese, bacon, a whiskey marinade, red onions and garlic aioli
My favourite was definitely the Whiskey Bacon Cheeseburger with it’s crispy bacon and thick, juicy patty. Our serving came with cripsy fried onions, rather than ordinary red onions, which brought a sweet crunch to the burger! I loved the toasted tortilla strips and fried jalapeño of the Frito Crunch Burger.

Walking into Hard Rock cafe I was greeted by a very friendly waiter that indeed created a bubbly atmosphere for our World Burger Tour experience. Accompanied by the harbour views outside, my friend and I had a lovely lunch - trying the 'Aloha Burger'. It was a bit pricey yet the size was adequate - wasn't too much a fan of the spam but everything else was what I expected. No - as they call it - 'wow factor' though. The search for the BEST burger continues and it seems like we definitely have a couple of contenders on our hands at Hard Rock Cafe. We have been here multiple times over the years and never once did we think of trying a burger. . We were invited to taste some of the new burgers, drinks and chips featured on the Hard Rock Cafe World Burger Tour 2016, a great time in history where we are lucky enough to experience a unique burger experience that takes our taste buds on an international journey.
Ive been here a few times for work functions and its got a great party atmosphere and there is always something interesting to look at. I love the nachos here and the cocktails are great. The long island ice teas are the best!
Visited on a long weekend so we expected it to be busy. Was put on a list and had to wait approx 15 minutes for a table to become available. Was very busy, very noisy due to the crowd and loud music playing, could barely hear the waitress! Were served quickly and food took about 15 mins to come out. Had the Aussie Burger and Herb Chicken - absolutely delicious!
Great views of the harbour, fun atmosphere and great to see some rock memorabilia. I personally found the Surfer's Paradise Hard Rock to be more of an enjoyable experience, but still a good place to go!
I love to visit Hard Rock cafes, however, this was not my favorite, It is not the atmosphere that you expect .... is very noisy ... I can´t enjoy the music.
The food was good, very friendly waiters...unfortunately not had the dessert I wanted!
Had a really good time with mates, we had nachos as a starter and then sandwich slow cooked meat and legendary burger. everything was amazing, the meat was nice and tender and the burger with a nice smoky flavour. Finally I had some nice cocktails.
Nice place , good food and crowd. Ordered nachos and cocktails all were perfect. Salad and steak was nice too. All in all a nice evening spent

Ambience & Decor:
It had the customary souvenir shop, followed by the restaurant upstairs. Sorry to say, but for a Hard Rock Cafe, this particular venue lacked the flashiness of its Dubai counterpart. It looked like a regular diner with rock memorabilia. Although, it did have a great view of Darling Harbor.
The Menu:
I guess the Hard Rock menu is fairly standard across its outlets worldwide. I had the Jumbo Combo and my buddy had the burger. Both washed down with a cold pint of Peroni.
The Service:
The staff weren't very attentive, especially while receiving guests at the entrance. The servers were quick and on the money though. Would rate the service as average.
Another Hard Rock Cafe ticked off the list!

I have been to Hard Rock Cafes all around the world, including Sydney's original Hard Rock when it was located in Crown Street.
We were seated outside on the balcony, overlooking the boats and wandering weekend crowds. A perfect view for lunchtime dining.
The food is American diner fare - Rockin' Buffalo Wings, Balsamic Tomato Bruschetta, Nachos and Chicken Tenders for Entrees.
For main dishes, the choices are endless. Famous Fajitas, Herb Grilled Chicken, Grilled Tasmanian Salmon, Prime Cuts of Lamb, Steak and Australian Angus Ribeye and succulent Cajun shrimp for a "Surf and Turf". I've never tried the smoke house combinations, so the Hickory-Smoked Barbecue Combo was on the list!
Burgers and more burgers! You can choose a 6oz or 10oz beef burger under names such as "Legendary Aussie Burger", Classic Bacon Cheeseburger, Tango Burger, Hickory Barbecue Bacon Cheeseburger, Fiesta Burger and the Mushroom & Swiss Burger.
I was going to order one of the delicious deserts but was presented with a surprise birthday sundae! This unexpected surprise added to my wonderful dining my dining experience. We loved the extra fruity punch (Tres Special Sangria) and it was the start of a great party night!
We will definitely be returning again for more great food, drinks and your attentive and friendly service from all the wait staff at Hark Rock Café Darling Harbour.
Hard Rock Cafe provides great food and amazing atmosphere, it's the music lovers dream. I would highly recomend to all tourists visiting Sydney.
This hardrock does not rick at all. We've (me n wifey) have been to quite a few hardrock cafes but this one surely comes at the bottom of the list. Food n Drink wise it is good but they do need to do something about music.
Why is there no HRC in Auckland??
This place is massive. The bartender spots u as soon as u enter and greets you with a warm smile and loud shout out with a good ol' aussie accent!!
The waitresses are hot - no surprises there! The menu is typical American and so are the portion sizes. We ordered a jumbo starters' platter and three individual burgers. Potato skins was our pick of the lot so make sure u try it. The Argentinean burger I had with salsa and tortilla crisps was delightful. Beer was served quick and cold just the way it should be. Overall if you are a burger and beer fan u cannot go wrong here!
Again - WHY NO HRC IN AUCKLAND??

It was so big it was impossible to eat in one bite. I had to bite away the sides first to get to the inside. I wish it had more sauce though because the pork was quite tough and dry.
Friendly attentive service, good burgers. The baby ribs had a nice sauce but the meat was too soft for my likings. I wish they would just directly put the fresh ribs on the grill without slow cooking it first . Freshly grilled ribs are usually more juicier with a fresher taste and succulent texture than grilling slow baked ribs. The hot fudge dessert was massive and delicious. Good selection of cocktails and beers.
Had dinner here on Saturday night. Cauliflower wings were tasty, came with blue cheese, BBQ, carrots and celery. Both got the quinoa burger with a choice of mushroom or bbq pineapple topping! I chose mushroom, the cheese on the burger was really good. Unfortunately the chips were horrible; bland, over cooked and dry.
Bahama mama cocktail was delicious, I also got a blue Hawaiian but forget to take a photo of it. Our waitress Dee was lovely.

Great pub food and great atmosphere making it a good place to catch up with friends on the corporate sector. The nachos with jalapenos is quite delicious and a great meal to share. Regards @fooderarri
It was really a long wait to get the item ordered , even the drinks.
No water upon arrival, that was the saddest part for me.
Overall, food was good and the view was worth it as we weren't much into the Live Music.
But, if you're looking for a quiet place to hangout with a family, you might want to choose a Better option that might be more suitable.
