Had such a great experience here! Amazing view of the bridge, was such a treat to sit there and watch the sunset over the city. Staff were so so lovely, even giving us blankets when it got cold and chatting away with us. The food itself was also great! I paid $72 for the 3 course meal which also came with a glass of house wine. For starter I had the tomato and burrata which was SO yummy and fresh and delicious. The burramundi for main which was nice enough, could have had a little something more as the dish was purely just fish and sauce. And the pavlova for desert which was so yummy and a great mix of flavours! Can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking for a great experience in Sydney!
Had the pre-theater meal here. Kinda expensive at $49 for a 2 course meal with a glass of house red or white wine.
My choice of Chicken Liver pate with toast followed by pasta dish was quite good. Lauren's chicken liver pate with currant relish was quite good. Orecchiette or ear-shaped pasta with artichokes and buffalo mozzarella was good too.
I'm baffled as to how this restaurant has no reviews as it was really quite a nice place to dine!!
It has magnificent views of the opera house so that was lovely !!
They happily altered the vegetarian pasta, the orecchiette with veggies, to make it vegan for me and my friend had the lamb dish and they said it was beautiful! We also shared the Lemon, almond and sea salt broccoli and a side of olives and nothing could be flawed
The staff were Amazing and our waiter mike gave us the most excellent service we've had in a long time !!
Fantastic location, great customer service, food and wine. It was a rainy and cold afternoon they had electric heater and gas heater going to top it it up they provided blanket to put it on the leg as well. Food was awesome, it even tasted that extra bit better with the breathtaking view.
Very tasty meals. Excellent decoration, very tasty and aesthetically decorated. The only thing was that we had to wait a very long time for the main course.
Food was actually really nice. The beetroot salad in particular. The service was a bit frantic and the setting is a bit like a cafe but had a great view. A good pre theatre option. Would like a better drinks list.
This is a good option for a pre-theatre meal at the Opera House. It’s not great value for money, but it’s also not ridiculously expensive. The food was solid, the wine list fine, service great. It ticked all the boxes without being particularly memorable.
Beautiful food and service. Booking for 11:30am and had plenty of time for indulgent 3 course lunch before our show at 1:00pm without feeling rushed.
What you'd expect for a top-end restaurant: Overpriced, small dishes, and pleasant views. Staff were pleasant, and service was decent considering the crowd. The cheese platter was lovely, and the potato gnocchi was basically Mac'N'Cheese for upperclassmen. Zucchini stack was about the size of a Rubik cube, and deconstructed cheesecake was decent. With a couple of beers, $100 all up.
