My friend rates this spot as the best wood fire pizza joint in Sydney. It is hard to disagree! Best thing about these pizzas is the middle part is never soggy and holds its shape.

Gave the Vacanza pizza a try and thought it was nice. It had a couple of my fav pizza toppings - mushrooms and truffle (in this case, just the oil). It didn't seem like it had just come out of the oven when it got served, but still enjoyed the flavours :)
Pre COVID, Vacanza was one of the best pizzerias in the area. Unfortunately, now they only give you a 75 minute booking time and overbook the tables. They then proceed harass you until you leave. Entree sizes were very poor and quality was really disappointing. Really sad to see what this restaurant
Pizza was super dry and flavourless. It actually tasted like eating nothing. The cheese, sauce (even tho there was basically no sauce), meat, and other toppings had 0 flavour. Legit and I mean this from the bottom of my heart, don’t waste ur money :(
