Apex Cafe - Sydney - Photo album

What a little gem. A real locals hang. Good service, very honest home style cooking with great prices. Didn't give 5 stars for the fact that the food is very simple. However I will definitely be back. Chicken schnitzel $9, bangers and mash $8, BYO. Veggies are fresh, mash is fresh. Awesome.
Ordered a strawberry cheesecake as a takeaway. By time I got home and ate it. It was awful. Wasn’t fresh at all. Cheese was hard. Very poor. When I rang to complain the lady didn’t understand (conveniently), her English was very poor. When the penny dropped as I explained it was very poor. She slamm
Although the place does not look much, don't underestimate it. Had a hearty breakfast here and they were ready to make vegan oats. Varied bfast menu. Price is good and service was quick. Based on the breakfast, can recommend.
Excellent food, excellent value, great location. This little cafe is open every day of the year. All day breakfast specials from $6.50. Also a wide range specials menu. Quick and friendly service, cheap meals. A nice place to eat, drink coffee and just hang out and relax.
Pretty cheap place. Looks a bit old and not well maintained, but food is good and dish sizes are big enough.
Apex was a nice litte neighborhood cafe with exactly the right vibe for the Cross. Sadly they closed in April 2021 and are now gone..
Nothing to complain about for the price they are offering. Icecream in the milkshakes, bacon and eggs cooked right. Pancakes were small to look at but delicious and filling and I definitely be pushing it if I was to eat more. Overall satisfied enough to leave a review and share my opinion. I'll be
Paid $18 for a fish burger that was only HALF a bara fillet.... salad on it was just green lettuce and 2 tomatoes. Wheras my partner ordered a cheeseburger and it was massive for $13. Chips were cold also. Very Disappointed. Worst burger place in town.
