Excellent food. Casual in atmosphere but refined in taste. 3 entrees: tuna, sourdough, croquette (all excellent but the tuna was the highlight) Mains: tonnarelli and ragu Great flavours but the tonnarelli was ill-equipped to soak up all the lovely sauce. Dessert: panna cotta /w blood orange grani
In the very chic & European laneway of Ash Street is this cafe. Really authentic Italian experience here with some beautiful dishes. We did the 'feed us' menu @$65pp which didn't disappoint, lots of great dishes and the food kept coming. Included a beautiful pork, fish and pasta dish plus finished up with a lovely panacotta. Recommended!
There is no better pasta in Sydney, all made in house! The menu changes all the time, is super inventive and fresh. I love the wine list with really interesting skin-contact options. Friendly and informed service. Have been back again and again!
It was my second time back. The first time I was there was really good, amazing food and great atmosphere. However this time, the food was only mediocre. We ordered the crab pasta, fish of the day and the spatchcock. For antipasto, we had the tuna tartare and the tongue. Overall, the pasta was real

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and absolutely loved it. The staff were incredible and the food was absolutely divine. It honestly has to be the best Italian we have ever eaten. You cannot go past the gnocchi. We finished the night off with the most amazing tiramisu. Thank you so mu
We might have caught them on a bad night, but I cannot say good things about the service of Bacco Osteria. Let me go through some problems: 1) we had to wait 15 minutes for a table (we had a reservation), and we had to ask twice for a drinks menu and were not given the tasting menus without asking.
